Very cozy apartment with everything you need. Kitchen is full of cutlery and plates, plenty of blankets and other stuff. Huge park with a lake really close to the apartment and couple of restaurants. Owner is friendly and answers really fast. Nice place to stay for a long time!

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6! We had 2 couples and 2 kids. Everyone had their own space. The apartment was centrally located, and very secure, in a gated area. Easy access to everything. Grocery store and Central Park right across the street. Restaurant downstairs. It was very cozy and we felt very comfortable the entire time. I would definitely recommend. Gabriella is an excellent, responsive host and the apartment was very clean. It had everything we needed.

The apartment looks just like in the photos—spacious and with a comfortable bed. Despite being in a large building with many residents, the thick walls keep it quiet and peaceful. The kitchen is well-equipped. We didn’t cook since there are many great and affordable restaurants nearby, but if you want to cook, you’ll have everything you need. Parking is free for everyone, so finding a spot can be a bit tricky. With some luck, you can park close to the building, otherwise you might need to park a bit farther away at first and move your car closer in the morning. The inner parking area tends to fill up in the evenings. The location was great for us—not in the city center, but not far from it either. Taxis are cheap, there’s a small bus station near the apartment, and a larger one about a 15–20 minute walk away. Communication with Serghei and his team was prompt, responsive, and helpful. If you’re planning to visit Chișinău, I definitely recommend this apartment.

An apartment with good energy. New house, fresh renovation, everything you need is there, neighbors are not heard, quiet and calm. The bedroom window has a beautiful view. The neighborhood is in a good location, close to shops, a large shopping mall, and a park. Convenient check-in and check-out, polite host. I recommend it, the price-quality ratio is good.

If you're looking for an Airbnb with plenty of places to explore, look no more! For a light morning snack and coffee, you can walk to Vanille on Dacia Boulevard 31, then for breakfast you can go to the Park Café Botanica on Sarmizegetusa Street 8,take a walk around the Serghei Lazo Park, pick up a set of sushi from Takumi on Sarmizegetusa Street 1 for brunch, smoke some Hookah at the Kaif Lounge Café on Independentei Street 28, grab some lunch on colorful and comfy cushions at Mangal on Arborilor Street 17/2, drink some beer at the Corner Pub on Yuri Gagarin Boulevard 7, visit the forever fire memorial on Pantelimon Halippa 5, try some fresh pastries at Сементана patisserie and at Morpho on Mihai Eminescu Street 51/2, look into the telescopes at an observation deck on Maria Dragan Street 30/8, try a traditional Moldovan dinner at the Popasul Călătorului on Calea Morsilor Street,try desserts at Bunatati de la Marika on Veronica Micle Street 1/1, and dance at the Oro Lounge until 5:30AM.

Stayed with Sergei with the whole family for a couple of nights. The location was very suitable for us,due to the planned business in Chisinau. Host Sergei is an amazingly positive, responsive, punctual person. We had a sick child on our way, and he was very helpful in providing a thermometer so that we could assess the situation. The apartment itself is clean, cozy, there is nothing superfluous, the windows overlook a quiet corner of the courtyard, slept very well, even with fully open windows. There is all necessary accessories that are in the kitchen, in the bathroom. But most importantly for me personally, this is communication and hospitality from the bottom of my heart - here you will find it! Sergey, thank you!

This was our third stay at one of Eugenia’s places, and it did not disappoint. All of his places are very clean and have all needed amenities. The location is fantastic, with several restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking in Riscani is great. Taxis are easily available to go anywhere else. Highly recommended. We will stay at Eugenia’s place again.
