Me and my family loved our stay. The pool and hot tub was great and lots of fun, we didn’t expect how deep it was. The mini golf course is a good time as well. There was so much to enjoy at the house we barely had time to go to the beach. And the host and owner were extremely friendly, and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was exactly as described. Eugene was really responsive when communicating and super friendly! I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you again for such a relaxing place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Octopus! It was a very nice layout with a family. Loved the connecting bedrooms upstairs, and even a baby gate for the stairs and top locks on the doors to the outside. We loved how easy it was to swim and go to the beach here! We went to Mudita for coffee in the morning which was wonderful. Would love to come back for a longer stay! Willoughby beach was quiet and away from crowds.

I can't say enough positive things about Alice and her home. She was incredibly welcoming, and made my entire weekend a delight. Her home is beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay. But Alice's kindness and generosity really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

Mark is a great host. The house is immaculate. Every little detail is perfect. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever rented. Mark made sure everything was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy.

Beverly's home was perfect for our family and situation: family vacation with a 2 year old. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful; access to a very quiet beach is one block away. The aquarium, dolphin tours, and several dockside restaurants are 3 minute drives. The main boardwalk is a 5 minute drive. The home itself was nicer than pictured, and had just about everything we needed, including linens and towels, beach wagons, chairs, and umbrellas. The pool was extremely well-designed, and terrific for warm days before/after the beach. The Internet was not the most reliable, and the cable TV would cut out for 3-5 seconds every 30 minutes or so... these may have been attributed to the storms early in our trip Recommendations: 1. Bring a coffee machine or k cup filter for ground coffee (only Keurig is available) 2. Be aware there are plenty of stairs (30) in this 3 story home. Beverly communicated very well, and gave the number of her nextdoor neighbor for any timely needs.

The property is spectacular. Everything about the accommodations was excellent. Not one complaint. Just praise. The host was very friendly and helpful. So were the neighbors!

It was a great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. Many great places with if walking distances or a short drive. The farmer’s market is a must do! Carrie was super helpful with a question during the stay. We would stay again!

This place was great for my small family. Tricia was highly accommodating and took great care to make this place child friendly. The location is a quick walk to the beach in a very nice neighborhood. Would stay again!

This is my 2nd stay in Krystal’s Air BNB. This was the place I knew where I feel safe and comfortable at. The location is close great restaurants and shopping locations. The neighborhood is very quiet. Krystal is responsive, friendly, and respectful. When I do visit VA again I’ll probably be at this particular Air BNB!

I had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. The huge backyard was a great bonus — spacious, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing. Lisa was a very responsive host, always quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Fresh linen and towels were provided, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a pack ’n play available for my baby — it made traveling so much easier. The listing was 100% accurate, and I’m super satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely recommend Lisa’s place and would love to return!

We were in town for our son’s graduation from CNU. This house was a little further away, but had the space we needed looked beautiful in the photos, and had great reviews. We were not disappointed! The place matched the photos, and Davis was an incredibly friendly and responsive host!

We had a fantastic stay at Fran’s home! The house was huge, beautifully decorated, and spotless—perfect for our family. It was a pretty easy walk to the beach, just a quick crossing over a busier road. We have three little kids and managed just fine. The space had everything we needed, and being pet-friendly was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for families looking for a comfortable and stylish beach getaway!

This house was perfect for our family of six. Our sons are all tall and this house had plenty of space and beds for everyone. The kitchen was great--I did a lot of cooking and everything was provided that I needed--like pots, pans, serving dishes and the like. plenty of grocery stores nearby too. The beach was two blocks away and clean. We had an issue with the freezer/fridge and they were quick to get it fixed the same day--we were so thankful! This place was really great and we would highly recommend staying here.

Our family loved our stay here and will definitely be back. We have stayed at this hosts other properties and is our yearly go to. Backyard was immaculate. FYI: lots of loud fighter jets possibly up until 11pm (on some nights) but tolerable.

I can't say enough about how happy my family and I were to stay here. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious, which was fantastic for us to all spread out. The kids' ages varied widely, so the game room couldn't have been more perfect to keep everyone entertained. The beach is a very short walk away, and I appreciated not having to drag our beach toys, umbrellas, etc. from home, since they had some we could use (it saved me from having to buy some, too!). Michael was extremely responsive, even late, when I didn't expect a response, and he was super helpful. We will be staying here again in the future for sure! Thank you!!!

Great stay! The place was very clean, and the host was super responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well-stocked with quality plates and everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Matthew was very responsive and extremely helpful! We were in town for a wedding with family and friends and it was the perfect home for that reunion. The private beach, endless games, and plenty of beds for our group. We are already talking about coming back and staying in this house again as it now brings us such happy memories.
