Completely renovated house basement, located in Angoulins, as well as close to Chatelaillon-Plage (5 min drive), and La Rochelle (15 min drive) Fouras – La Rochelle bike paths, by the sea. Shops in the center of Angoulins, as well as a supermarket 1 km away. Ideal location by the sea (150 m walk). From the beach, you can see the islands and Ford Boyard. Forget about the car for the duration of your stay, and discover the seaside resort by bike or on foot.

The thalasso and casino, in addition to all the beachfront restaurants, are nearby. Fully equipped house, nothing to provide. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels, contact me if necessary. The room is equipped with a 160/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and the second bed is the sofa bed in the living room, also 140/200.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Cottage located a 5-min walk to all shops and the beach. On a quiet street with easy parking available. The cottage includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, a bedroom with a 140 bed for two people (possibility of accommodating a toddler), terrace with small outdoor lounge and with a table and two garden chairs. PLEASE NOTE: There is no Wi-Fi in the house.
