We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

We highly recommend staying here. The house is fantastic and the apartment in it allows you to feel the atmosphere of the town. We spent very pleasant moments in it. The terrace is definitely an asset of this place. Simona hosted us wonderfully, she was very nice and very helpful. The contact was always very smooth and pleasant, we felt very cared for. It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

Very peaceful and beautiful views from the rooms. Raffaella’s breakfast was very good and much appreciated! She gave amazing local food recommendations that are walkable from her house. She also helped us find parking in the city of Florence!

A true gem in the heart of Montepulciano! If anything, the photos barely capture the charm and beauty of this home—it’s absolutely perfect for a family of five. The backyard is a serene retreat, offering breathtaking views of Tuscany, with Lago di Montepulciano nestled in the distance, adding to the magic. Marta was an exceptional host, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless stay. The location couldn’t be better—right along the main thoroughfare, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and charming shops, with the piazza just a short five-minute walk away. An unforgettable experience in a truly stunning home!

This was our second month long stay at Il Focolare and it was every bit as inspiring as our first stay. Views of the farm fields below Monticchiello are no less a work of art than any master paintings you can find in Florence. Marco made our stay very comfortable indeed.

The Siena Secret Garden apartment was amazing. We loved the location, and it was quiet and comfortable and stocked with a lot of beautiful art, books, and movies. Would definitely stay here again!

We spent a week with Aleksandra in Montalcino in the heart of Brunello, a breathtakingly beautiful area. The large property is fantastic and with the tranquility and the view just the right thing to relax and unwind. An unforgettable experience for the whole family. This is how you imagine a Tuscan holiday. We highly recommend the place.

It was a little difficult to communicate in English, but it was nice thanks to my grandfather who was so kind. I was a little scared at first because I only stayed with two other guests, but thanks to that, I was able to have a quiet and relaxing time ~ I think it's better to enjoy relaxing than the expensive Agristurismo ~ Highly recommended 👍

This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

Peacefuf place right by Montepulciano, making it a good base for a few days of relaxation and exploration in the region. Ideal for unwinding after a days of excursion. Our hosts were kind and attentive.

We had such a lovely stay at Paolo's place in Montepulciano! The location was beautiful and the pool was a highlight! They also had a little playground which was great for our toddler. Paolo was very welcoming and gave great recommendations for places to eat. They grow olive trees on the property, so they provided a little bottle of homemade olive oil in the kitchen, which was delicious! Thanks for having us and we hope to come back in the future!

Incredible trip. Paola and Michele were so friendly and welcoming. Always there to give advice and make sure you had everything you needed. The little converted hay barn was just beautiful and lovely. Location wise it just couldn’t be beaten. The garden was amazing and we ate outside morning and night, easy access to amazing Tuscany countryside and also a short trip on the train to Florence from Montevarchi. Loved every minute we were there and we were sorry to leave. Would highly recommend.

All impeccable! Extremely kind and helpful owner: she anticipated the check-in by a few hours and allowed us to stay beyond the check-out time. He welcomed us in front of the apartment, showing us the house and giving us excellent advice for visiting the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen had everything: utensils, plates, oil, salt, coffee... it had everything! Spacious apartment, large balcony and very cozy! I will recommend this solution to all those who pass through Poggibonsi!

Marco’s place is away from the hustle and bustle of Siena very quietly comfortable and super clean. The view from the balcony alone is worth the night rate. Close to all the lovely sights in Val D’Orcia. In a very quaint town with locals who actually live here. Marco is very responsive and clearly explained everything to us. Must try the pizza at Pizza I’ll Vecchio…a hidden gem in Tuscany

Brilliant Airbnb in Greve.. location superb overlooking the square. The apartment is spacious and felt like home. Wonderful restaurants to walk to and a great bakery opposite for morning coffee and pastries. Easy to park the car just a few minutes walk away. Lovely villages to explore nearby and picture perfect everywhere you look. If you come to Greve book here, relax and soak up the Italian atmosphere. Cora is a fantastic host who regularly communicates to make sure you have everything you need. 10/10 ❤️

Chiusi may not be a major hilltop town but it is very special because it lacks the tourists. We had plenty of restaurants to visit in the week we stayed, and lots of historic sights to see. You do need a car to visit surrounding towns but the peacefulness of Chiusi makes it delightful. Rafaels place is perfect with the balcony and sublime views. He was an exceptional host who did not impose on our privacy but always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and town.
