Sehr schöne Unterkunft, nette Gastgeberin, tolle und ruhige Lage. Check-in und /-out total unkompliziert. Alles super!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had a lovely 5 days staying here and highly recommend it! The home is modern, comfortable and equipped with everything we could have wanted. There were games and books, and a small yard,(with balls!) for the kids to play. It is a short pleasant walk to the train and then easy access to all of Paris. It was really nice to return here after a long day of sightseeing. There are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. We took several walks around the neighborhood at night and felt very safe. We all enjoyed staying here. Celine is very responsive, usually answering in minutes!

Appartement bien décoré avec petite cour très agréable (où l on peut y manger). Literie de bonne qualité. pièce à vivre très agréable. communication agréable avec Matthieu.

on as passé un agréable séjour, tout étais parfait... le logement est dans un quartier très calme, ma copine et moi avons bien aimé. Discrétion des hôtes, mais aussi très réactif pour des questions . Je reviendrais car très proche de la gare de Lyon et avec le métro c'est niquel. Je vous le conseille très vivement...👌✌️✌️

We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay at Dale and Gilles apartment. Dale responded very quickly to our enquiries and was very proactive in recommending local restaurants and other attractions prior to our arrival. There’s two good bakeries close by and the Metro only minutes away. Roughly 30 minutes to Monmarte and 45 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was as described with literally everything you need, including a table top ironing board, the apartment itself was spotless. I can’t recommend this apartment enough, thank you Dale and Gilles for making us so welcome.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Un week-end tout simplement magique ! Les enfants étaient émerveillés du début à la fin, tout comme nous. Nous avons célébré l’anniversaire de mon conjoint en famille autour d’un barbecue, dans un cadre parfait pour créer de beaux souvenirs. Tout s’est déroulé à merveille, et ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires. Un vrai bonheur pour petits et grands ! Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés. Hote très réactif et super sympa :)

I miei genitori hanno goduto di una vacanza riposante in un appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e arredato con gusto. È posizionato in prossimità di negozi, supermercati, boulangerie, trasporti e a pochi passi dal Bois de Vincennes. Parigi si raggiunge in una manciata di minuti. Host e co-host sono stati gentili e premurosi. Davvero consigliato!

Anna’s place made us forget about its cost. Very peaceful and well designed. More than worth it. Host responsive and friendly. Thanks for the stay Anna, my family and I fully enjoyed your place.

Excellente communication, hôtes très sympathiques. Le logement est en parfait état, très propre et dans un environnement au calme.

Samia est une hôte très réactive. Son logement est impeccable, bien situé, proche du métro. Les instructions pour rentrer et sortir du logement sont claires. Ce logement est très paisible avec le nécessaire pour y séjourner. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez passer une courte nuit ou un petit séjour parisien !

nos quedamos 5 días, y el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento y preocupado de nuestra estadía. El lugar es cómodo y moderno, muy limpio, el barrio muy tranquilo. La estación de metro liberte nos permitió movernos por toda la ciudad. Si volvemos a paris, sin duda recomendaríamos a Steven.

I highly recommend Sarah apartment for your trip in Paris. The house is close to the metro. You can easily get into the center.

Logement extrêmement propre, fonctionnel et calme.

We stayed in this quiet, clean apartment for 9 nights on our recent visit to Paris. We have friends that live in Maisons-Alfort so it was great to stay just down the road from them. This apartment is less than 5 minute walk from the Metro and you can be in Paris in 30-40 minutes; very convenient. The apartment was clean and cozy with plenty of hot water in the shower, comfortable temperature in the apartment, and everything you needed in the kitchen. The balcony is nice to have a coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Just a short walk down to the river Marne where you can walk along the river and enjoy the view. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. Sophie and Michel were very responsive when we had questions and they were always there to help if needed. The only con was the 4 flights of stairs to walk up especially with luggage but that is common in Paris apartments. Maisons-Alfort is a great area to stay in on the outskirts of Paris.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

Amazing amazing amazing! Such a kind host and a wonderful living space. Even the couch was as comfortable as a bed! She was very considerate - provided a coffee bar, wifi, and even a polaroid camera for us to take photos. 100/10 would recommend. Please keep in mind that Paris and the surroundings are quite hot during the summer and there’s no air con or built in fan but she does have a fan that she offered for us to use.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Het is heel schoon, ruim, goed vindbaar en de host is ontzettend vriendelijk! Duidelijke instructies, meedenken over het alvast neerzetten van de bagage toen we aankwamen. Het is een goede uitvalsbasis. Let wel op dat je er zeker een half uur tot 3 kwartier over doet ( met de metro) om in het centrum te komen. Daardoor is het wel echt heel rustig en dat is fijn aan het einde van de dag! Bedankt Audrey :-)

Ev sahipleri çok dost canlısı ve yardımseverlerdi. Geç giriş yapmamızı anlayışla karşıladılar ve buna imkan sağladılar. Evin konumu RER C trenine 5 dakikaydı. Bu tren ile Paris’in merkezine maksimum 30-40 dakikada ulaşabildik. Çevresinde her türden ihtiyaca yönelik dükkan mevcuttu. Özel otopark sayesinde arabamızı güvenle bırakıp Paris’i gezebildik. Evde her şey vardı (TV hariç), sanki uzaktaki bir evinize valizinizi alıp kafa dinlemeye gelmişsiniz gibi hissedeceksiniz. Akşamları balkonda oturup mahallenin sessizliğini dinlemek çok güzeldi. Çıkış yaparken de kendi kendimize, rahatça çıkış yapabildik. Genel olarak konaklamamız çok iyi geçti, her şey için Arthur ve Maire’ye teşekkür ediyorum. Çok ilgililerdi. ✨🫶🏻

Wir haben vor Kurzem 5 Tage mit unserer Tochter hier verbracht und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen! Die Lage ist super und Vorallem sehr ruhig. Bis zum Metro geht man ca 8 min und bis zum Eiffelturm dauert es ca 20 min. Die Wohnung war super sauber und der Kontakt immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Alles hat absolut reibungslos funktioniert :) das besondere Extra ist natürlich der kostenlose Stellplatz in der Garage. So musste man sich keine Gedanken machen, wo man sein Auto lässt. Denn das Parken an der Straße ist unmenschlich teuer. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Kurzurlaub und wir kommen sehr, sehr gern wieder!! :)
