Alexandra’s apartment was charming, clean, well lit, and beautifully decorated. Check in was easy and my host was responsive and helpful throughout my trip. My visit was wonderful. I highly recommend!

Great location walking distance to shops restaurants and more. View is amazing. Host is there to great you on arrival and check out to make sure your stay was available. I will say this Airbnb has restored a lot of hope for me in Airbnb and hosts. They are truly great. The apartment is clean. There is TONS of towels, bedding, coffee, water, and if you need more you can just ask. There is 20+ towels… they help you take out the trash and tell you don’t worry about the trash or the dishes in check out as the cleaner is coming. Host is very responsive and there to help you and make your stay great. Everything in the apartment worked. There is new windows that are more sound proof and nice. The living room is HUGE, and the bedroom is much bigger than expected with tons of space for clothes and bags. We will 100% stay again. The host restored my faith in Airbnb.

An incredible spot..absolutely top notch with a view of most of Paris beautiful touches in a sophisticated apartment. Location is great in a pleasant neighborhood with lively restaurants close transportation etc. Great friendly host too! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment was small but the location was great! We also did not find the stairs to the 7th floor to be so bad and they were definitely feasible. The apartment is very quiet, but you can quickly get to the metro and there are enough restaurants & supermarkets nearby. So for a short city trip, you can definitely recommend the apartment.

Located in a peaceful, almost town-like residential area, yet incredibly convenient for getting into the heart of Paris. We booked this place exactly for that reason, and it didn’t disappoint. The little balcony is really nice.

Christophe was a great host. Communicated quickly and extremely helpful. The apartment was perfect for our stay with good access to the Metro.

The accommodation absolutely captivated us, it is beautiful in the photos, even more beautiful in real life. What surprised us was the terrace, which we did not expect at all according to the photos, and it was🤩. A tiny disadvantage is the creaking front door, when you hear the arrival of each tenant, but nothing that could not be solved and would significantly spoil our stay. The apartment is located on the main street, where you can hear the outside noise, but the shutters perfectly dampen the outside noise. There are several stops around the apartment, so transportation is not a problem :). In short, the accommodation exceeded our expectations, thank you :).

The Philippe’s place are perfectly located for those who are planning to attend some shows at Stade de France (which is in 12 min walk distance) or just getting tired from the busy city centre pretty fast. For us it took a 1h from Orly airport to the location by subway that I think is really great. As well to the city centre it’s around 30 min by direct train. A studio was fully equipped with everything what could be needed not just for a short stay, but for long as well. Pretty friendly neighbours and Philippe by himself. Always was ready to help or answer on a questions :) Definitely would stay there again!

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Valérian is very responsive. Large house, clean, located on fenced-in lot. Ultra quiet area a few minutes walk from RER C or N.

A big thank you to Yacine, loved the place, checking in was easy Yacine met us on arrival, all prior communication with Yacine was fast, great to have private parking. And Yacine was on hand if we needed anything, 5/10 minute walk to various restaurants, would definitely visit again.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

The location alone for this apartment deserves all of the stars. You’re far enough away from the middle of Paris that it’s not crazy crowded, but close enough to the Metro that getting to any part is easy. There is a grocery store and pharmacy directly across the street, and if you’re lucky enough to be there for the market, it’s awesome and set up at the end of the block. There are a ton of great restaurants and things to walk to including the giant park and great shopping. The apartment itself is very spacious and being on the top floor with the outdoor patio is a huge bonus. If you stay here in the Spring/Fall it’s likely the perfect location. We, unfortunately, came during the summer and during an incredibly hot week. If you are here during the Summer, you need to know that like the most of France, the apartment does not have AC, but we managed with some fans. Once the sun went down with all of the doors and windows open it was lovely. The host was always quick to respond.

This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is absolutely fantastic place where you can see the sunsets with a glass of wine. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly so you can fully rest after long walking across Paris. Alexandre is amazing host, always in touch to deal with any questions we had. I absolutely recommend this apartment

Corentin Airbnb was worth every penny we spent. It was spacious for the 4 of us, clean and located perfectly. Just within a few minutes walk there were fast food stores, supermarkets and a pharmacy. Corentin was extremely responsive when we had questions and was clear with his instructions. It was a lovely stay and will recommend it to anyone going to France that wants to stay close enough to Paris but not right in the center. 5 stars all round.

The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city. Vicent is extremely friendly and was waiting for us to welcome us and help us with our luggage. I must also mention that the apartment is fully furnished. Thank you Vicent for your hospitality

It is a very quiet and easy house to stay in. Enzo was very kind and bought water, coffee, etc. on the day of arrival. Perfect for those who work from home or cook. I've used Airbnb in 20 wards so far, but this house is almost in 16 wards, and it's convenient because it's just a short taxi ride to Beauvais Airport and CDG. He is a lovely host. I recommend it to everyone!

The accommodation was as described, well-equipped, in a good location. Hosts Ibrahim and Angelique were very accommodating despite unforeseen circumstances on our part, I recommend it 100%.
