Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

The place was perfect for my family to gather and have a nice staycation while we were in town for a wedding. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. If we ever find ourselves back in the Spokane Valley, we will book again for sure.

We had an excellent stay here. My toddler son loved the pool, the toys, and the park down the street. The house was well stocked and clean, and I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

Highly recommend this beautiful spot for a getaway! Grateful for this Airbnb and its hospitable hosts. The space was fantastic for our large group of young adults and young families. Highlights of the space were the spacious kitchen, porch seating, pool area, fire pit, and of course the amazing tree house & zipline! So many special memories made!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

We had a great stay at this location... Our family got together to celebrate our new graduate. The space and amenities made us feel right at home and allowed us to spend time together in a comfortable space, it really added to our visit.

David and Stacey hosted me. They were very responsive and quick to reply. They had all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. They even had cute kit for ones bathroom, kitchen, and laundry necessities. The neighborhood was overall peaceful and quiet. It was also nice to have a grocery store and some restaurants that were only a few miles up the road. I definitely recommend!! 5 Star review from me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you for hosting me. 😊

My Daughter and I have been staying at Christy’s BnB last two years It is accessible,private and very clean ,cozy, well supplied cottage and very updated comfortable beds We give Ivanhole cottage a 10 plus ❗️ We always enjoyed the large deck to relax and love the lights Location is close to restaurants and Rosauers grocery store. Christy puts the PRO in PROFFESSIONAL 🌻🐑

We’ve stayed in a few Airbnb’s in Spokane and this is now our new favorite! Denise is a great host and her bungalow is charming and perfectly located to explore everything the South Hill neighborhood has to offer. It’s very cozy with lovely furnishings and everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are super comfy and we loved the downstairs room with big screen tv, puzzles and games. We’ll definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. VeeAnn was always super quick to respond and so helpful. We felt right at home in this property in a cute neighborhood. My family and I loved staying at this beautiful home. It was an oasis and so peaceful. Marisa was extremely responsive and helpful. The home had everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

This is a very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath house (1/2 of a duplex). The kitchen was well stocked. The living room was very spacious and there were two recliners instead of the one armchair which was nice. Also the addition of a light blanket on one of the recliners was a nice touch. The sitting area on the front porch was very nice and the little patio in the back was great. There was even a small area under some trees that was kept wild and added to the places charm.

We had a great time staying at this location. It was centrally located for all the things we had planned for the weekend! The house was big enough for everyone to be in the same room to hangout when we weren’t out exploring Spokane.

Really enjoyed our stay here! House was in great condition and our young boys enjoyed the garage full of ping pong and the pool table. Space was a bit smaller than we expected inside the house but made up for it with all the great hang out space in the garage and comfortable outside! Would visit again!

Beautiful home and property! Fresh cut flowers were in the home and on the porch, and a box of cookies waited for us on the kitchen counter. Willie was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed.

James's place was absolutely amazing!! I would pay for it again over and over! It was beautiful, quiet, serene, and about 100% more than my family expected. We are already planning when we can go back.

One of the most beautifully decorated places ive stayed at and view from balcony amazing. ..surpassed description. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable beds (no traffic noise at all with windows closed, tho could hear distantly while on balcony). Felt safe leaving packed car in driveway. Everything you could need for amenities. Natalya was very hospitable, responsive but not intrusive. We dont travel here regularly but would absolutely stay again if in the area! Far better than a hotel and better price than other comparable airbnb's.

We rented the AirBnB for a girl’s weekend to see a play and explore Spokane. The place was convenient to downtown restaurants & theatre but set in a charming neighborhood that we felt safe in. The place looked brand new. It was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious enough for us to relax. This was much better than staying in a hotel. I will definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, super comfortable, and had plenty of space, it truly felt like a home away from home. One of our guests is a smoker, and the host was very accommodating with the outdoor fireplace area, which we really appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies, making it easy to cook meals. The decor throughout the home was lovely, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, everyone slept great. Just a heads-up the water gets extremely hot, and the master bathroom doesn't have a door since it's part of the bedroom layout, but that wasn't a big issue for us. All in all, a fantastic stay and we’d definitely come back!

I stayed here for one night as part of a cross country trip and Mike's place was perfect for the occasion. The listing is in a very peaceful neighborhood and exactly as described. I had everything I needed at this listing. Mike himself was very responsive. I would highly recommend Mike's place!
