I chose Lara's place for a return with friends, I fell in love with the property already from the photos, but live it's even better! It was a dream weekend, the house offers everything, we had such a good time that we didn't feel the need to move from home. In addition, we were lucky, in the middle of January, to have all sunny days, which made the view of the lake and the mountains spectacular! I would go back today, I only have great memories.

What a beautiful view—this place is truly magical, especially if you’re visiting with a significant other. In my case, I was here to make appointments for a property I recently purchased, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. It was peaceful, calming, and a welcome escape between meetings. A serene atmosphere with stunning surroundings—I couldn’t have asked for more.

I give it 5 stars on everything but I would also put 10. Wonderful apartment, perfect cleanliness, Claudio's availability, really beyond the imaginable... It treats you as if she has known you forever and is always available. I recommend it to everyone and please keep the apartment as you found it is a special place that deserves not to be violated . Everything was perfect! Simple and warm welcome, Dario and Rebecca took the time to give us multiple tips on activities to do in the area, including hikes. The accommodation is impeccable, pleasant, especially the terrace which has a magnificent view of Monte Legnone and the lake.

This villa was a gem and was perfectly sized, even for a large group (7 of us). It was clean and well equipped with a good kitchen, comfortable furniture, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, modern tv with lots of DVDs to choose from and a hi-fi unit for music. The garden was also lovely. We made good use of the sheltered table and chairs, and the deck chairs and table tennis for when the weather was sunny. The location was fantastic, offering panoramic views of Lecco and the mountains. It is well connected to Lecco despite being further up the hills through the number 4 and 1 buses Lecco is a wonderful small city, it has plenty of places to eat and shop with great connections to Milan and other nearby locations. Elena was a lovely host, leaving some gifts for us when we entered and offering advice on what to do around Lecco and nearby locations. I would highly recommend this villa for anyone wanting to experience Lecco and Lake Como.

The house is a gem, but if possible the village and the surroundings even more. The two of us and our furry friends fell in love with the air you breathe, a place set in time but at the same time close to everything. The Valmalenco and its mountains are a breathtaking place that stays in the heart! It's also a super-appointed place for dogs as there's no lack of indoor and outdoor space. Friendly and friendly Compaesani. You will love it!

we stayed for three days with our two children, Oreste and Aunt Adele were very kind to give us a lot of information about the area, I hope to return soon to visit the surrounding area.

Apartment with enchanting and very well-kept views and convenient location for hiking , hot springs and very close to Bormio. Aldo and Nadia are kind and always available hosts. Definitely worth coming back .

The house is in the middle of nature with great views of the lake. Our dog loved the enclosed garden. Perfect for many walks in beautiful nature or as a starting point for exploring the beautiful villages of the surrounding area. Always happy to come back.

The house is very nice with a great lake view. Spacious and clean, with a beautiful garden and pool. Location is very quiet and you need to drive to the more touristy places in Como but we definitely liked that!

We had a great two weeks at Alfredo, Patrizia and Giulio's. The house is very nice, especially the shaded porch where we had all our meals and the garden. We really enjoyed the pool very close to the house, especially our daughter who spent hours in the paddling pool. The house is in the heart of a pretty little village, close to a small grocery store where you can find all the basics. Alfredo and Patrizia were very welcoming upon our arrival and shared lots of very useful tips for activities, restaurants and places to visit nearby. So we highly recommend this house for a lovely holiday in Italy and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

The view from the balcony was the most beautiful for us! The apartment had everything we needed for a week. Gera Lario is a little quieter and not too touristy, which we personally liked very much. For us, it was the perfect starting point to discover Lake Como by car and also take a hike or two.
