Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Kitchen is full of cutlery and plates, plenty of blankets and other stuff. Huge park with a lake really close to the apartment and couple of restaurants. Owner is friendly and answers really fast. Nice place to stay for a long time!

Evin konumu sakin ve güzel bir yerdi. Ev temiz ve kullanışlıydı. 3 gün kaldığımız bu yerden memnun kaldık.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6! We had 2 couples and 2 kids. Everyone had their own space. The apartment was centrally located, and very secure, in a gated area. Easy access to everything. Grocery store and Central Park right across the street. Restaurant downstairs. It was very cozy and we felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend. Gabriella is an excellent, responsive host and the apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed.

The apartment looks just like in the photos—spacious and with a comfortable bed. Despite being in a large building with many residents, the thick walls keep it quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped. We didn’t cook since there are many great and affordable restaurants nearby, but if you want to cook, you’ll have everything you need. Parking is free for everyone, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky. With some luck, you can park close to the building, otherwise you might need to park a bit farther away at first and move your car closer in the morning. The inner parking area tends to fill up in the evenings. The location was great for us—not in the city center, but not far from it either. Taxis are cheap, there’s a small bus station near the apartment, and a larger one about a 15–20 minute walk away. Communication with Serghei and his team was prompt, responsive, and helpful. If you’re planning to visit Chișinău, I definitely recommend this apartment.

Квартира с хорошей энергетикой. Новый дом,свежий ремонт,есть все необходимое, соседей не слышно, тихо и спокойно. С окна спальни красивый вид. Район в хорошей локации,рядом магазины, большой торговый центр, парк. Удобное заселение и выезд, вежливый хозяин. Рекомендую,цена-качество соответствует.

For a light morning snack and coffee, you can walk to Vanille on Dacia Boulevard 31, then for breakfast you can go to the Park Café Botanica on Sarmizegetusa Street 8,take a walk around the Serghei Lazo Park, pick up a set of sushi from Takumi on Sarmizegetusa Street 1 for brunch, smoke some Hookah at the Kaif Lounge Café on Independentei Street 28, grab some lunch on colorful and comfy cushions at Mangal on Arborilor Street 17/2, drink some beer at the Corner Pub on Yuri Gagarin Boulevard 7, visit the forever fire memorial on Pantelimon Halippa 5, try some fresh pastries at Сементана patisserie and at Morpho on Mihai Eminescu Street 51/2, look into the telescopes at an observation deck on Maria Dragan Street 30/8, try a traditional Moldovan dinner at the Popasul Călătorului on Calea Morsilor Street,try desserts at Bunatati de la Marika on Veronica Micle Street 1/1, and dance at the Oro Lounge until 5:30AM.

Останавливались у Сергея всей семьёй на пару ночей. Месторасположение нам очень подошло,ввиду запланированных дел в Кишиневе. Хозяин Сергей удивительно позитивный, отзывчивый, пунктуальный человек. У нас в дороге заболел ребёнок, и он очень выручил, предоставив термометр, чтоб можно было оценить ситуацию. Сама квартира чистая, уютная, нет ничего лишнего, окна выходят на тихий уголок двора, спалось очень хорошо, даже с полностью открытыми окнами. Есть все необходимые принадлежности, что на кухне, что в ванной. Но, самое главное, лично для меня, это общение и гостеприимство от всей души- тут вы его найдёте! Сергей, спасибо!

This was our third stay at one of Eugenia’s places, and it did not disappoint. All of his places are very clean and have all needed amenities. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking in Riscani is great. Taxis are easily available to go anywhere else. Highly recommended. We will stay at Eugenia’s place again.
