The overall experience was great, but the management needs to be strengthened, and the place can be rented on a stand-alone basis while renting the place as a whole.We booked the entire place and still stayed with someone and it was a bad experience.

Teobaldo and his wife are excellent hosts 10/10. Everything was spectacular, they have lots of games and entertainment in the place, also, the house has all the necessary amenities, it is an ideal place to rest from the city and be quiet. The accommodation was very comfortable and very cozy. They left us firewood for the stove for the cold nights. Thank you very much Teobaldo! The apartment is very functional, including a washer and dryer, which for us we had with small children was a great differential. It also has internet, tv with local and international channels, as well as cooking resources, coffee water heater, toilet, among others. Although the nearby streets are quite strange at night it is very quiet, in front of the building there are mini markets, which also made it much easier to buy food items. I don't know exactly what it's like for public transportation and distance to subway stations because we rented a car. Another differential of the building is the parking space available, in the underground with direct access to the elevator, which also facilitates a lot, above all, on the coldest days. Alejandro is a great host! Very attentive, he communicated with us whenever we had doubts. I highly recommend the apartment to everyone! Clean and well cared for! All new! Gracias, Alejandro!

The apartment is functional, comfortable and clean, it has everything you need for a quiet and safe stay. It's just a few steps from the Ohiggins park, ideal if you're going to a concert (as was my case), it has businesses and a subway station nearby, I would stay here again.

We have stayed several times for medical check-ups and always a 10/10 in all aspects. Regarding the pool issue, all buildings are usually governed by the summer season (December-March), so we were not surprised that it was not available at this time, as it is something that does not depend on the host. Top apartment in a safe location and everything is within walking distance. Communication was easy, check-in was easy, we felt very comfortable!

Bruno is a great host, organized our transfer from Santiago to the house and Farellones and back too. We stopped at the supermarket to buy groceries before climbing the mountain. The house is 3 blocks from Paraie Farellones. It is a wooden cabin, simple but equipped with everything you need: dishwasher, washing machine, full kitchen, towels, blankets. There were 14 of us and the house accommodated everyone very well.

The place matches the description, very quiet and well connected. The house was spotless everything clean and tidy, the interior patio was very beautiful, with fruit trees that gives it a unique touch that my parents loved. I also went with my dog and she really enjoyed lounging in the garden, we were also close to the park. Access to closed parking entrance was very helpful, in my case for the Transfer to pick us up in comfort. I would be happy to stay again. Thank you very much for everything

Beautiful place and surprisingly quiet, something unthinkable being so close to Santiago. The facilities are comfortable, discreet and designed for a very pleasant relaxing stay. If you bring everything you need, you will find an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Located literally at the tip of the hill, on the border between the Metropolitan Region and Valparaiso, it offers an impressive sky with very little light pollution. Nils and Maite were great hosts, flexible, always attentive and concerned about giving us all the facilities to enjoy the place. Thank you both....
