Holiday rentals with beach access in Château-d'Olonne, Les Sables-d'Olonne

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment. Everything was in line with (or even better than) what was described in the listing. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and particularly comfortable. The sea view is amazing. The location is ideal, close to all the amenities and points of interest of the city. Host rating was very welcoming. It really feels like a home away from home. I recommend this apartment without hesitation, and I will not hesitate to return during a future stay in Les Sables.

We had a great time at this apartment. The place is very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located with a magnificent view. The welcome was warm and the owner very responsive and attentive to our needs. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was functional, and the overall atmosphere was very nice. I highly recommend this accommodation and we will be happy to come back!

The accommodation is VERY pleasant and extremely quiet, which is very nice and allows you to hear only the music of the waves.

We had a very pleasant stay in Les Sables d 'Olonne! The accommodation is extremely well equipped ( washing machine /dryer/airfryer/dishwasher / air conditioning etc.). It was also very clean, very bright and the position is ideal as everything is done on foot. Very quiet street. Parking is available in free parking. Everything was perfect, I would definitely recommend this place.

Impeccable accommodation, with a magnificent view of the ocean 😍 at the foot of the promenade, you can't do better! The accommodation is tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We had a great stay thank you very much ☺️

We had a fabulous time at Brigitte's place. She is a welcoming and very warm woman, who immediately makes us feel at home. The apartment is very functional, close to all the activities of Les Sables d'Olonne, and only 15 minutes from the train station. The new bedding is great, we slept very well. We will be back!

My friend and I had a great week in this studio. Everything was perfect and Chantal and Joël are very welcoming and friendly. I only note the fact that we learned on site that a deposit was required for the bikes, which is normal but as it was not specified in the listing, we were surprised. Nothing to say about this listing!

Beautiful house, there were 6 of us and we all loved the accommodation as well as the location, I highly recommend it! A wonderful stay!

Very good weekend of the ascension in this accommodation. Two adults and 3 dogs, it's really great. The linen and towels provided were really good, the laundry. Rental next to the Leclerc and many shops as well as the port and the chaume (I have been coming to the sands for years and this is the first time I have a rental on the Olonne side). Maybe we'll come back.

We parked the car (in a safe place) and visited Les Sables d'Olonne for three days by bike, which was really very pleasant, because it's close to the center, the beaches... We had a great 3 days stay at Jean-Paul's place. From the first exchanges, the communication was very nice. The place was clean, well arranged and perfectly equipped – nothing was missing, even bedding was provided. A quiet place where you immediately feel good and located not far from shops, then the beach. Again, thank you for this great experience!

The house is really very well located, well appointed and pleasant. Look out for a lot of stairs if you have children.

we had a great weekend, the apartment is extremely well located with beautiful sea views. 2 steps from the beach and shops. everything was perfect from the reception to the handover of the checkout keys.

Fantastic place to stay for our weekend in Ile de Re. The place was right around the corner of the stunning port of Saint Martin, and the apartment looked even better than the photos - super cosy and had all you could ask for. Corinne and Eric were the best hosts, very friendly and welcoming, flexible with us and always on hand to help with recommendations. We thoroughly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay with the family in Les Sables d 'Olonne, and this apartment contributed greatly to it. The view is simply splendid. The apartment is in a great location, bright, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to our host, a lady of great kindness, available and caring. We were also touched by the kindness and warm welcome of the Sablais, who make this city even more enjoyable to discover. The apartment is ideally located, close to the market and a few minutes' walk from the embankment! The apartment is nice, well furnished and equipped, we spent 3 wonderful days. Free and easy parking in front of the building is also very convenient.
