Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Charlottetown

The home was a Five Star Plus++++++. So clean and comfortable. Lots of room for the six of us. Easy to get into Stratford and back into Downtown Charlottetown. The record player was also a nice addition. We will return for sure. Thanks Alyssa & Alex!

We had such a wonderful stay at Phillip’s place! The home was just as beautiful as described in the photos and listing, clean, cozy, and full of charm. The location was amazing, with everything we needed within walking distance. We truly felt so relaxed and comfortable during our stay. Phillip was a fantastic host, friendly, receptive, and very attentive. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance! Staying at Big Blue was an absolute highlight of our trip to Charlottetown. Nick could not have been more helpful or accommodating and the place is a gem. Comfortable, full of charm and neat as a pin, with lots of thoughtful touches. I am only sorry we weren't able to spend more time in the house and lovely surrounding neighbourhood due to a busy conference schedule. Absolutely recommend - what a treat!

We have stayed at a number of lovely properties in the years that we have been using Airbnb and Yellow Door 44 is up there is the best of them. In particular, we appreciated - everything was very, very clean - this cleaner knows their work! - the kitchen is unusually well stocked with more glasses, cups, flatware, cookware, dinnerware, etc. than we have at home - there are lots and lots of towels and extra linens - the rooms are big, comfortable, airy, and bright with really good lighting (hard to get in many properties) - the beds and linens are very comfortable - communication related to check-in and out was very good - the information binder describing how all of the appliances and such worked was excellent. It also included many local restaurant suggestions We enjoyed it here very much and will return next time we are on the Island.

Wonderful stay in North Rustico. Great location for a stay in PEI. Home is very well-equipped with coolers, beach towels, games, etc. the linens and beds were as good as any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed in. Would highly recommend this home for a small family who wants to explore the beauty of the island!

Extremely lovely and comfortable town house. Very roomy kitchen and dining area, living room and bathroom downstairs and well laid out bedrooms and full bath upstairs. We had a fabulous week long visit and Jeff was super friendly and helpful while we were there. Great location for walking all around town and also for day trips all over the island. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and having delicious coffee and cream available on arrival. Thank you!

Die Unterkunft von Zach ist 12/10. Meine Familie (4 erwachsene Personen) und ich hatten erst eine andere Unterkunft für Prince Edward Island gebucht und wurden bitter enttäuscht, sodass wir ziemlich schnell wechseln mussten. Zach hat uns spontan am selben Tag noch persönlich empfangen und seine Unterkunft kann ich sehr empfehlen: es sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos - wie in einem Pinterest Board oder „schöner wohnen“- Katalog. Zach hat das ganze Haus mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und dabei wirklich auf nichts vergessen: die Küche ist super ausgestattet, es gibt viele gut riechende Handtücher, ein gutes Wlan.. Das Haus hat eine beeindruckende Aussicht, einen magischen Lichteinfall und eignet sich auch besonders gut für schöne Fotos/Videos. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass überall schöne Blumenbouquets aufgestellt waren.

Logement propre et facile d’accès avec toutes les commodités. Logement bien situé, à proximité de restaurants, épiceries, parcs et centre-ville de Charlottetown. Excellent séjour !

Had such a wonderful stay. The only downside was having to leave! The location is terrific. Close to the water, right by downtown, but so peaceful. Charlottetown is such a walkable place and this spot is perfectly situated to take advantage of this. Definitely find the time to take a look at All Souls chapel across the street. A tiny, beautiful oasis of solitude. Beaconsfield House and Victoria Park are only a stone’s throw away. I love old houses and so felt right at home. Thankfully the restoration of the loft space retained all its gorgeous character. The bed was super comfy, the shower was great, and everything was cosy, warm and welcoming. Suzanne does a great job of making this clear in the listing but just to reiterate, this is a heritage property and the loft is on the third floor and reached by climbing lots of stairs. Seniors and those with mobility issues should consider whether this is the best spot for them. Thanks Suzanne for making me feel so welcome in your home.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful old house. The apartment is spacious and the host was very accommodating. The location is very convenient.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is large and there is everything that you need. Especially nice for children as there were many toys - our son absolutely loved it! Communication with Jeni was flawless and she always replied super quick. Would definitely recommend!

I was looking for a cozy private place close to my friends on PEI. This was my first winter visit after 50+ years of summer trips to camp. The Island is bracingly beautiful in winter, and no mosquitos or people! This place I chose to take refuge from the cold was above and beyond what I was looking for. Will and Brian are the loveliest humans. Friendly, super accommodating, respectful of your space yet responsive if you need anything. The place is spotless, tastefully appointed and the shower is the best! I was treated to a welcome package of eggs, honey, jam, syrup, bread, butter, milk and skin care products all from the Island. If you are looking for the whole Island experience this is the place. I have new lifelong friends. And if you like dogs, you will love their dog, Daisy!

Enjoyed my two night stay here - lovely accommodation in a central location to explore PEI. A self contained basement unit at the hosts' house in suburbia, it exceeded expectations. Well worth a visit.

Thank you so much for making our stay in Charlottetown so comfortable. We stayed a lot of Air B&B before, and this is one of the best!! It's a beautiful home in a great location. The interior is spacious and nicely updated. We loved the beautiful kitchen and bathroom. The separate living room was so spacious, and had a large TV and big sofas. The host prepared everything we need, and very responsive.

Rosa and Joe are great hosts! Joe welcomed and explained about the property when we arrived! They are so responsive and kind. If you visit PEI and wanna enjoy discovering downtown, their place is definitely listed!!!

Lovely, peaceful stay. Super quiet and the perfect getaway just a few steps to the downtown core. The condo was furnished with everything you need.

Great views, lovely surroundings and complimentary snacks and bathroom products were much appreciated. Very quiet if the upstairs unit is not rented seperately. We would come again!

Great location. walkable to everything. beautiful and peaceful. my 2 year old son loved the balcony and watching the boats. park close by, coffee shops and shopping.

We had an amazing stay at Island Properties! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable, and had everything needed. The location was over the top exceptional - quiet, an incredible view, peaceful, and so close to everything in the downtown. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This will be an annual location to return to.

wonderful stay for two nights for a ladies trip for 6 people . Very cozy and exactly what we were looking for. great response from the host and an easy check in and out. Lots of room and bell TV which was a treat ! Thank you ! Highly recommend.

It was a really nice stay, the air bnb had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and brought over a pack n play & highchair for us within 10 minutes of us sending them a message. We had a great time. It’s actually also much bigger than the photos make it look too. The beds are super comfy. We had a lovely stay.

Loved it and really appreciated that it was pet friend. Very peaceful location and central to many locations on the island and very close to cavendish. Would definitely recommend!
