The apartment is beautiful and very modern. It is closed to la Milina beach which is a peaceful paradise. Jennifer was very kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we have the best experience. Auntie Jackie was also very helpful.

My stay inside the home was absolutely perfect. From the first moment, communication with the host was quick, clear and very friendly. The place was spotless - clean, well decorated and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The place is very nice and nice and close to the beach to spend time as a family. The hostess was very kind and always answered the messages clarifying any questions. 🥰

belleos departamento, the only thing was that the appearance of the lock fails a little, but in the end one of us knew what was the mania I had to open and only he was in charge of opening it, from there everything was fine. The very friendly and attentive doorman liked us very well. We liked the ambiance and the area, we had an amazing time.

We had a small gathering with my whole family and it was a place that fit perfectly with what I wanted. Everything was great. 🙂 Victor is a great host. My family and I really enjoyed the stay.

I thought the service of the accommodation in general was very good, everything was very clean, the person who received us was excellent and all the staff, just one observation that the pool was not heated

An incredible place with an excellent location, it takes me many surprises, the truth is that the photos do not do justice for what the place is. A huge rooftop with a beautiful sea view, you can see the sea to from the jacuzzi. very good induction kitchen, has pans and cooking pots. The spacious room with a large and comfortable bathroom, has a washing machine. You can walk to the beach, it's just five minutes away. Safe place, trolley park is internal with roof and secure. The host Mario is always attentive, friendly to help as much as possible. I'll recommend it to friends and family.

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

David was an excellent host. Every communication was promptly responded to. He is also bilingual, which was very helpful since my Spanish is very poor. Would definitely recommend his condo to anyone who wants to enjoy Salinas Ecuador, the best way possible!

A cozy place, with a spectacular view, we had an amazing time, the apartment is larger than we expected and has everything we needed. A fascinating place to go with family or friends, the pleasant thing is the hospitality with which they welcome you in the lobby and we thought it was great that the building management gives you a free parasol on Chipipe beach.
