Super clean and very spacious apartment! Has everything you need for a home away from home. Cute pool area and rooftop patio. Responsive host!! I had requested a hair dryer and they delivered it that same day!! Very much appreciated! Also a small convenience store across the street with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh juice everyday! Loved this stay while enjoying Progreso for the first time!

Enjoyed the residence and the amenities. There was some road noise but nothing too late at night. Mario was very responsive and helpful. He was proactive, reaching out to see if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

5:30am - Wake up in a luxurious bed looking out at the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Make a cup of coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise from the spacious balcony with new and comfortable furniture. Watch the pelicans gracefully float overhead as you drink your second cup of coffee. 7:00am - Go for a walk on the sandy beach as the water laps at your ankles. Discover various species of fish and rays as the morning sun radiates on your skin. 8:30 - Get into the water with kayaks and paddleboards provided with the unit. Refresh in the cool, shallow water. 10:00am - Prepare a delicious, healthy breakfast in the clean, large, incredibly furnished kitchen (blender, air fryer, micro, etc.) 11:00am - Relax and read by the sparkling clean pool 5:00PM - Enjoy a cold martini on the heavenly balcony watching the sun set over the western waters 6:30PM - Chow down on the delicious pizza made by the cohost who lives just below the unit. (try the Ricardo Special) Repeat tomorrow. Six stars!

The response time was excellent, we did request extra beach and bath towels and they arrived within 24 hours of requesting. Thank you to you and your team for everything. Also the onsite te of Antonio and his wife are amazing!

Fuimos en familia. El departamento superó nuestras expectativas. Es muy cómodo y aún más hermoso que en las fotos, está bien equipado y con una ubicación privilegiada, a escasos metros del mar. La limpieza y el orden eran impecables, y todo funciona perfectamente. La vista al mar desde el balcón es simplemente preciosa. Además, cerca se encuentra el Oxxo, restaurantes, el muelle, el centro y había feria, lo que fue perfecto para nuestras vacaciones. Definitivamente recomendamos este departamento ampliamente. Es uno de nuestros lugares favoritos y sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. Gracias a los anfitriones: Lizbeth y su esposo, por su hospitalidad y sus atenciones. Gracias también a la coanfitriona Carito que de igual manera siempre estuvo al pendiente.

Como todas las veces que me he quedado con Ioh, no solo el trato es excelente si no el lugar. DEFINITIVAMENTE RECOMIENDO que te quedes aqui, es tranquilo e ideal para familias que quieran un descanso. Me encanta ya quiero volver!!!!!

El Departamento se encuentra tal como aparece en las fotos, todo bien. Limpio, ordenado, seguro, cocina equipada.

El lugar está muy agradable, cuenta con todas las amenidades para poderte sentir como en casa; la vista que ofrece es espectacular, el mar es delicioso y tranquilo, además de que hay pueblitos muy cerca del lugar donde puedes ir a caminar El lugar 10/10

Hicimos un viaje en familia extendida donde pudimos convivir todos ya que los espacios son muy adecuados para alojar 16 personas comodamente y los amenities de primera. El área de Tulumcito te permite resguardarte del viento y le da un toque muy comodo sin tener a restaurantes. El servicio de Victor y Concha (que se tienen que contratar aparte) fueron muy utiles y su ayuda a cocinar y mantener el orden fueron de gran ayuda. Asi mismo nos permitió hacer actividades en grupo de Padel y foot ball asi como kitear desde la comodicad de la casa. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar, todos los que estuvimos en el viaje (desde 85 hasta 8 años), estuvimos de acuerdo que mucho del exito del viaje fue haber elegido el lugar correcto. Volveremos el proximo año. Gracias!

This is by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. I’ve traveled all over Mexico and this trip was my favorite. The place is beautiful, right on the water! There was plenty of drinking/cooking water provided. Lots to do in the surrounding areas. I would recommend renting a car to make exploring easier. If you’re a beach lover, this is the place! Rossy also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and site seeing. Although our favorite part of our trip was our beach days at the house. Thank you so much, Rossy! We WILL be back!

We had an amazing stay at Juan Pablo’s Airbnb! The house was in an excellent location—just a couple of blocks from the beach and a short walk to downtown, where we found great restaurants and even a nice beachside spot we loved. The area is very friendly and welcoming, and at no point did we ever feel unsafe. Juan Pablo was an exceptional host—always attentive and making sure everything was perfect. He stayed on top of everything, from keeping the pool clean to providing fresh linens. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to this area, and we highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Juan Pablo!

Es una casa muy cómoda, limpia y moderna, cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar tu estancia con total comodidad.

Muy buen servicio, los cuartos muy cómodos, la noche familiar que pasamos de lo mejor, la alberca muy limpia, es verdad tenía flores del árbol de cedro que da sombra a la alberca, pero es normal, moscos si hay normal, pero se disfruta la estancia en la casa.

This house was outstanding. Just as described, however being there is even better. You have a private beach and pool. The area is very private and safe right across from a Police station, and they are always patrolling the beach area, always felt safe. The place is very quiet, and perfect for families. There is a very good taco place very close and a Pizza place. The house had everything we needed, and came equipped with an alarm system for peace of mind, however Progreso felt very safe. Merida is only a short drive, lots of things to do there too. I would recommend renting a car, it would make life easier. And lastly, Jose was an outstanding host, made instructions very clear and his response time is very fast, I never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I would totally go back. 100% recommend.

This is a 5 stars place no doubt! If we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness we would as we found the house spotless on all fronts. Great communication for ease of check in and check out. Excellent for groups given the numerous seating areas that can accommodate 8-10 people all at once, outdoor as well as indoor. Accessing the ocean for a swim is swift although you have to cross over the concrete wall or step over sideways so maybe a little difficult for low-mobility individuals. Don't miss these raved about sunset swims tho! Would definitely come back!

La villa de Maria Elena est extraordinaire. Très spacieuse, nous avions tous le confort requis. Extrêmement bien équipée, tout le monde y trouvait son compte. Que l’on parle d’ustensiles de cuisine, de serviettes de plages, de meubles pour bébé, de jeux de société, de jouets pour le sable ou d’équipement pour activités extérieures, tout y était. Les lits étaient très confortables. Nous étions 6 adultes, 2 enfants et 2 bébés et tout le monde avait son espace. Les communications avec Maria Elena étaient extrêmement faciles et rapides. Elle nous a fait plusieurs suggestions de restaurants et d’activités. Durant notre séjour, nous avons utilisé les services de Jackie et Toño, le couple qui prend soin de la résidence. Ce sont des gens remarquables et grandement attentionnés. Ils ont préparé les repas pendant la majorité de notre séjour et tout était excellent. Je recommande énormément d’utiliser leur service car ils étaient vraiment géniaux, point fort de notre voyage. Nous reviendrons.

This place was wonderful, and I look forward to staying again in the near future! It had everything that we needed, and our host was extremely proactive about anything we had questions about in the area, as well as information related to checking in and checking out, so we could make the most of our stay. She was also able to take care of a few rowdy neighbors who were partying too loud, and that was very nice to experience because not all hosts do that.

Beautiful secluded place great for respite. Very nice family with the parents next door who are wonderful people. Uber is available sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get there so plan accordingly to head into Progresso for restaurants and shopping & groceries.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.

I very much enjoyed my stay. I had no reason to contact Roxana but she reached out to me to ask how things were.

El alojamiento fue simplemente increíble. Las habitaciones súper cómodas, el lugar tenía todo lo necesario. La ubicación del lugar lo mejor, pude disfrutar de un fin de semana relajante en familia. Las habitaciones tienen vista lateral al mar y eso fue un plus enorme. La privacidad del lugar me encantó. Nada malo que decir, al contrario, espero volver pronto.
