We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for accommodating our family as we engaged in the passing of my father and his memorial services. Kayla offered a complimentary 1:00 PM checkout on Sunday so that my mom, siblings and our families could have a private brunch gathering at the AirB&B to share memories and reminisce about my dad. It was extremely special because we found little to no time to talk amongst ourselves the day before during my father’s services. We shared photo albums, cards that were sent to us in condolence of our loss, and personal memories that were written during the memorial services the day before. It was such an amazing and emotional experience to honor my father in such an intimate setting. We can’t thank Kayla and team enough for their and hospitality. Our family of 7, ranging in age from 62-6, had a blast! The pool was perfect for evening entertainment while cooking on the grill. The bedroom layout was great as we have family member that doesn’t do stairs well. Even if upstairs the number of stairs is minimum. We visited Dutch Wonderland and would stay here again for our next trip up! It had more than expected including pool towels and shampoo and conditioner in the 2 full baths. It also had laundry detergent. Thank you! It was a wonderful place!

Ruth was a great host. The location was safe and the house was just as described. The one bed does have a trundle, making it tight quarters, but it worked for us. We needed help with the grill and her husband came right over to assist. Definitely one of the better houses we have stayed in!

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

Kris's home was absolutely amazing! It was extremely clean and was exactly as described. Kris was responsive, very friendly and helpful. We loved staying here. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, the pool, hot tub, fire pit, game room and pickle ball. The family had an amazing time. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were so incredible and unique. The farmhouse transformation was done so well. Every detail was thought through! WOW! I can't say enough good things! We have stayed at a lot of AirBnB's. This was a 10 out of 10.

Had issues with a few things missing, that had been either stolen, broken, thrown away by past guests) we reached out and David was super proactive about getting them replaced. If you have any issues, definitely just send a message! This host is very serious about making it right. The pool was nice, the area was beautiful and assuming future guests take care of the stuff, it has everything you need!

Our Honey Brook stay was brief but worth it. The house, yard, and surrounding town was beautiful. Chris and Claudia early on were very helpful with recommendations. When it was getting to be close to the time of our vaca their instructions were clear and well timed. I look forward to staying here again, hopefully for longer next time.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. The “added touches” were so thoughtful. The home is decorated beautifully and every detail is well thought out. The entire house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal. We loved staying in this home.

The house was very spacious, well stocked kitchen, huge bedroom. There were plenty snacks provided in the kitchen. The location is a nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Easy entrance into the house with a dedicated parking spot. As instructed, don’t follow your gps, use the provided instructions. Would definitely book the house again in the future.

We stayed at the Harvey House for 16 a little over 2 weeks and had a wonderful experience! The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. Shalamar was an excellent host—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including toddler-friendly items like plates, bowls, and utensils, which was a big plus for our family. My Fiancé and I had such an incredible stay here. It was one of the most charming airbnbs we've ever stayed in. Jeffrey was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. We were greeted with a lovely card and bottle of wine. The airbnb was so cozy and exactly what we were looking for. Perfect for staycations, families, romantic weekends and much more. There was plenty of space inside and outside and we loved the tavern downstairs. Will definitely be coming back!

We stayed in this Charming Stone Cottage inside the historic park, site of an iron foundry. Interesting things to see and do - History and Nature, and a covered bride on the premises. Who could ask for more? It was absolutely terrific. We had the entire grounds for dog walking. The flowers were in full bloom. We saw many birds, squirrels, and a few rabbit. There were people fishing along the waterside. The cottage was spotless, had so much room! Furniture was comfy, beds soft and nice linens. Kitchen appliances looked new. Many pots,& pans, a coffee maker, very generous provisions/ coffee, tea, sugar etc. TVs upstairs and down. We met some nice folks in the park, local people and travelers. What a lovely place. I'd absolutely revisit this AirBnb.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's. The tiny house was clean and beautiful. They were quick to answer any questions. It was quiet and was a nice place to relax. We probably should have researched the area more, as a lot of the places we came to visit were closed either permanently, or on Mondays and Tuesdays, which were the main days of our trip. There is an amazing bakery we discovered though, Daisy's Cakes, which we visited daily.

The house was the perfect place for our family to stay while we were in town for a family event. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The house was set up perfectly for our family with small children. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh & Corinne's house. The interior design details, finishes and decor were charming with many nice thematic touches. There are farm animal themed knick-knacks all over which adds to the charm. This is a cozy house - not a big house! And that made for a great together, family vibe. We enjoyed a movie on the big TV screen and a game of Clue. Espresso machine in the spotless kitchen was a nice touch. Rainfall shower was nice with plenty of comfy towels. And the sink in the guest bathroom has to be the smallest, cutest sink ever. The front & back porches were lovely and we even saw the local Memorial day parade and many Amish horse and buggies pass by. There is an authentic diner a half mile down the road that was fun. And last, I must comment on how clean this house is! Every inch was spotless and we really appreciated this.

Our stay at Theresa's was incredible and completely blew away our expectations. We are very thankful and lucky to be able to stay and enjoy Memorial day weekend at such a nice house and farm. The place was spotless and very well decorated and organized. My family couldn't stop talking about how beautiful it was. Theresa was very responsive and we felt welcomed like no other Airbnb before. She left us a thoughtful welcome gift and we appreciated her kindness. Definitely an unforgettable stay and trip we'll cherish!

We enjoyed a great two night stay at this home and absolutely loved the town of Phoenixville. So much within walking distance to enjoy. The home was exactly as described and extremely clean. The beds were comfortable and we had all the amenities we would need. Easy check in too! Parking is all on the street but we never had a problem finding a spot nearby.

We absolutely loved staying in Honeybrook. It was peaceful, comfortable and Joshua and the owner dealt quickly with any issues we had. The WiFi had an issue when we arrived and we were doing a course which we needed to use the internet for. It was handled within an hour of us asking and the owner of the house came over in person. Another time an opossum had died right by the porch and they took care of it within 15 minutes. The house is in Amish Country and being surrounded by Amish neighbors was something we really enjoyed.

This was a great Airbnb, pictures reflected, actual setting. Place is very clean and well stocked. Street was pretty narrow and hard to get in the driveway, but we made do. All in all a great experience. One of the beds was a little squeaky, and air handler a little noisy, but do-able. Would suggest having a regular coffee pot as well as a Keurig though. Thanks for everything and I would rent this airbnb again!

We were a party of 6 adults visiting the Lancaster area for a long weekend. The house was wonderful! Super comfortable, clean and spacious. Location was peaceful and safe. We would certainly stay again!

Our family enjoyed John’s beautiful historic home while attending a wedding nearby. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home and appreciated the attention to detail paid in restoring this centuries old home. The layout was fun - many rooms to explore and lots of space for watching TV, playing cards, eating meals and otherwise enjoying each other’s company. Phenomenal coffee maker, which we enjoyed immensely both mornings, and a well stocked kitchen to boot. Very comfortable and clean bedrooms and a beautiful yard to gaze upon. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to explore the terrific recommendations John has thoughtfully put together for guests.

This review is written from the perspective of someone traveling with two younger children. Sleep does not come easy in an unfamiliar place. Much to my amazement the children both slept through the night and fantastic the very first night here. This is a home geared toward family, and people. And I believe the amenities in the set up, reflect that greatly. Available sound machines and fans made for an easy acclamation. Not described or pictured, but the toys are geared for many ages. We had zero issues finding appropriate aged toys for our children. Building blocks farm animals and baby dolls are always a hit. The overall surroundings were quiet, peaceful, and restorative I would recommend this home to anyone traveling with children who don't normally sleep well on travel, in any groups that are looking to spend more face-to-face instead of face to screen time Five stars

Michael’s place was exactly as described. Easy to find everything you needed as well as leaving food and beverages very unexpected but very pleased. Would not hesitate to stay here again very peaceful location with access to everything you need around you
