Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Chieti

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

Soggiorno piacevolissimo! Ci siamo fermati 4 giorni a Fossacesia con i nostri bimbi di 1 e 4 anni, e a casa di Simona ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa è un fornita di ogni cosa e Simona è stata davvero gentilissima a fornirci su richiesta il seggiolone e un apprezzatissimo benvenuto con cestino per la colazione. La posizione di fronte al mare è davvero impagabile, sia per la possibilità di utilizzare il terrazzino per i pasti che per la comodità di attraversare la strada e trovarsi in spiaggia. Molto comoda anche la presenza del box con ingresso diretto al condominio.

We loved Patrizia's place. It's in a beautiful location in a nature reserve, with a lovely terrace with a beautiful view looking out towards the sea - and a short walk from the beach. It's comfortable, spacious, airy, and well equipped. We were sorry not to have the opportunity in the end to use the bikes she offered us to explore the area. We were able to park in the private drive just next to the apartment, which we appreciated. Patrizia and her husband were delightful hosts, who gave us a warm welcome and shared local information with us.

Casa ben tenuta e molto accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene con il proprietario dell’alloggio, molto disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente se si vuole vivere un’esperienza rilassante e tranquilla immersa nel verde e ottima collocazione in quanto a pochi minuti dagli impianti sciistici.

Flat very well located within walking distance from the city centre. Furnished in a modern, bright and functional style. Equipped with all necessary amenities to provide a relaxing and pleasant stay. Beautiful terrace with a fantastic view. Hosts very helpful and available. Highly recommended!

Luogo stupendo. Intimo, Molto rilassante, pieno di dettagli ed accortezze, molto pulito. Proprietario gentilissimo, molto simpatico e attento a dare ogni indicazione. La zona è molto tranquilla. Se si desidera pace é un buon luogo dove “fuggire”.

Sono stato bene da Barbara, mi ha indicato le cose più belle da fare e vedere in 48h, dove mangiare qualcosa di tipico, la casa è molto vicina al centro e all’inizio della pista ciclabile per la costa dei trabocchi. 5 min a piedi. La casa è molto carina, nuova e rende di più da vicino che dalle foto. Quando tornerò ai trabocchi ricontatterò sicuramente Barbara.

Massimo è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile, un amico.Ha saputo darci tutte le indicazioni utili per il nostro soggiorno preoccupandosi anche delle prenotazioni ai ristoranti e agli stabilimenti balneari. Massimo inoltre ci ha accolto con un ricco aperitivo. Consigliatissimo e noi torneremo sicuramente Rodolfo e Stefania

Eleonora è un host attenta e gentile.. l’appartamento è pulitissimo e rispecchia esattamente la descrizione. Posizione ottima per studenti che frequentano l’università. Mi sono trovata veramente bene sotto ogni punto di vista! Lo consiglio :-)

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

Domenico's home is lovely! The view from the garden of the sun setting across the fields is magnificent! The kitchen has everything you could need to cook, they have thought of everything! They even left nice little touches which were very kind, for example, i had my dog with me and it was a hot day and they put a bowl of water out for her upon arrival and one for me in the fridge, so so thoughtful and caring, thank you! The home is clean and the garden is gorgeous! It is in a really peaceful area with supermarkets a five mins drive away. I recommend this place, to any other solo female travellers, this place is safe and the hosts are lovely! They also have aircon in the kitchen as well as the bedrooms and they have mosquito nets too. The place is clearly loved and looked after. Thank you both so much! :)

Host gentilissimo, preciso e puntuale nelle informazioni. L'appartamento é pulito e ben organizzato. La posizione è strategica, in pochi minuti si raggiunge dall'autostrada e dal mare. Siamo stati molto bene.

Dato che avevo un Matrimonio a pescara ho decido di concedermi un po di relax tra gli ulivi di Silvi... La casa è bellissima e pulita , in una zona rilassante e tranquilla! Brunella e gaetano sono stati host gentili e disponibili, mi hanno dato consigli sui ristoranti migliori, le spiagge piu vicine e i posti nei dintorni piu interessanti da vedere. L'amaca vista mare è stata il mio punto preferito della casa!!

Huis ligt op een prachtige locatie 10 min van het strand lopen en 10 min naar stad Vasto, wat echt een leuke stad is. Verder een aangenaam huis waar Giuseppe zijn uiterste best doet om je thuis te laten voelen. We waren met kinderen van 17 en 18 jaar en die hebben de tijd van hun leven gehad. Ze konden zelf naar stad en strand. Iedereen kon zijn eigen gang gaan! Perfect.

My partner and I came here as nature tourists after I visited and fell in love with Pettorano sul Gizio during a work trip in May 2023. The accommodation itself was clean and homely, and the views spectacular. We spent a lot of time sitting on the living room balcony watching the birds, and even a wild boar family on the last night! If we were at the accommodation we were probably on the balcony, and we got up at 5am some days to enjoy the dawn chorus. The beauty of this place and its abundance of wildlife cannot be overstated. The town itself is beautiful and we enjoyed the local food and drink on offer from the nearby shop and café. There are many walks to do in the area and local towns to explore. The place was a home away from home and we are sure to return!

We stayed at Fabrizio's apartment for more than a month. Everything was absolutely perfect! Fabrizio's dad is a sweetest person, he helped us with literally everything ☺️The location is just top, there is a view of both mountains and the seaside from the terrace. You have pizzeria da Michele and amazing ice cream place just 5 min walk away, and there is even a supermarket in the building. Apartment is clean and spacious, there is everything you would need. 100% recommended!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

Muy agradable, super atento y estaba todo perfecto

Siamo stati da Pierino per una settimana. L'appartamento è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i comfort. Il signor Rino, che ci ha accolto, è una persona eccezionale. Hanno viaggiato con noi anche i nostri due cani, che sono stati gentilmente accolti dai proprietari. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio privato a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Torneremo sicuramente!

Sebastiano è un host molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato diversi posti in cui cenare oltre che ad accompagnarci in spiaggia il primo giorno consigliandoci una comoda strada. La casa è stata appena ristrutturata ed offre ogni tipo di confort. Situata in campagna, è comunque molto vicina al mare. Sicuramente è un alloggio in cui tornerei volentieri.

Andrea's apartment is very spacious and so clean you could literally eat off the floor! Check in was great with Maria and she is very helpful. It is a bit of an uphill treck to get back from the main piazza but that's ok..we needed the exercise. 😅 Thanks Andrea for making our stay so enjoyable!

Soggiorno perfetto! Eravamo due coppie con tre bambini, spazio enorme nelle casa, dotata di ogni confort e occorrente. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere Passolanciano! Il signor Fiore è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza!

L’host è stato gentilissimo fornendo fin da subito informazioni precise sull’abitazione e sulle esperienze che è possibile fare nei dintorni (se non conoscete la zona, non avete tempo di organizzarvi, fidatevi di lui). Contatto tramite numero di cellulare, che ti permette rapidità nelle risposte. Casa pulitissima, molto colorata, in un paesino tranquillo. Unica pecca l’assenza nelle vicinanze di supermercato o bar (bar più vicino e anche consigliatissimo: bar Calascino a Calascio) ovviamente non imputabile all’host. Cucina fornita di tutto, con utensili pulitissimi. Frigo grande. Due divani comodissimi per guardare la tv insieme. Tre stanze da letto. Un bagno molto ampio, luminoso e fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Grazie Andrea per tutto ♥️
