初めて利用をさせていただきました。 お部屋はとても整理整頓されていて すごくキレイな空間でした。 キッチンなども広く楽しく お料理をする事ができたのと テラス？みたいな場所でBBQなども する事が出来てとても満足でした。 サウナも出入りが多いと温度は 下がりますがそれ以外は全く問題なく 整う事ができました。 景色も本当に良くて時間を忘れて 椅子に座り景色に見惚れていました。 泊まって良かったです。 機会があれば是非また利用させて いただきたいと思います。

Great location not too far from Funabashi Station and Keisei Funabashi station and very easy to get to and from Narita airport and Tokyo. The instructions on how to get there were very clear and the house is very comfortable. Would stay here again on my next trip to Japan. ^ - ^

Satoshi is a wonderful host: professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The house itself is fantastic. It is clean, new, and spacious, located in a peaceful residential area with a convenience store just a few minutes away. The only minor inconvenience was the washing basin’s location. While there are toilets on both floors, the only sink for handwashing is on the second floor. This made nighttime bathroom trips a bit tricky, especially with kids. That said, our overall experience was excellent, and we’d happily stay here again!

It was a beautiful stay with Noriko as the perfect host. The house is clean and the area is calm. We really felt we were in a little sanctuary. Also Noriko brought us to the supermarket and to the station which was really nice. We also bought some of Noriko’s beautiful ceramics. Furthermore, the place is quiet and the birds sing lovely. We made a nice walk through the area and as a bonus, Noriko has a Samurai house in her garden which belonged to one of her ancestors!

Muy bonito todo, la casa me encantó, para nada molesta el tren que pasa al contrario yo pienso que le da un gran plus a la casa por que tiene una vista muy bonita y me encantaba mirar cuando pasaba el tren por las mañanas, muy agradable todo, el lugar donde se ubica también es muy lindo y hay varias tiendas de conveniencia cerca, los lugares no quedan tan lejos en tren y la estación Keisei owada se encuentra muy cerca por lo que tiene un punto muy accesible para moverse a otros lugares en tren, definitivamente hice una fabulosa elección, los anfitriones muy amables y amigables, cuando vuelva a Japón seguro me alojaré aquí 👌👌👌

I loved this house! We were able to bring our Yorkie and there was a little bed house and plates for her. We stayed with our 2 kids and the rooms and beds were pretty nice !

Great stay for our first night in Japan. Landed in NRT in the afternoon and needed a place close to a train station after a long day of traveling. Very easy to find and conveniently close to restaurants and a department store. The house had great amenities. The host reached out with all the info ahead of time and answered my questions. Thank you again!

Una casa muy bonita en un lugar precioso. Las mañanas nos despertaba el canto de los pájaros. La casa esta limpia, impecable, esta alejada de las estaciones centrales pero el lugar es tranquilo y se disfruta descansando. Cada media hora pasa BUS y la parada esta a solo 3 min.Tuvimos una estancia perfecta en esta casa. Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento. Muchas gracias!

The host provided detailed directions with photos, making it easy to follow from the airport all the way to the doorstep of the apartment. It made arrival completely stress-free. The host was proactive and very helpful, giving us great local recommendations that we actually tried and really enjoyed. The apartment matched the photos exactly – clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We found everything we needed for light cooking (salt, soy sauce, utensils, pots, etc.), – really nothing to complain about! We liked the location: just a 10-minute walk over the river brought us into the heart of Sumida City with lots of restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. Akihabara was also within walking distance – we got there in just over 20 minutes. And Tokyo Skytree was practically around the corner – about a 5-minute walk, surrounded by peaceful parks that offered a great escape from the intensity of the city. All in all, a fantastic stay

Hiroyuki San was the best host we’ve had so far. Responsive , super helpful and proactive about everything He provided everything for us before we even ask. The apartment was equipped with all the amenities listed and more. He was always for responsive and ready to help with any of our needs It’s nowhere near the “center” of Tokyo so keep that in mind. If you want a stay near Yokohama though it’s the best you can find. Thank you Hiroyuki San for having us

I had a great stay in Kamata, Tokyo. The place was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The host was responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. Thank you!

If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. They were incredibly friendly and provided us so much free food. They were also super accommodating and helped us find their airbnb when we were lost on the first day and escorted us personally there. They are the friendliest people!

This apartment is tidy and well situated to access Disneyland. The hosts provide excellent detailed instructions for appliances and local transport. They were very helpful - I would definitely recommend them

My husband and I, along with our 9 year old son, traveled to Japan for the first time and had the best stay at Andy’s inn. He was very responsive, the place was not huge but was big enough to fit our needs. The beds were comfortable, clean, there was heating and air conditioning, microwave and fridge. There is a washer but no dryer, which wasn’t a problem bc we just hung our clothes outside the patio to dry. The train station and 7-11 is only a couple minutes away. We walked to Shinjuku within 20 minutes. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the action but still have peace and quiet!

Lovely little appartment in a calm neighboorhood. Kami-kitazawa station is at 2 minutes walk from the airbnb and it’s pretty easy to travel to more central areas from there (shibuya and shinjuku for example). Lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets which spared us a lot of time when trying to find something. Only detail is the train that passes by is kind of loud but we slept well nonetheless. Would come back to this place.

以前も同じ建物内のお部屋を利用させていただいたことがありましたので、今回も安心して宿泊ができました。 お部屋に着くとなんと素敵なBGMまでがかかっていて、おもてなしの気持ちを強く感じました。 Toshiさんとのコミュニケーションはとてもスムーズ、そして鎌倉に関する情報、おすすめのハイキングコースなど、とても細かく親切に説明がサイトに載っており、感動しました。 特に、洗剤や調味料の一つ一つまで何がお部屋に置いてあるのかがサイトに掲載されていたのにはビックリしました。 ゲストが鎌倉を余すことなく楽しめるように、ハイキング用に使えるリュックや携帯用の椅子などまで用意があり、本当にゲストに鎌倉を楽しんでほしいという気持ちを持たれていることがよく伝わりました。お部屋の設備もなんとウォーターサーバーや、refaのシャワーヘッド、ヘアアイロンまで用意されていて、ゲストへの心配りを隅々にまで感じましたし、お部屋から見えるビーチの景色は最高でした。 今まで外国も含めたくさんのエアビーのお部屋を利用しましたが、ここまでホスピタリティに溢れているお部屋はなく、誰が来ても必ず満足できる宿だと思います。 今まで宿泊してきた数あるお部屋の中で、断トツに1番素晴らしい設備の整ったお部屋で、また、是非利用させていただきたいです。 おかげさまで素晴らしい時間を過ごせました、ありがとうございました。

Great location. Super clean and comfortable. Responsive host and easy check in/out. Sho even left two beers in the fridge for my travel mate and I! Being that it is Japan, the place is a bit small. Perfect for solo travelers or a group of two. This wasn’t a deal breaker for us but just consider before bringing more people or large amounts of luggage. This place is great! Thank you, Sho!

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.

家族4人で伺いましたが、とても快適に過ごせました。御宿に宿泊する機会があれば、ぜひまた伺いたいです。
