Apartment holiday rentals in Chernihiv Oblast

This was my second time staying at Dima's and it was even better than the first :) The location is perfect (central, 5 minute walk to all the best highlights of Kyiv, plenty of cafes, coffee shops and groceries around) and the apartment is beautiful, with everything you need - but the real gem is Dima. He will go out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Before check-in, he picked up my luggage, stored it, and delivered it to the apartment while I was out. Treated me to coffee and dessert, had the apartment cleaned during my 3-week stay, and had fresh flowers and wine as a welcome back gift! He truly cares so much about his guests and you can see that his dream is to open a small hotel and make people's stay in Kyiv as warm and welcoming as possible. You can also text him any time for anything! About the apartment: - Large, bright, clean bathroom with unlimited hot water - Large, comfortable bed - The hallway is perfect to shelter in during air raids ;) 10/10!

I’ve stayed at this apartment a few times now. I love it. It’s cozy, close to everything, and Lyuba is always so friendly and willing to help with anything. This place is my home away from home. I highly recommend it.

The entry instructions are a little complicated, but they are clearly explained. The host was very responsive when I had a little difficulty due to my gps not being accurate. No complaints whatsoever. Would love to stay here again.

The flat was amazing, very clean, convenient, all the things you could ask for: dishwasher, iron, washing machine, wee balcony, spacious and nicely equipped bathroom. Beautiful view meeting the sunsets every evening. The host was very friendly and responsive, gave loads of lovely recommendations about the restaurants, amenities, coffeeshops and even the shelter options in case of shelling. Absolutely happy with my stay, the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, quite accessible by walking (Rusanivska island) - just what you need when you come for a specific business in nearby areas.

The most important thing was that it was clean, it's a big plus. Other advantages include the location, price, and the fact that the housing is fully equipped with everything you need. The disadvantages are weak noise insulation, an incomprehensible smell, possibly cleaning products. And so everything is good, there is something to compare with.

Great apartment, there is everything you need even for long term stay. I’ve rented for 2 weeks, felt like home. Super location, close to Kyiv center and subway station. Host is responsive and polite. Highly recommended!

Unbeatable location, very responsive host, good apartment

Mila is an excellent host who is both helpful and courteous. The apartment is situated in a beautiful, quiet area in the heart of Podil. I always felt comfortable and safe there. I definitely recommend this place.

With no doubt, it’s one of the best airbnb experiences ever. First of all, the host is incredibly amazing , he met me at 5:30 am to check in , which sounds like something impossible. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The apartment it self looks amazing, very clean , great location and includes everything you need. That is the case when you definitely want to come back!

The accommodation fully meets the description — clean, cozy and very comfortable. Everything you need for your stay is: a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels. I really liked the quiet atmosphere and the good location — nearby shops, cafes and convenient transport junction. We would like to thank the hosts separately for their hospitality and attentiveness — they were always in touch and quickly answered all questions. We were very satisfied and will definitely come back again. We recommend it 100%!

The host is very accommodating and attentive, she gave me precise and useful instructions to reach the apartment. The apartment matches the photos, the layout is very tasteful. Beautiful, cozy, apartment with everything you need. Located right in the heart of Kyiv with a terrace that overlooks it all. Just a few blocks off the Maidan, close to the metro, surrounded by shops & restaurants. Definitely felt safe walking around. Host was always very responsive.

Awesome stay as usual!
