Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk from the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and very well maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly exchanges with the host and welcome.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Too bad we can't give more than five stars! What's fantastic location. We felt so welcome. Brigitte and Yves did everything to make us happy. And the stay is great, with an incredible view and beautiful garden. Thank you Brigitte, we highly recommend your accommodation!

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need to have a beautiful stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

We stayed for a week at Bertrand's place for a business trip. Bertrand is a friendly and very welcoming host! The house is as described, clean and all the amenities offered are functional. We will be back! Thank you Bertrand for hosting us!

The location of this room is unbeatable! It’s right in the heart of the historic district, and very easy to return to the room between activities. The lake, castle, train/ bus station, restaurants, bike rentals, etc are easily walkable. No problems with noise. Basic cooking is possible. Washer only, no dryer. Towels, basic toiletries, hair dryer (with diffuser!), umbrella are available.

A large and beautifully appointment loft right in the middle of Annecy. Easy to get around to all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay!

Small cottage very warm,very well equipped,good insulation and functional heating of good quality, comfortable bedding and the barbecue for a 2/03 was just perfect. Very quiet place for the period and conducive to rest. Thank you to Yann for this excellent stay.

A fantastic location in the old town of Annecy. Parking close by . The apartment is as described,a lovely renovation of a historical property and walkable to restaurants and the lake . Very comfy bed and well equipped for eating in if you prefer. We enjoyed touring the lake and spending time on the water and at a great location in the mountains to watch the paragliding .

A PERFECT PLACE! Bernard, Sabine, Macha (their dog) and their horse, are very kind, discreet, accommodating, responsive. The accommodation is ultra clean, small cottage but well furnished. Quality and well thought-out equipment. Shaded terrain almost all day, so perfect for both dogs and humans. A magnificent view. Very polite and friendly locals. Close to Lake Annecy and Le Bourget du Lac. Everything was perfect, so a BIG THANK YOU!

Thank you to Alexandra for the quality of her welcome and her kindness. The cottage is spacious, very nicely decorated, and the ground floor and 1st floor are cool in summer, which we really enjoyed. The bedding is comfortable, and the accommodation is very well equipped. The pool is a real plus, all close to Lake Paladru (a little far to go on foot with children, but doable!). Note for parents of young children: the 2nd floor bedroom is not closed (no door, it is open to the stairs, with a safety barrier), and everything is very loud (old wooden parquet without insulation, which also makes the charm of the place) We'll be happy to go back!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. The hosts are very attentive and we were very well received from the 1st day. In addition, the pool is particularly pleasant. We recommend 100%. Signed Rémi, Justine and Célia.

Our stay was absolutely incredible — everything we could have dreamed of and more! The house is perfect for a family with kids. Ours LOVED all the legos and toys, and the pool was a perfect afternoon hangout in the 85 degree temps. Many a spritz was had on the patio while watching the kids swim. ☺️ The views are breathtaking and provided so much peace and relaxation to our stay. The house is in a great, private location but would have been tricky to experience the surrounding areas without a rental car. Overall I would highly recommend this house and will likely dream about visiting again for years to come.

Thanks to Marc for his hospitality and his lovely accommodation. We really enjoyed the calm of the place after our walks. The cottage is very cozy and functional. The small pool and terrace is an asset. We recommend the location if you are looking for a little quiet outside Annecy.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Very nice house with an outdoor space conducive to relaxation, swimming pool, lawn. Very well-equipped kitchen, plenty of dishes. We really enjoyed our weekend.
