Villa holiday rentals in Chianciano Terme

This was our second time visiting Mogens and Suzie's beautiful home in Cortona. One reason for coming back was the sheer beauty of the property and the proximity to fantastic medieval towns with incredible history that endures even now. For wine enthusiasts, there are tons of wine tasting opportunities with lunch, dinner or just great wine. Another reason for our return visit was an opportunity to spend time again with Mogens and Suzie, by far the best AIRBNB hosts we have ever encountered. They do everything imaginable to make your time as enjoyable as possible and to say that they go the extra mile would be a gross understatement. We can't wait to come back a third time.

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! Ginacarlo and Gabriella are extremely friendly hosts who have a lot of helpful recommendations and are always very responsive. Moreover, they not only brought us homemade pizza, sweet treats, fruits and wine, they also brought toys for our 1.5year old daughter! The home is clean and has everything you need for your stay. The views from the patio of the surroundings are amazing!! The entire area is also very peaceful and relaxing and close to many interesting locations (Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano etc). We highly recommend this place and would come back again!

We had a great time! Super clean and spacious house with a nice outdoor area. Constanze was always super helpful and responded quickly. But be aware, you need a car and restaurants and supermarkets are not in walking distance. Thanks a lot for having us.

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

I would love to give 6 stars! Tommaso's accommodation is at least as beautiful as in the photos. The house has a wonderful atmosphere and a very pleasant living environment. It is extremely tasteful and cozy and we immediately felt very comfortable there. Everything you need is available and upon our arrival everything was sparkling clean. We were particularly pleased with the view from the terrace and from the covered dining area: you are surrounded by an (organic) olive grove and can see over the surrounding valley to the green, rolling hills of Tuscany up to Monte Amiata. In the area, there are some very interesting typical Tuscan towns such as Pienza and Montalcino - we have also "hiked" these; on the other hand, it is not far to larger cities such as Siena and Montepulciano. A trip to the sea is also easily feasible. Tommaso and Laura were always available, helpful and accommodating. We're thrilled!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. A modern house in a quiet environment with beautiful views. Brigitta was very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries both before and during the stay.

A stunning property, completely private and quiet. Large outdoor heated pool was well maintained with perfect outdoor eating and sitting areas. We ate out on the terrace every night. Luc recommended the closest Osteria which we all loved, and also recommended the spot to see those iconic views of Tuscany with the avenues of cypress trees. All 6 of us had joyful experience. Highly recommended.

There were 10 of us staying in Simone’s villa and it was such a lovely place to relax. The outside area was huge with many different seating areas. The pool looking over the town below was stunning. Simone was really responsive to any questions we had and gave us suggestions for wine tours and taxis. The indoor kitchen is a little small but still has everything you need. We used the outdoor bbq and pizza oven much more as this was perfect for cooking outside in the sunshine. Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

Perfect stay from start to finish. The villa was immaculate and the staff who checked us in were fast, considerate and friendly. They informed us of extra services that we ended up using in the end like we organised a dinner with their private chef on our last night and it was amazing. The thermal pool and sauna were TOP! Highly recommend and will book again!

We were looking for a villa that had plenty of space for my husband and I with our 3 adult kids and this villa was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The villa was in the idyllic peaceful Tuscan countryside surrounded by rolling hills, wine vineyards and olive trees with distant views of castles. It is absolutely gorgeous! Alessandro, the owner of the villa met us upon check in. The property has been in his family for hundreds if years. He was incredibly kind and generous, leaving an abundant amount of fruit, several bottles of wine from his vineyard and beautiful fresh flowers in every room. He was always available to answer any questions and make recommendations. Anke, the property manager, was excellent and responsive. Promptly answering my questions prior to the trip and proactively giving us wonderful recommendations. Highlights were truffle hunting Il Podere Castle, Umbria Olive oil tour and Banfi Castle wine tasting. Memories to last a lifetime! ❤️

The Lazy Oak Villa is everything we dreamed of and more for our honeymoon. The house is beautiful, well furnished and feels so homely and comfortable. The surroundings are simply stunning; the view from the house and pool never get old! Mario and Alessandro were super helpful, offering to help us book restaurants and vineyards if needed. Mario keeps to himself so still feels very private but is happy to help with anything and it was nice to see him around (with his cute little dog!) and know he was about if we needed anything. Couldn’t recommend the Lazy Oak Villa more, and we’re already talking about when we could come back!! Thank you Mario and Alessandro!

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Wonderful stay at the Villa among the vineyards in Panzano. Vicky, the host, is the owner of Le Fonti winery with the villa surrounded by their vineyards and olive groves. The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. The town of Panzano is very cute. We bought groceries at the Coop and made breakfast each morning, gathering in the cozy well equipped kitchen. There is a courtyard immediately outside the doors of the villa with a large table, and again amazing views. Our time in the villa was so relaxing! Though we went to several wineries, a highlight was a very personal tour of the winery, wine making process and wines by Vicky at Le Fonti. She spent time discussing/pouring the different wines, even bringing over the same wine from different years to show us the difference the weather/grape stress influences the final taste. Overall exactly what we wanted from a Tuscan experience and really enriched by an extremely friendly and knowledgeable host.

Stunning location high up over the lake, beautiful views from the balcony, and the most peaceful and private place I have stayed. The villa has a rustic feel and is well equipped with everything you could need, but the outstanding features are the fabulous pool and picturesque garden, full of butterflies and bees! We would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa. The photos do not do it justice at all! From the infinity pool overlooking the vineyard to the hot tub with views of a castle, it was stunning and jaw dropping scenery. Brigittia made sure we were prepared to have a great trip - from helping us with reservations and arranging transportation for us with her husband (who was wonderful) she was a fantastic host. We would love to visit again sometime and would recommend for anyone wanting to spend time in the countryside.

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the heart of the Valdichiana with easy and clear access to the surrounding towns. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with a combination of olive trees, grapevines, flowers and even herbs like rosemary, basil and mint that we used in our cooking. The rooms were spacious and very private. Our group of 6 were more than comfortably accommodated, each with its own bathroom and AC units that worked well. The two kitchens served us well. We mainly utilized the outside kitchen as the weather throughout our stay was perfect. The kitchens were well stocked with all of the necessary cooking items. There were some items that we needed to purchase at the local supermarket, including shower gel, paper towels, napkins, etc. For a one week stay we would recommend extra towels, especially for the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend La Bacaia as a base to fully enjoy your Tuscan vacation.

We had an amazing time in Francesco's place. The house is wondefull. Spacious, clean and very modern. The garden and surroundings are very beautiful. Francesco is an excellent host. He is responsive and his service is ourstanding. He welcomed us with pizza and wine en he even brought us a box with delicious treats for breakfast every morning. I can recommend Francesco's place for everyone who want to stay in a central location to discover Tuscany and stay in a charming house full of luxury. Couldn't be better.

We stayed there for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The place is great and the view is stunning!! Manola and Martha are just amazing. Ready to help when needed and gave us very good recommendations for places and restaurants to visit. Will definitely comeback again!!! Thanks for everything. Felt at home
