Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation, we were also able to benefit from equipment for our one-year-old child. The accommodation has been tastefully renovated. We felt good in this little cocoon for a few days. Ideally located, we were able to enjoy the city center of Granville only ten minutes' walk away. Granville train station is easily accessible. Local shops are appreciable, super Burger offered right next to the accommodation, Lidl accessible a few minutes, pharmacy and bakery are also nearby. We had a very pleasant stay in Granville. Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and the view was amazing. Well equipped and having the use of a bike is such a bonus.

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! We discovered a charming little fisherman's house, very well decorated, which immediately put us in the holiday mood. This cottage is well located a few meters from the beaches and ideally placed to discover the main attractions in the area... Rich in amenities, we found everything we needed during our stay, which is very appreciable for only a few days. We had a great time at Olivier's place. He is a very welcoming and friendly host with a great sense of communication. He shared his love for Cancale and its region with us. Her accommodation is very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center, but 5 minutes from shops by car. We'll be happy to go back as soon as possible.

We had a very good weekend with 4 couples of friends whose accommodation is well equipped.

The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her welcome and all her little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

The major asset of the accommodation is that it is very well located! 10 min walk to the beach, 20 min drive to Saint-Malo and 45 min drive to Mont Saint-Michel. The accommodation was clean and consistent with the photos in addition to being located in a very nice and quiet holiday village. The host was very responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to easily access the listing. In conclusion, we had a great stay!

We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very well and took the time to give us all the tips and good plans to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely go back next time!

Beautiful apartment located close to the beach for beautiful walks and not far from Intramuros. We did everything on foot. There is all the equipment available for babies. Marie Claire made herself available for the key handover despite our train delay!

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week at Katy's place. The neighborhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the center of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, explored a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

We recommend this accommodation for several reasons: professional and warm welcome from Laurence, very well-equipped and very clean accommodation, proximity to the city center (walk, bakery, shops), a very well-stocked market about 6 minutes from this accommodation, the beach about ten minutes' walk and large houses with beautiful architecture.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
