Great apartment, in a residence with swimming pool, pleasant when returning from the beach. The accommodation is larger than in the photo and close to all amenities thanks to its two bikes where you can reach the beach and the embankment in less than five minutes! Very practical when you know that everything is now done to promote soft mobility in Les Sables (impossible to park by car). Recommended.

We had a great time at this apartment. The place is very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located with a magnificent view. The welcome was warm and the owner very responsive and attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. As a family of 4, there was enough room for us to stay comfortably for a week. The garden space was a massive bonus, a great sun trap and much nicer than it looks in the pictures. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the beds and sofa very comfortable. We will be back!

Coming by train we were able to enjoy our stay entirely on foot. In the apartment there is a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We added one night to the reservation so much we liked the place.

We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!
