Quiet location, very well maintained apartment and with all the amenities available (washing machine and dishwasher, coffee machine, etc.). The decor is cozy, you feel at home. In addition to the nice touches from the owners (brioche, fruit juice, homemade jam and homemade cookies) we really appreciated these welcoming gestures as well as the kindness and smile of the owners. We had a very cute little flower garden with the singing of some chickens. We'll keep the address safe if we come back to the area because it's 5 or 10 minutes from Puy du Fou, which is very nice.

The place is in such a great location for exploring. We loved being right next to the church on a quiet cobblestone road. Having a little garage was a great bonus for our car since this was a spot on our road trip.

For now the best I have booked, cleanliness 10 all clean all good, they thought a lot about me to put a high chair for my baby, a crib, all super good I will definitely come back a 10 out of 10 super simple easy clean and we really enjoyed the spa a 10!!!

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Perfect cottage for a weekend with friends with children: bright common room well suited for a group (2 tables, large sofa), a large number of bedrooms and bathrooms, many games for young and old. The city of Saint Loup Lamairé is very beautiful. Between meals, games and walks, we had a great time.

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation.
