Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen - wir werden wieder kommen! Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

호스트 게리는 제게 맞추어 모든일을 진행해 주었습니다. 제 친구가 체크인시간을 어겨서 문제가 발생했음에도 줄구하고 밤늦게까지 기다려 주었습니다. 숙소는 청결하고 내집과 같았습니다. 마침 다음일정이 없어서인지는 몰라도 체크아웃 시간을 조정해 주어서 제게 편의를 제공했습니다. 도보로 5분이면 청결한 현지음식을 즐길수있는 푸드코트가 있고 마야 소핑몰또한 도보로 6준이라 너무 편했습니다. 게리에게 감사하며 다음에 또 뵙기를 희망합니다. 감사합니다

The place felt warm, clean, and comfortable. It had everything I needed hairdryer, iron, kitchenware, washing machine. I really liked it, it was such a great stay! The walls are a bit thin, thoughI could hear footsteps and noise from the neighboring room quite clearly. So it’s something to keep in mind and be considerate about noise from your own side as well. Overall, it’s definitely worth it. I highly recommend this place :)

We loved staying at Jenna’s place and wish we could have been there longer. It’s very spacious, comfortable and has everything we needed including lots of personal touches and very thoughtful amenities. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

최고의 호스트입니다. 빠르고 친절한 답변과 정확한 설명은 기본이며 숙소는 사진들 보다 더 좋았습니다. 숙소 위치 주변의 맛집들과 카페가 있어 정말 편안한 여행 할 수 있었습니다.

这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

特别喜欢一楼的公区！光影的打造和法式复古家具相互承托简直就是个摄影棚！小猫咪们用一根猫条就贿赂到啦真的超有镜头感（我们住的一楼单间完全不会感觉挤还是独立卫浴喔～旁边还有超宽敞的厨房各种厨具和调料应有尽有，冰箱和洗衣机容量也超大適適一家人租一栋长居应该很舒服～

Beautiful, peaceful stay in the heart of Chiang Mai’s Old City. The house has a calming, Muji-style vibe, minimalist, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. It’s in a hidden quiet spot but just a short walk to cafés, temples, and both the Saturday Night Market on Wualai Road and the Sunday Walking Street Market. The host was responsive and everything in the property worked perfectly inc strong aircon, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches. What really stood out was how easy it was to get picked up for local experiences: Asia Scenic cookery school (highly recommended) and Elephant Jungle Sanctuary (also very good) both collected us right from the door. Northgate Jazz Club is also nearby, great for live music in the evening. Couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore the city. We’d absolutely stay again.

숙소가 조용했다. 수영장도 꽤 커서 아이와 재밌게 놀 수 있었다. 마야몰까지 5분거리로 위치가 아주 마음에 들었다.

Lovely house with a lot of space, has been set up and decorated thoughtfully. It’s comfortable and very clean. The WiFi is very good. Kevin was a lovely host and responsive and helpful. The washing machine out the back is a very helpful addition. Outside of nimman and not really walkable but easy to access and quiet. We sat on the balcony listening to the birds every morning.

Wei was a perfect host and recommended us lots of places to visit. Summer house very conveniently located right in the old city yet very peaceful. We felt at home. We requested for cleaning the room during our stay and it was done . It can get very hot we had AC and lots of fan to keep us cool. From the beginning wei has been very responsive . Wei is a very kind and helpful person. The room is well equipped wirh mucrowave ,fridge and there is a sitting area as well . We didn't have a time to use it but it was a nice touch . The water feature with wooden pathway was so nice and well maintained. Will definitely recommend wei as a host.

I loved staying here! Great location, beautiful pool, and the huge balcony was great to sit out on. One thing to note is that the unit I got did not match the pictures. Apparently, this is a condotel and you may not be assigned the one pictured and while the layout and amentities were the same the decor differed. So if this matters to you I'd clarify before booking. Other than I highly recommend. Sadly I had to cut my stay short due to a death in the family but when I return to Chiang Mai, I would stay here again

we loved our stay here! the location was perfect! we could easily get around but also the location was peaceful for sleeping at night ✨🥳 Ming was a very helpful host, very responsive and gave us lots of local recommendations to visit 🥰

公寓位置优越，步行可到宁曼1号、maya商场。房间设施完善，阳台山景壮丽。房主回复快 沟通顺利。临时因故晚退房，房主爽快应允。邻居友善安静。入住期间有装修的，工作时间有时会有噪音，没办法。阳台门有纱窗，密封好，但仍能听见飞机声。不过对本人睡眠没有影响。有机会我会再来。谢谢Jane！

Neil was an absolutely amazing host! He showed us everything, explained all the details, and was incredibly responsive and kind. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We fell in love with the balcony and the wonderful restaurants in the area. Everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for Neil’s hospitality. 5 out of 5!

Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem, was wichtig ist ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, die ich jeden Abend genossen habe. Korvith ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ich war rundherum zufrieden!
