Beach house holiday rentals in Chioggia

Ho appena fatto un weekend nell’alloggio di Chiara con mio marito e il mio cane di grossa taglia, sono stati gentilissimi ad accettarlo. Nello spazio della camera ci stava tranquillamente ed in più, essendo al piano terra, eravamo comodi per portarlo fuori. Camera e bagno puliti e ben arredati. Sono stati flessibili con il check in e ad ogni domanda hanno risposto tempestivamente. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo.

Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet...auch ein bisschen Spielzeug für Kinder ist da, welches gut für den Strand am Lido genutzt werden kann. Dachterrasse ist toll. Fehlt nur noch eine Espressokanne, dann wäre die Küche komplett 😉 Empfehlung von uns.

Die Wohnung ist ideal , um mit dem Wasserboot Venedig zu besuchen und sich dann auf dem Lido vom Trubel zu erholen. Das Meer mit öffentlichen Strandzugang ist nur ein paar Minuten entfernt! Mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad kommt man leicht zum Ableger (10-15Minuten). Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.Schöne Terrasse und Balkon mit Meerblick! Tey ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die unterkunft ist ein Traum. Die Begrüßung sehr liebevoll, alles ist so nett hergerichtet mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk, einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel grosser als ich mir gedacht habe. Sehr sauber!! Alles vorhanden, es fehlt an nichts. Die Veranda ist auch sehr gross und lädt zum verweilen. Simone hatte tolle Tips für die Umgebung. Schade dass wir nur auf der Durchreise waren. Wir waren gerne noch viel länger geblieben. Daher kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder!

Casa molto bella spaziosa e pulita . Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare e anche alla laguna . Parco giochi e Coop vicino.

Rossella and Walter has made our stay in Lido di Venezia a very cosy, comfortable experience. The place is so great and new. Rossella has really thought it through what’s needed for her guests… and gone beyond to prepare so many things for our great stay. We left Lido with a smile and a wish to come back… when we very likely choose Rossella’s place again 😍 Grazie 🥰

Wonderful apartment. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need for a holiday. Quiet romantic corner near the water. I highly recommend for a trip to Venice. Communication with Elena was great. We will definitely come back again.

Sehr schönes kleines Haus. Mit eigenem Parkplatz und ruhigem Wohngebiet. Sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer klimatisiert. Einkaufsmeile, Supermarkt und Strand in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Tolle, freundliche Gastgeber! Vielen Dank

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Perfect home to stay

Très bon accueil des deux propriétaires. La piscine est très grande et très agréable avec des marches permettant de s’asseoir ou de s’allonger, voir faire descendre un chien ! Le plongeoir, les sièges sous-marins pour rester assis tout en prenant le soleil et en buvant un verre, L’endroit est exceptionnellement privé, paisible, et sûr. La maison est située sur la partie la plus haute de l’île, ce qui lui donne une vue très dégagée, magnifique. Si nous revenons à Albella, nous re louerons cette maison.

We enjoyed Stefano‘s place a lot. The swimming pool was a hit for our children and in fact for everyone. We are a patchwork family of eight persons and we could separate us in the two half’s of the house. Very practical was that those who wanted to sleep long were not disturbed by the early birds. The garden and pool was super nice and we don’t most of the time outside. Because of the big awnings there was a always enough shade to take a break from the heat of the sun. For us it was a beautiful holiday for everyone.

Wir hatten zu viert eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft. Diese war wirklich sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet… wir fühlten uns gleich wie zu Hause…. als ob wir schon immer dort waren. Anfragen, wurden sofort beantwortet… Die Anlage ist klein aber fein 😊 wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und kommen immer gerne wieder. Die Nähe zu den Geschäften und zu den Restaurants, fußläufig erreichbar, finden wir ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft wirklich sehr gerne weiter.

Fantastico posto, ottima posizione, tranquillità adatto ai bambini.

Celeste was super welcoming. The house was perfect and so clean. We enjoyed a lot with the family, with also a child. In the surroundings we found everything that we needed, and the restaurants are very nice. The sea is just at few meters and if you don't want to swim in the seawater there is a swimming pool just in the garden. Super consigliata!

Laura ha comunicato prevalentemente con mia mamma, e posso dire che la sua estrema gentilezza, cura, precisione e interesse nei confronti del nostro soggiorno a Chioggia sono stati splendidi!! Una host davvero speciale!! Ci ha fornito indicazioni super precise sul luogo e si è interessata SEMPRE al nostro soggiorno, su come ci trovassimo ecc. Poi che dire, appartamento terratetto fantastico, nuovo di zecca, abbiamo davvero gradito tutto, e comunque eravamo in 7 in casa, ma ci si stava ampiamente! Ho adorato mangiare in terrazza poi!!!

Nicola is an exceptional host! Not only was the house clean, tidy, comfortable and exactly as it was described in the pictures, but we also felt right at home due to his friendliness and kindness. He is always willing to help, providing any information he can about the house, means of getting there, recommendations for sights and restaurants, etc. The house is very organised and clean, with a beautiful garden to relax. The neighbourhood is quiet, but very close to the center with all the restaurants, bars and of course the beach. Thanks for this amazing experience!

Enrico’s home was a fabulous place to stay for our holiday on Lido. The accommodation was extensive, very comfortable & clean throughout. The beach was less than a ten minute walk away & Lido central was accessible by a very short bus ride. I would highly recommend Enrico’s accommodation for anyone considering a quiet holiday on Lido while also incorporating mesmerising Venice 😎

Jó volt az elhelyezkedése, buszmegállótól nem volt messze, Chioggia és a tengerpart is könnyen megközelíthető. Biciklit is ad a tulajdonos, amit lehet használni. Bolt,éttermek közelben. Szép tiszta és hangulat lakás, ami mindennel felszerelt amire szükség van. Chiara mindenben segítőkész volt. Köszönjük szépen

Alloggio molto bello e curato, ottima posizione, direttamente nel centro storico di Chioggia. C’è stato un piccolo problema con il check-in ma Serenella è stata molto disponibile e gentile e abbiamo risolto subito. Lo consiglio!

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in dem Haus am Vena Kanal... einfach bezaubernd, immer wieder wunderbar... total italienisch! Diese Lage ist einfach ein Traum! Lucie und Gianni waren sehr nett, immer erreichbar, haben rasch auf Fragen reagiert und brauchbare Anweisungen gegeben... die Kommunikation hat super geklappt! Wir kommen wieder!!! Ci siamo trovati benissimo in questo appartamento, ordinato, pulitissimo e dotato di tutte le comodità! La zona in cui si trova è tranquilla ma a pochi passi si può raggiungere la spiaggia e anche il centro. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile

La nostra vacanza è stata splendida, Daniele è stato un ottimo host ci ha dato consigli utilissimi. L'appartamento era pulitissimo ed impeccabile e in zona tranquilla ma poco distante dal lungo mare. Il supermercato a due passi davvero molto comodo. Sicuramente super consigliato!!!
