Our stay at this Koh Samui apartment was amazing! The location was ideal — super convenient and close to shops, restaurants, and the beach, making it easy to get around. We had no issues with communication, and Ahmed was always responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

We had the best experience staying in villa Matisse as a group of 5. The villa is set away from the main road on a private estate , which is peaceful and secure. Our expectations were well and truly met from the airport pick up to drop off . Aoo the villa manger was very responsive and so helpful, and no request was a problem We had massages in the villa which was a luxurious touch

Very pleasant Villa, staff very friendly, makes you feel like you are in a jungle with wildlife, the only thing missing is direct passage to the beach. Wonderful stay overall.

Great place to stay quickly and explore the island! The cottages are very cute and more traditional. Price-performance is really top! We felt it was a bit too loud, but the many cats in the complex were a big plus! Our child loved it very much. The beds were too hard for us and hot water didn't really work, but it wasn't that bad with the temperatures. We have extended on site again, without problems! Clear recommendation!

The bungalow exceeded our expectations! It is clean, stylishly furnished, beautifully quiet and has a great terrace. The communication was very easy and friendly.

We loved the place, absolutely beyond what we expected. Breakfast was absolutely Wonderfull and a wide spread, staff was super friendly. The pool and beach was beautiful, the resort itself is a bit expensive but there are so many places close to visit that you do not have make use of the restaurant. I would recommend this to anyone.

This Airbnb is a little piece of paradise! A gorgeous wooden Thai villa in the most peaceful setting with stunning ocean views. The neighbouring beach is accessible along a short pathway, where you can find a range of lovely local restaurants. I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to relax and slow down for a week or two!

Stop searching — this is the place. You don’t need to waste time debating it, because trust me: this condo/boutique hotel is everything an Airbnb should be. It’s spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly located — safe, walkable, and beautifully designed inside and out. The interior decor is stunning, the landscaping immaculate, and the beach and pool absolutely pristine. Add in 24/7 security and freshly made daily breakfast, and it truly feels like home — only better. The entire team offers the kind of genuine hospitality that makes a lasting impression. We had a lovely stay at the villa! There are two good bars/restaurants at both sides of the villa and if you like they deliver food and drinks to you at "home". The beach front and ocean view is extreme lovely you live direct at the beach. If you are looking for a complete private stay, you should know that direct at the front of the villa there are a google photo spotlight (the palms), a jetski area at the right side and soft background music from one of the restaurant next door, so its always something happening around the villa, but we didn't had a problem with it. It is not crowded, but people are walking around at the beach, climbing at the palms taking photo, eating at the restaurant and taking a swim direct at the beachfront near you. If you take a walk along the beach you will find other bars and restaurants, a short walk it's a night market whit good food and drinks, open till 22.00 We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Our party of four adults and four children very much enjoyed our stay in this Luxe Nomad villa. The staff were all very pleasant and the included breakfast set us up well for each day. All the rooms were clean and well-kept and were a close reflection of the photos. The open-plan living area is a particularly thoughtful design, allowing for a continuous cooling breeze from the sea. The villa was private, quiet and safe, yet close enough to walk to the Fisherman’s village and bars on the beach (though the sand is coarse underfoot). Whilst the sea immediately in front of the villa is not the clearest or most inviting, the view from the infinity pool is lovely and clearer waters are only a short stroll away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it for their stay in Koh Samui.

Paradise! We were wonderfully welcomed. The villa is in a beautifully wooded residence, the view of the sea and the sunset are sublime. The infinity pool is large enough to swim. The bedrooms and bathrooms are pretty and spacious, the air conditioning works very well. The living room opens entirely, giving the feeling of being outside, above the sea. Perfect service, a gentleman visits morning and evening to clean the pool and terrace, tidy up the loungers. Several ladies prepare and serve a very hearty and diverse breakfast, concerned with everyone's taste. Our daughter doesn't eat gluten, they've always been very careful, and they managed to make her happy every day. The cleaning is daily and impeccable. A rental car was waiting for us in the parking lot, convenient because the villa is quiet, but far from the tourist places, there are good restaurants on the beach below.

This place was great to stay at and easy to find. The host setup everything we needed to get there and recommended lots of places to stay. Being that everything has room for improvement I think that the power cost should just be averaged nightly and included in the rental. It’s the only place we stayed that did it this way however it was fine but if I could recommend one improvement that would be it.

We couldn’t imagine a better choice for our stay on Koh Samui! It is very clean and well organised place. Looknam is very positive and kind person, always fast responding for all our questions and needs. It’s also a great localisation, not only with a sea view, but also not far away from Fisherman’s Village which allows to visit night market by even a short walk. For longer trips the available motorbike perfect fits all needs on this island. We wish we could stay longer!

villa was stunning with fantastic views. very difficult for taxis and vans to get up the steep road to the villa but the view was worth it. we loved it so much we hardly saw the sights because we didn't want to leave. only downside was the beds. it was very uncomfortable but I'm guessing it was a traditional Thai bed which didn't ruin my stay.

Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean as a whistle and great quality . Bed was huge and super comfortable. Slept really well here for a week. ( chronic insomniac!!) . Air conditioning was sublime. Lovely pool when you feel like a day off sight seeing . Walking distance from the beach - absolutely stunning also with several great beach cafés , and a ‘high street’ of more wonderful places to eat . A couple of super boojie cafes that are less ‘Thai’ but absolutely everywhere serves divine fresh fruit smoothies and really good coffee. Could have stayed a few years!!
