Studio by the pond

The studio is semi-detached, it is located on a closed property with electric gate, several dwellings on the same land but each with its own private space and not overlooked. Total independence. It overlooks a beautiful 50 m2 terrace fully equipped to rest well in peace with a view of the pond accompanied by several ducks, very quiet, relaxation assured. Presence of a very nice and accustomed dog. Lake with supervised swimming in the summer and activities on site 2 km from the studio.

For private stays or business trips, we provide a 50 m² accommodation on two levels, completely renovated, comfortable (mattresses changed at the end of 2021), fully equipped (kitchen, linen). Located in a quiet hamlet in the countryside. Small shops 3 minutes by car, Cluny 25 minutes, Chalon-sur-Saône 35 minutes. Away from major roads. The accommodation is an outbuilding of our property with a shared courtyard. There is a picnic area and parking not attached to the accommodation.

Located on the Chalonnaise coast (25 km from Chalon/Saône), on the edge of the Voie Verte, this former gatehouse offers a charming and quiet holiday setting. Renovated in 2022, it offers all the comforts you need. Large garden with two terraces, one of which is cozy and sheltered from the sun. Private wooden pool 4.5 m in diameter. Grocery store, bakery, supermarket, restaurant, hiking trails, castles, wine route nearby.

On the outskirts of the Maranges Valley, on the road to Chassagne-Montrachet and Santenay, this charming little comfortable cottage with mezzanine and wood-burning stove overlooks the gardens of the vineyard-lined property. A small swimming pool with stunning views of the valley is available to visitors. Not suitable for children under 12.
