Casa mantilla is one of the most beautiful houses in barichara, its award winning architecture, located in the perfect point of the village you can walk everywhere and rest in the house without noise or hassle of carts or tourism. They receive q your pet and the house has everything to enjoy!

We are totally grateful to Jenny and her family, they are excellent hosts and very caring and warm people... The house is very cozy and has absolutely everything you need for a quiet and pleasant stay, the view of the place is incredible and the location of the house is close to all the tourist places you want to visit in Barichara... we would love to return as soon as possible and for those interested, Jenny's family has an ice cream shop in the village of Barichara, highly recommended, delicious ice cream and very caring service. Without further ado, highly recommended.

Puerta Blanca is an incredible house to share with the family, highly recommended and we will return no matter what.

My family and I have to stay there for a medical treatment in the hospital near there, and it was an amazing place. great for kids, and for a peaceful place. The communication was always great, and the attention was good. I will stay there again if i have to.

The house is very nice, just like the photos. The location of the house is very far from the center of the village and the road to access it is in very poor condition. The house has many mosquitoes.

The stay at the property was very good, we had a great time. Giovanny from the beginning, he was very attentive at all times, both with the directions to arrive, and with anything we needed. Javier and Carmen, they are very friendly people and always willing to help and make everything work properly. The place is very quiet, ideal for resting. This house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Absolutely perfect for large groups. Lots of hot water. So amazing that they had people to come make and serve breakfast in the morning.

We loved our stay in this Airbnb. The open area was incredible and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also very good. It’s central but still very quiet. The hammocks were the best ones I’ve been in for a long time. Also, the host was lovely and responded very quick and friendly since we booked rather last minute. Thank you!

A beautiful house to enjoy a few days with family, friends and surrounded by nature. A super quiet, clean place with everything you need for your stay. The host's service is super good and they are always available to help. We loved our stay and hope to return.

This place was amazing. Location is perfect. Close to everything but in a peaceful location. Olga is incredible and was very patient with her communication as I speak no Spanish. Every morning she would make us a fantastic authentic Colombian breakfast that would start the day right. We came for a wedding and with all the rooms and space, it was the PERFECT place for groomsmen to prepare for a wedding. Jorge was great to communicate with as we were very late arriving and also worked to get me a ride back to airport. Loved it. I will say if you are used to sleeping in very cold conditions, this may be a challenge for you to get used to. That seems to be a common thing in Barichara though.

The place is extremely charming with manicured and well cared for gardens. It's rustic and quaint in a way that reminded me of places like Mission Viejo, CA and parts of Tuscany. Read some reviews where people had trouble finding it... This won't be an issue if you use google maps. I 100% would stay and will stay again at this location. In regards to a vehicle to access the property, a Renault Sandero type (height wise) or higher, would be recommended. Place is very clean, bed was comfortable, wi-fi is sufficient and will be back to 100MBPS soon as per the host.

It’s the perfect place for resting, disconnecting and relaxing in a family environment. Everyone is so kind and warm! I love this place and highly recommend it

We were warmly welcomed at Tocagua, a very pretty house located on the most famous street in Barichara. Because of that, there are often tourists around the house taking photos throughout the day. Our stay was overall very good, though there was a social wasp nest in the bathroom—we hope that gets addressed soon. A charming place in a great location surrounded by great restaurants and places where to eat.

One of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb. The stay at Frédérik and Adriana's was excellent. The place is amazing with an impressive view of the valley to enjoy for hours. The pool is delicious. Everything is extremely clean. Peace and quiet where you can only hear the birds (and lizards!) singing The friendliness of the whole family is noteworthy. They were very proactive in recommending places to eat and visit in Barichara and its surroundings. You can get to the center of Barichara by walking in about 15 minutes with some uphill, but it is very accessible. 100% recommended. We'll definitely be back.
