Cabin holiday rentals in Chester

From booking to leaving Mark had great communication and was very helpful and accommodating. The cabin is lovely and had everything we needed and more. The secure field for the dogs was brilliant, such a great space for a quiet family get away from it all. So peaceful, and the surrounding meadow grasses were hypnotising blowing in the breeze.

Simply, stunning location, nestled in the nether regions of North Wales, amongst so much beautiful nature and countryside. Easily accessible to lots of wonderful attractions within the area and the two chaps looking after the grounds were a fantastic help. I can’t wait to return and actually want to live there!!!

We had such a lovely stay for a birthday surprise! Elen is a fantastic host and gave us a very warm welcoming with prosecco on arrival and suggesting nearby walks to explore. The cabin was extremely clean and had all amenities needed, the hot tub is a great addition to the pod. The views from the pod made it even more relaxing, we will definitely be booking this again in the future. Once again thank you so much Elen your service definitely made us want to come back!

Stunning cabin! Everything you need Cabin was so comfortable Great for children nice and safe Would be perfect for dogs! We left ours at home due to day time plans, but felt very guilty that he wasn’t with us because he would have loved it!

Everything about this place was great. The little village itself is lovely and plenty little shops and a few bars, restaurants. The accommodation was lovely and just what we were looking for. They have thought about every single detail. From tea, coffee and milk in the fridge for our arrival, to things like storage containers to take dirty dishes to the cleaning hub next to the lodge. Every single detail in the lodge had been thought about to make the stay perfect. The bed was comfy, maybe a little hard but that is just my personal preference. The hot was really lovely. Completely private and not overlooked at all, which is what we wanted. It was lovely and warm and was checked every morning by staff. The staff are friendly. I asked if we could do a bbq on the decking of the lodge and was told we could as long as it wasn't a disposal one as it would burn the plastic decking. Hollies farm shop is 4 min drive away and perfect for bbq food. We will definitely be returning

Had the best relaxing weekend here. The lodge has a great outdoor area for sitting out in plus the hot tub is great, the lodge itself is secluded so plenty of privacy. Has a strong homely feeling to it. Straight from booking Dan and Eraine communicated very well and even gave ideas of places to go and things to do when there which was great. On the day they messaged as soon as we were able to check in with a solid description of how to get there and gain access etc which was easy to follow. I can’t wait to rebook here another time. Ruth and Dean were fab hosts , and their place was great!! We were greeted as soon as we drove in, and were given a helpful tour and recommendations to deliveries. The home itself was in such a peaceful location with a stunning view, and the hot tub was a treat. Inside, it was very spacious, clean and had the essentials. We drove to Shrewsbury one day, which is like any other town, but particularly enjoyed the views from the Boathouse pub. We didn’t find many walking routes straight from the home though. Also recommend any guests to bring things like oil/foil/extra bin liners as we couldn’t find any, but no probs as we were able to buy some! Ruth as a host is very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great stay and would definitely return. Thank you xx

A girls night away in the cabins and we wanted to stay forever longer! When we arrived we were so shocked by how stunning it was, so quiet with only the sound of the river and the most stylish cabins and good sized hot tub. It had everything we could've needed and a very high tech air fryer. Anthony was very responsive and friendly and came out in the evening to fix a lightbulb for us. The hot tub was beautifully clean and a lovely temperature. I have sent links to all my friends and family because you must see this place! Thank you so much, and we will be back! Xx

Craig was very quick to respond to All my messages and helped me out with local recommendations. It’s in an unusual location and I reckon on the weekend it could get noisy as there are pubs and restaurants nearby. Place is immaculate and attention to detail is very good. They’ve got everything you need

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! We loved sitting around the fire pit, the bar is a really cool touch. The kids loved the games room and the treehouse. The pods were really clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We would love to go back again and stay for longer. Brilliant host, really helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

Kindest hosts on this side of the Mersey! Simon and his wife were extremely nice and helpfull, giving us tips and advice on how to get around and explore the beautiful countryside. A cosy country house that’s the perfect base for exploration of the peaceful scenery and surroundings. We will definitely be coming back! Would highly recommend.

I loved my stay in the cabin. The location was beautiful and the cabin had everything anyone could need, including central heating and an internet TV. My dog loved it too. Will definitely recommend to friends and hope to go back myself.

James’ place is a great spot — the lodge is extremely clean, which is great and the holiday park and surrounding valley is very peaceful. Beds are comfy, lovely bathrooms with great water pressure, and a well stocked kitchen! Lovely view off the decking, and the outdoor area is secure, which is ideal if you’re bringing a pooch. There’s a really great dog exercise field (huge!) in the holiday park too. It’s a lovely location, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous views and a cosy high spec cottage. Robert was responsive and helpful and made us feel very welcome. They had left us some treats too which was lovely.

Loved our short stay here, Debbie was very friendly and helpful. Not a single thing to complain about. The beds were very comfortable which is a rare find at Air B&Bs. Plenty of space and was fairly easy to find thanks to Debbie’s instructions. Would love to stay again.

Mari's pod was one of the best stays we had. The location is exceptional with stunning views. The road may be narrow but it was all worth it. Despite the rain, our stay was not spoilt. Hoping to book again!

Directions were easy to follow and check-in instructions were clear. Eric’s view was spotless with everything we needed for a peaceful weekend away. Lovely furnishings throughout and welcome gifts were much appreciated. Looking forward to hopefully staying again in the future and will certainly recommend to others.

The location of this lodge is perfect. Peaceful, quiet, and stunning views. The Lodge was stunning inside. Everything you needed for a restful break. A really big lounge area where we you can rest. Really proactive host, who cared about your stay. They really are dog friendly as well. With little touches to help your pooches stay. The front area keeps your dog safe and the area has great walks for your dog. Everyone we met was so friendly. We didn't want to leave. 100% recommend. We'll be back.

I booked the pod for my parents as a gift and they loved every minute of their stay. Sian was the perfect host and was kind enough to offer early check-in and later check-out. The pod itself was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need, the bath is a fabulous addition. Thanks again Sian, they loved it!

A wonderful stay in a truly remarkable location! The lodge is beautiful decorated with fresh flowers! Music upon arrival! A snack box fully stocked up! & soo much more. You couldn’t ask for more, this place has it all and much more! Thank you Jason for a fantastic stay and we will for sure be back to stay, next time for longer than 1 night :)

We stayed for one night and wow just wow the hut was more than what we thought very clean nice lay out beds were comfortable just perfect for a girls trip hot tub was amazing and liked we were not exposed to all shops on site lovely helpful staff and beautiful peaceful spot, cocktails in the bar where gorgeous, food in the cafe was good and good price to all in all a fantastic night away my friend and I are going to book again..xx thank you Mitchel ☺️
