The house was lovely and centrally located, which was perfect for my toddler. We especially enjoyed the garden and terrace — both were peaceful and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable, and overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Sofia was an excellent host. He was very kind to let us in 3 hours before check-in and to bring us a crib with blankets and a bathtub for our baby. He also offered us cleaning in the middle of the week, which I think is the first time that's happened to me on Airbnb, so we really appreciated it. The house is small but cozy and is very good for a couple. The garden is very beautiful but there are many mosquitoes. We need mosquito nets to be able to ventilate well. The accommodation is on a private street on the edge of the center, which makes the area quieter and more peaceful than the center. Everything is within walking distance, but without a car we miss a supermarket closer. However, in the opposite direction to the center there are amenities nearby and beautiful streets. In short, a very pleasant place with a hostess who cares about you having a good stay. We were very happy and would definitely repeat. Thank you

Lovely little apartment! Angel and his family are super kind and make sure you have everything you need. There are little details like ear plugs and a water filter to make sure you are ready for whatever. The area is super safe and on a nice side street. I recommend!

The positive comments in the previous guests' reviews are all true! The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful, secure, mostly quiet, and stunningly beautiful. The location is close to the central park, shopping, and food court (and other restaurants including the not-to-be-missed Dona Luisa). The staff are responsive, respectful, and helpful. The amenities were plentiful. We enjoyed hanging out with Lorenzo the parrot, we appreciated the banana bread and wine, and were grateful for the access to laundry service. As a previous guest recommended, if this space is available, do yourself a favor and book it!

This stay was amazing! Beautiful surroundings and such a private, peaceful location. Jose was so helpful / friendly and always responsive to anything we needed - it made our stay stress free! There is a restaurant with an amazing view a couple minutes down the street (Cerro San Cristobal) that I would definitely recommend checking out. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very good price for the cute little accommodation! We loved the jacuzzi, that was great. Very convenient location and so much to do! The host was super sweet and responsive. She held our bags for us beyond our check out time so we could do our activities and let us pick them up after which was a HUGE help! Definitely recommend staying here :)

Excellent place to vacation with family or friends, spacious and with beautiful views, it has everything to spend it amazing even board games, the super full kitchen has up to an Alexa, I highly recommend this place Aspects to note Super retired from everything or a store nearby, the closest thing is Santa Catarina Palopó 30 minutes and Panajachel about 45 minutes. The road from Santa Catarina Palopó is not the best, it was becoming 2 lanes passed to 1 and there is like 15 minutes of terracería which when we went there were repairs, I do not know if they will put asphalt but in rain I do not think that goes up small car by 2 slopes with loose soil, if they come from Patzún there if it is paved street and 10 minutes of terracería. They only put 2 rolls of paper for a family of 7 while 3 days and they didn't give extra sheets, I consider that for families like that is necessary I recommend bringing food for vacation days and not going out a lot, they will have an amazing time, I enjoyed it too much.

We loved this place! Perfect to disconnect for a whole couple of days.
