Holiday rentals with a patio in Charlotte, Rochester

James is an amazing host and his space is beautiful! Super clean and VERY comfortable bed ! The pull string was broken on the fan so we couldn’t turn it on but that was the ONLY downside !! Super easy check in and very responsive to inquiries! 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay here again! Thank you James !

Our stay was full of fun, laughter joy and so many memorable moments. Danny is a magnificent host and just a wonderful person. The accomodations were so comfortable with beautiful grounds to enjoy. The local area and restaurants served amazing delicious food. Our entire experience did not skip a beat and was truly music to our ears if you will. Magical place to stay. Her home and the homes in the neighborhood are beautiful, plus there are rabbits in the adjoining yards early in the morning. All the attractions are close and walkable to some great restaurants. Whole apartment looks completely renovated with a gas stove if you enjoy cooking. The place is quiet and the bed is super comfy. Perfect for a single traveler and a couple that’s there to get out and about. Nice to have the bathroom, also beautifully done, separated if sharing. All the towels and bedding felt new and plush, great pillow section which is very rare, the little touches add up! Set aside parking in a dedicated spot which felt very secure. This truly is a special place and perfect for myself traveling for business.

We came to Canandaigua for a concert at CMAC. The location was perfect and only a few miles from the venue. Lynne was very responsive to our needs and made our stay comfortable. Would stay there again!

Heather’s place was great, located in a nice quiet area. She was super responsive and even let us drop our things much earlier than check in. The home was spacious and very clean. Thank you so much!

Highlights… Easy to find, easy check-in, spot to park, very clean and comfortable, easy to walk into the village, appreciated a few supplies in the kitchen like salt, saran wrap, napkins, olive oil, great restaurants nearby.

Liam's place was in close proximity for our weekend needs. It was also conveniently close to Wegmans and Starbucks with easy access to many other shopping areas. His place was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. As described, there is some road noise but he provided options to help with that. We would stay again if in the area.

A charming well-kept cottage which feels like a second home or summer get-away. The host was great as well. No complex rules or hidden costs. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Amy’s place while in town for my son’s sporting event. The house is large, very clean, and stocked with everything you could possibly need—it made traveling with kids so much easier. Amy was a fantastic host—she sent over restaurant recommendations before we arrived and even mailed back a few clothes we accidentally left in the dryer (so appreciated!). The location was super convenient—close to stores (Target, Dicks Sporting Goods, Wegmans), restaurants, Lake Ontario (2 miles away), and only about 20 minutes to Rochester. We visited in early April, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or outdoor space, but it all looked lovely.

A perfect getaway for the whole crew! The kids dove into the video games while the adults “worked on their swing” in the golf simulator - all with a stunning view that made us forget about screens for a while. Fun, relaxing, and full of laughs! Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised at every turn when we came into the house and saw special touches everywhere. This was our nicest Airbnb experience because the host took the time to add so many extras like providing bathrobes and slippers, making patterns on the bed covers and having supplies on hand for anything you might forget. They also had pet supplies and fun outdoor games. We definitely recommend this as somewhere where you can be comfortable and relax!

Our family enjoyed a lovely weekend in Rochester. The house had lots of space, was comfortable and very clean, with nice walkable streets for our dog. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed numerous family meals eating in. I appreciated the laundry facilities! A short drive to the Eastman School of Music with lots of comfortable beds and thoughtfully decorated living spaces, the house was perfect for our purposes. Lindsey was a friendly and responsive host. Thanks for the great stay!

Wonderful stay. The immediate area is very peaceful and relaxing. We spent a lot of time on the dock right outside the front door. The interior was very clean and had everything we could need plus more!

The location can't be beat! It was just right for our trip needs, easy to get around and close enough to walk to things. It is an old house and has its creaky floorboards and no AC upstairs (if you're from out of town you might not be used to the humidity) but has been updated nicely! Check in was easy and Vincent was helpful with parking instructions, be mindful of the street parking restrictions in Rochester!

We had a wonderful time here. It's perfectly located in Park Ave neighborhood with a quick walk to CVS, shops and restaurants we were interested in visiting. Off street parking was a huge plus. Would stay here again. Thanks!
