Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Cheatham County

This is a great place to spend peaceful time with family. Very quiet neighborhood. The backyard was perfect for my furry family member. The fire pit was ready to be used, although we did not use it, but I like the fact it had starter wood already set for you. the home was very clean and had everything we needed accept the dishwasher pods, I was more than happy to buy some and leave it there for the next guest. I'm sure it was something that was just overlooked. I have stayed there twice and have already booked my third visit. I use this place to spend the weekend with my grandbaby, who lives local. Absolutely love it.

This is a great place to stay. Very spacious, very clean and comfortable, with great amenities. Wilden is an excellent communicator and the location is central to just about anything you want to do in Nashville. It can be tricky with traffic to get in and out of the driveway to the place but we managed it just fine. Overall, this is highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Homes on this street are separated and surrounded by forest, we had a lot of privacy. When walking our dogs we got to meet some nice neighbors. The home is well stocked with essentials. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook full meals.

This location was the perfect spot for a laid back kick-back style bachelor party. Enjoyed the river front. Perfect getaway from the city!

Everything was absolutely beautiful we had more than enough space and everything we needed the entire stay. Again thank you! We made family memories here and hope to rebook every year or in the near future. You ladies are doing an amazing job at hosting! Thank you for being so responsive and ordering more games was such a sweet non-expected gesture, you guys are awesome!

We really had a great time at Angie and Matt’s house. The house itself was very clean, perfectly furnished and extremely comfortable. The pool and grounds were extremely relaxing and peaceful. Nashville is close at hand by car or Uber and we found the short trip a small price to pay to be staying in such a beautiful house.

We loved this cute home. It was clean and such a great layout! Perfect for two families. The upstairs felt like a great bonus room for the kids to hang out. The property is beautiful, very private and surrounded by woods. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

Our stay was amazing! It was Super clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and in a perfect location. It felt like a home away from home. My kids loved it so much—they’re already asking when we can go back! The host was friendly and responsive, and every detail was just right. Highly recommend everything is as pictured. It’s such cute condo! We’d absolutely stay here again!

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Clean and quiet. lots of activities withing walking distance and the pool was clean.

I really enjoyed staying in Shawn’s place. Shawn was very responsive, and proactive with accommodating my stay. The location was also great, it was in close proximity to restaurants and shopping. I will be booking again!

Kendall was an exceptional host—flexible, attentive, and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better—truly unbeatable access to everything we needed. The space itself was beautifully decorated and had such a warm, inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

It was awesome! Me and my best friend had so much fun there and there was a sign that was lit up at night so we knew where to go. Would definitely go again and the deal was amazing i’m so grateful to spend a little getaway with my best friend!

I cannot begin to describe how incredibly nice this place. It is very quiet and met my needs. Would definitely stay again. Ashley was very responsive. No complaints.

The House was in a beautiful area. There was a lake really close to the house. The Walmart and places to eat were really close with easy access. The fenced in yard was perfect for our fur babies. Anytime I had any questions or concerns I always got an answer. The hosts were super friendly. They were willing to help us out with one more night stay during our moving process. I would stay there again as a little vacation spot close to the lake. It’s a perfect get away retreat.

Awesome.. property, I had a quiet and safe stay with.Bronson/Sophia, the pictures in the listing are as advertised . The house is stocked with the amenities of being at home, a Walmart is conveniently near by and so is downtown TN, when I arrived it was late and Bronson/Sophia had turned the lights on for me. I travel to TN often and I will definitely be a return guest with these two.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! This was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The location is quiet and peaceful, and space was plenty big for our group!

Great place to say! About a 40ish minute drive from Cool Springs, Brentwood, and Franklin. Very private spot. Lots of room for us to spread out and plenty of room for kids to play both inside and outside!

This was our first official family vacation and couldn’t have asked for a better place! Jamie was very kind and easy to communicate with via messages. She gave great recommendations when it came to getting delicious food! I especially loved that they were clear with simple instructions that were easy to follow. I can’t wait to come back in the near future!! Definitely recommend anyone to stay here! You will relax so much it will be hard to leave 😅

Where to begin, upon my first interaction he was very responsive, answered all my questions. We were suppose to go tanking on Saturday and he had arranged transportation to and from tanking. Our tanking trip was canceled at 7:30 Saturday morning and I notified him of the situation. He took care of everything!! He went above and beyond e en by running out and picking up our pizza order and delivering to us. I have stayed at so many rental properties and Shawn was so amazing. We were out of trash bags and within 10 minutes he brought some by. He also helped us connect to the outdoor sound system. The only and I mean only suggestion I have is the upstairs bed really needs an overlay it wasn’t very comfortable. Other than that the place was beautiful inside and out. Tons of things to entertain any age. I unequivocally recommend this rental!!

The cabin was perfect as described. Very quiet and neat, just the right place to relax. Arianna was extremely responsive and helpful and we appreciated her proactive communication. Great find!
