Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Châteauneuf-sur-Loire

A house with a breathtaking view of the Loire. Little traffic on the adjoining road. The house is spacious and comfortable and matches the photographs on the site. We were very well received by Estelle. Around the house there are many walks and multiple activities are possible for children (boat trip, parks and games, recreation area). Great stay as a family!

When we arrived back at the Gîte de La Gervaise after our beautiful bike trip along the Loire, it was almost like arriving home. We enjoyed the two days there in the best weather in peace. Once again, thank you very much. Sylvia and Luc for the great hospitality and especially for the opportunity to safely park our car on the farm during our 10-day bike trip. If we go on holiday in the region again, Gîte de La Gervaise is the first place we'll go.

This is a fantastic place to stay to explore the Loire Valley. Centrally located, beautiful, charming, and without equals. Catherine was a great host. I would highly recommend!

Very nice house, peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely little weekend with the family. Very nice accommodation. Tastefully decorated and clean. Comfortable bed. Despite the high temperatures, the accommodation was very cool. The terrace is a plus! We can't do better in terms of localization! Close to all amenities. A little noisy at night on the alley side despite the window being closed. Nevertheless, we recommend the accommodation 100%. We will definitely come back during a future stay in Orléans.

Beautiful stay in a quiet neighborhood. We were in transit and decided to spend two days in Orleans. The space has no air conditioning, so with 30+ degrees it was quite warm at night. Furthermore, there was a neat baby bed, chair and the space was clean. we are very satisfied with the stay

The apartment was as described and clean. It is located on the second floor. The parking pass for the nearby parking garage was great. The landlord lives in the same house and is very friendly. Communication takes place via an agency. Everything went smoothly. For a visit to Orléans, the apartment is recommended and has a good price-performance ratio.

Very well furnished and very clean accommodation, peaceful and easy to access. It has easy access with the possibility of parking your vehicle nearby and direct access to the garden. We stayed in this apartment with two kids for a week. The host was very responsive and was determined to help whenever we asked for. The parking in front of the apartment was easy and safe. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. The location of the property suited us very well since we could visit to several attractions(from the city Orleans to as far as Oradour-sur-Glane) around the region. Overall, we have a very positive experience at the Janminh’s tidy apartment.

Nice apartment close to Orleans set in a beautiful and quiet area close to the river. Very comfortable bed - was the best sleep of our 10-day road trip. Nguyen and his family were kind and quick to help get us another knife for the kitchen.
