Perfect, nothing is missing at Fabienne and Julien's. Our hosts are very welcoming and attentive to everything. The house is very well located for visiting the castles of the Loire or cycling between Meung and Orléans or going to Beaugency which is worth seeing.

Pleasant house, located in a quiet area, close to the banks of the Loiret. Shops nearby by car. I rented this house for my family who arrived from abroad. Paul speaks English. I recommend it and I will take it back if necessary.

The studio is in an unbeatable area, the center is a few steps away and the Loire is next door. Very clean, comfortable studio with everything you need, good size except the bathroom which is a bit small. Parking next door, but I left my motorcycle in a paid underground parking lot for security

Very nice apartment with everything you need inside A plus for the parking space, we don't have to bother finding a place to park Even the neighbors came to ask us if their music bothered us and if they could turn it down when we get home Saturday night The only downside is that it's not very practical for adults, but that's not your fault. A wonderful moment spent in this relaxing setting. Annie and Sébastien's cottage is a little gem of greenery, and very well equipped as a bonus. Everything is done to facilitate the stay. No complaints!

Very nice house full of charm and quiet, nice walks nearby. We were 5 adults and two children to celebrate Christmas, each had their own bedroom and bathroom, which allows everyone to have their privacy. The living rooms are spacious and allow everyone to gather by the fire! Special mention for the tree installed that allowed us to celebrate Christmas almost like at home!

We spent 2 nights in Saint Viatre in a peaceful and spacious environment. Fabienne's mother is really adorable, Fabienne was very responsive, nothing to say. I was even able to fish in their pond. Our dog was the happiest with this beautiful property. I highly recommend it for relaxing and having a pleasant stay in Sologne. Once again, thank you for everything!

The hosts, Anne and Fred were extremely cordial and responsive for any request or question. They responded in a very short amount of time. This little haven of peace on the edge of the Loiret is a beautiful discovery. The house is very comfortable and is equipped with everything you need. The location is really peaceful and allows you to contemplate the local wildlife from the veranda or terrace.
