Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Chattahoochee River

This is exactly the place we needed for a quick couple nights downtown. It was in a great location and we loved how close it was to the science museum for our kid (highly recommended if you have children!). It was very quiet and exactly as described.

Awesome place! It’s a bit of a quest to find the door and then retrieve the key fob and find the designated parking spot, but all the instructions are there. Just gotta do some reading and searching. BEAUTIFUL unit, and great view! Sooo many restaurants to choose from right in the area. We had a good stay and will be back. :)

This cute little downstairs apartment was perfect for our anniversary trip! It’s a great space for two people to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We spent our mornings on the porch swing drinking coffee and at night would head into town to eat at the recommended restaurants. The place was cute, homey, and had amazing views of the mountains!

I stayed here because my son had a way basketball game and I must say I was really satisfied! We were close to everything we needed to be. The place was spacious and clean and what was most important to me SAFE!! Highly recommend

The place was exactly how it was described and very clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it was peaceful easy to access. I accidentally locked myself out and Semore was quick to unlock it and get me back in. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again !

This was our second time staying at Lorenzo's place. Its within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants. Plenty to do nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Lorenzo's again!

My family and I absolutely loved Laura’s place! From the moment we pulled up, we were completely enamored—even the outside of her home was beautiful and inviting. Check-in was a breeze, and the home was immaculate. You could walk around in white socks and still feel fresh—that’s how clean it was! The entire space was stunning, but the massive bedroom my husband and I stayed in was such a treat! And the kids couldn’t get enough of the theater room—they were in heaven. It truly felt like home, filled with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. This is the place for family gatherings—comfortable, spacious, peaceful, and full of warmth. Laura was incredibly responsive and kind, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. I honestly rate this house a solid 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, luxury stay with family. Laura, I pray God continues to bless you and your family. We had a great quick trip to Lake Hartwell! The lake house we stayed at on Skyline Way was beautiful. Well kept and had enough amenities to keep everyone in our big family busy. Great view, beautiful dock, large hot tub, game room, paddle boards, kayak, multiple fire pits, theater room, and tons of seating throughout. The weather wasn't the greatest, but we got to spend quality time together. We will definitely book this house again!

Dr. K's home was beautiful. From the moment we pulled into the neighborhood everything was peaceful and amazing. We entered the home and it was just as described in the listing. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable as well as the couches. We will stay here again the next time we are on Georgia!!!

Our stay at Richard’s place was everything we hoped for and more! The location was perfect—close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The interior was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless. We especially loved the private porch and hot tub—it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out. Richard was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

We were in town for a wedding so there was not much time to enjoy the extras of the house. We did make use of the movie room and loved the massive couch. It’s rare for a family six to all easily recline and enjoy a movie together! I think the kids did play pool and ping pong between events when they could. It was definitely a lovely view and a nice touch with the strung cafe lights outside. I do want to say ALL of the beds were great. I hate showing up to a place and finding a fifteen year old squeaky spring mattress. This place was great and everyone slept well. The place was clean and check out was super simple. I’m used to rentals that make you feel like the cleaning crew at the end of your stay. That was not the case here. Just a few simple steps and you were good to leave. Which was really nice. If we had a reason to be in the area, I would definitely rent again.

Inside and out offered comfort and space for our group. The inside LED lights added a nice vibe. The host was communicative and accommodating of my needs. I recommend this space!

Estelle was a fantastic host! She was very communicative and incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations around town. The room was as described and perfect for me to be able to stay in comfortably. Would highly recommend!!

The host was extremely responsive and nice. There was wine and chocolate and chips left for us which was a nice welcome. She was extremely upfront with some of the things that were being fixed from last guest so we knew what to expect. The condo was so cute and looked just liked the photos. The patio was nice to sit and chill on. The projector is a nice touch but you can only see it when it’s dark outside which is no fault of the host. There was lots of amazing places to eat in walking distance. I will say that if you’re not used to city life the “locals” that sit outside can be a little intimidating but again this has no reflection on the host or her condo. She was so fast to respond and one of the best hosts that we have worked with. If we ever come back to Atlanta would definitely stay here again. The place is very secure and the front desk people don’t let anyone in without id or the fob so that made us feel more secure. 🩷

Our stay was great! The location was in a very busy area but very walkable and lots to do around. The view of the city from the apartment was absolutely gorgeous. The apartment is connected to a Whole Foods which was incredibly convenient. Our host was very kind and helpful with anything we needed throughout our stay. The only thing we would have changed is that you have to pay daily to park at the apartment’s garage. But overall we would definitely stay again!
