Great location as right near tube station. House very clean and was ideal for our big family. Vlad was very accommodating as well with great communication.

One of the best AirBnB in years. An amazing house, clean, good public transport connection, super well equipped, great places in the vicinity, all you need for a great stay in London with a larger group! This will definitely be on my "come back to" list. Thanks Annie for being a great host!

We had such an incredible time at this house. We were all pleasantly surprised at how great the house was and all the amenities. I don’t think the advert does it justice. We were a big group of 21 with 11 little ones who were in HEAVEN. We got very lucky with the weather and spent the whole weekend in the glorious grounds. We brought our own paddling pool and it was perfect. The aspect of the house means you get stunning sunsets and the back terrace is a real sun trap - long evenings sunbathing until 7pm! The surrounding area is stunning and the local village is so beautiful!! Walking distance (even with a million young children) to the village shop and then on to the very well equipped play park. We only wish we could have stayed for a week, the kids never wanted to leave. Some very special memories made here! Rachel the host is on the end of the phone for any questions and was excellent at responding to our queries.

Stephanie and Richard were great communicators. They quickly responded to any messages I left and were very kind and accommodating. They have an adorable, well kept home.

We had a wonderful stay! Jaqua was a fantastic host – very welcoming and quick to respond. The property itself is lovely and very spacious. The new outdoor marquee was perfect for our hen do with 18 guests, easily accommodating our meals, games, and drinks. The house is also excellent, with comfortable beds, a lovely living room and conservatory, and a well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommended!

Brilliant place to stay, especially as our previous booking cancelled last minute. Very close to the shops and train stations. Will 100% be booking for the same time for next year. Beautiful home!

What a lovely place to spend a week with a large group. We spent a lot of time searching for an apartment that had plenty of rooms but also enough bathrooms, and this one really had everything we needed. We were a group of 6, and we had plenty of space and privacy as well. The area is very peaceful and just a few minutes walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The train station is close enough to easily walk to it and then it's a quick train ride to the main stations like London bridge station, and others. We met the hosts briefly and they were so incredibly nice as well, and they were lightning quick to answer messages in the app too. I would definitely recommend this to any large group that needs a place to stay in a quiet part of London.

The house is wonderful for its age, character and history. We really appreciated the library and all the quirks and general history of the house itself. Some of us went on a quick trip to All Saints Church cemetery in Edmonton to see Charles and Mary Lamb's graves ... because the house provoked an interest to see and know more. It has many quirks - but these are so well explained by the hosts - so you know about them before you come. The character and joy of the house totally made up for the quirks. Size was great - for our family group of 7 it was ideal - plenty of space to eat and hang out and individual nooks and crannies where people could do their own thing.

Kate’s cottage was lovely, very spacious and was perfect for what we needed, would definitely stay again, Kate was a perfect host, responded to messages promptly and was very friendly and helpful, thanks again for all your help

Stayed for work, really happy with everything will definitely stay again

'Exactly what it says on the tin'. When my family of 3 generations (aged 5 - 95) 6 adults, 2 children arrived we felt that we already knew the property, so accurate were the descriptions and the photographs that Jubed has supplied. Communication since booking (a year in advance) has been excellent, friendly courteous and comprehensive. A wonderful 3 night stay. I would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighbourhood and yet easily accessible to Central London.

Kaz is an extremely friendly and responsive host . The house is lovely and spacious with a lovely outdoor area . Everything you could possibly need is provided and the house was fresh clean and comfortable . The area is quiet . We were attending my son’s wedding and were a family group . Wow. This house is beautiful, it was immaculately clean and wonderful. Liz was so responsive and helpful the entire time, we really appreciated her local recommendations. The house is beautiful, so spacious and well kept. Absolutely no issues, all the facilities we needed and more.

Great place to stay. 7 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of space and easily could have accommodated more. The location is perfectly situated, a couple blocks to the train station and multiple bus stops immediately around the place. Night life is a few blocks away. Highly recommend The Goat and Hawkins Forge. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would love to stay here again.

Fantastic stay at Ema-Louise’s Beautiful home. We felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. We celebrated my mum’s 60th Birthday and we had such a lovely time. The weather was good to us so we also got to spend time in the pool. The host was so lovely and made us all feel most welcome. The highlight of our stay was Rosie the pointer & Rocky the Chihuahua and all the horses. Was like a home away from home and we would love to come back! Thank you again for a wonderful stay ❤️

Ann’s house was exactly what we were looking for and we had a wonderful stay and felt very much at home. Everything was easy to find and use and the house had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5. The neighborhood was lovely and we loved walking around.

Thank you Sabreena. We had an amazing time in Forest Hill. It was the perfect mix of city and rest and relaxation. It is a really easy walk to the station to get into central London. However the local restaurants are also really good. The house is so spacious, with comfy beds and a great shower. The parking space was also a real plus for the area. Thank you Sabreena for being a great host! We will definitely be back.

Laura’s house is beautiful, it’s very private and the pool is fantastic. The house is cosy and spotless clean. The area is also quite nice, and there’s also a pub walking distance.

There were 2 families, 8 total people. 4 bedrooms. Huge kitchen with seating area. Beautiful backyard and pool house. We even discovered the neighbors cat Fudge! Only downside was running out of hot water.

Lovely home, felt very comfortable there- we had 4 children between 4 adults, and it felt like a lived in house- therefore we were not panicked about the children just being children!! The pool was a lovely temperature and our children enjoyed it thoroughly. House nice and warm, kitchen and lounge area which overlooks the swimming pool were a real hub of the home- a very nice space. All in all a great find for when we need to be in Hertfordshire! We would stay again.

We had a fabulous week in this beautiful home. The house is perfect, we couldn’t have wished for better. The garden was like an oasis, so quiet, it was hard to believe we were in London. We would sit outside for a morning coffee before meeting our little granddaughter for the day, then recharge our batteries in the evening, with a beer in the garden. The garden is beautiful. We loved having coffee and brunch at flotsam and Jetsam at Dulwich Picture Gallery, about a thirty minute stroll from the rental. For us, the location was perfect, the house was perfect and we would definitely like to stay there again. Bonus points for the quality towels and parking on the property. Loved every minute of our stay.
