Holiday rentals with a patio in Chemnitz

Pretty and bright small apartment with large balcony. Very quiet, no street noise, hardly anything could be heard from the neighbors. The location is ideal. Only a few minutes' walk from the city center and close to the castle pond and the recreational area Küchwald. Top value for money. Very happy to come back!

Very friendly hostess, apartment fully equipped, shopping facilities easily accessible, restaurants within walking distance, well renovated old building.

Great stay, the roof terrace is the highlight of the apartment. Lots of reading material about possible activities in the area. The location on the top floor may not be for everyone because of the stairs. But otherwise would be happy to come back anytime!

Everything good, nice apartment, as described. short walk to the main train station, there also tram, the Sonnenberg is a very nice Art Nouveau district.

It is a beautiful tiny house with a morning and evening terrace, in absolute silence. Lovingly, crazy furnished, which was perfect for us! Also perfect with our dogs!Everything we needed was there. Chemnitz, Aue, Schwarzenberg and Gotha, Zwickau are close and super interesting! The best for us, as gourmets and former restaurateurs, was the Jägerklause in Waldbach! Extremely good, homemade food!!! Asparagus, fish, venison burgers, roasts really great! (Opening hours!) This short break was so successful!!! We will repeat it!

We stayed at John's place for 2 nights. The cottages are really superbly furnished and are not too small for a family of 4. So here you can also stand it longer. 😊 In the kitchen and bathroom, things like coffee filters, salt, shampoo, toilet paper were available to avoid having to go shopping right away - except food of course. 😉 You can walk right by the house into the forest. 👍 It was not so quiet with us on the WE, which is certainly the case - because there was a dog tournament with us. Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will definitely come back.

The house is perfectly equipped. It's very quiet, in the countryside and has a great garden. We were all very comfortable.

We felt very comfortable that weekend and were very happy! In the house there is everything you could want - the house feels right at home and the garden has a small oasis to sit outside together during the day or evening. Everything is spotlessly clean and the kitchen has everything you could want. It is all made and furnished with a lot of love. And is certainly a good idea for a long time in the house. Communication with Ute was great and warm. She explained everything well and also asked in between if everything is okay. We loved being guests in the house! Highly recommend.

Thank you Olaf 🙏 for the great home you provided! We had a nice and cozy vacation with wonderful walks in the area. Already when walking out of the street there is a forest with hidden gems; waterfall and blauer Stein. It was a bit of a search for the cottage on arrival but actually it was very simple; anyway we could have asked Olaf since he answered very quickly, but we wanted to get to know the people in the area, who kindly helped us. Everything was present as it read in the advertisement. Smooth flexible check-in and check-out. Nice communication also during our stay; we were looking for something specific from the region and Olaf recommended us the right shop. Very nice region and a nice stay. Recommended 🌟

Corinna is a great hostess. We felt very welcome. We slept heavenly and the lovely garden is inviting and perfect for this season. We are happy to recommend this place.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. All living spaces are modern and cozy. Both bedrooms, which can be reached from the hallway, have their own bathroom. Ideal place for families or guests who want to sleep separately. The kitchen is well equipped and all consumables such as baking paper, Zewa roll or spices were available. We weren't expecting that. We also loved that Netflix was available on both Smart TVs. Only note: We did not know that Bad Schlema was a spa town and a tourist tax was charged. However, this was not high and of course has to be paid by every apartment owner. We will be happy to come back and recommend the apartment to our family.

We immediately felt comfortable with the family. Check-in was very easy. We received quail eggs and the contact was otherwise loving. I had a great time with my two kids, 🫶🏼 the area is simply breathtaking.

We booked the place for a weekend in the snow and got the full package - it was an all-around successful stay and we will definitely be back. You enter the apartment and immediately feel comfortable. Everything is exactly as the pictures and descriptions suggest. The interior leaves nothing to be desired and the accommodation is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Our highlights: the insanely great view and the bathtub with integrated sound system… Clear recommendation! :)

The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean, you will find everything you need. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. Check-in was flexible and smooth. I am very satisfied.

Very comfortable stay and excellent host. The only tip we would like to give is to install some tourist information (folders, etc.) and Netflix on the excellent TV. We had Chromecast with us, which we could easily plug in so that we could still use Netflix.

We (1 adult, 3 children, 10 and 11 years) stayed at Wael's place for a night. Everything was great, very flexible and everything was there. Great communication. Easy check-in and check-out. It all worked out. I'd love to come back.

A great place to stay centrally located Hainichen. The old villa is superbly renovated and everything is up to date. The apartment was very clean, offered endless space. The extensive amenities left nothing to be desired, we felt very comfortable. We'd love to come back
