You will love staying in this large apartment located on the outskirts of Paris and close to the Bois de Vincennes. The metro (line 8) is located at the foot of the building. You have quick access to Paris (Bastille 10 min, Opéra Garnier 20 min, Eiffel Tower 35 min, Bercy Arena 15 min, Disneyland..) Spacious and comfortable (air conditioning), you can accommodate 4 people and a baby. It is ideal for a couple, a group of friends or a family. Close to shops and restaurants (2 min). Will love it !

Quiet and close to Paris

Venez profiter de la capitale Française dans ce logement calme, proche des transports et du Bois de Vincennes. A proximité de toutes les commodités (supermarché, boulangerie, restaurant...) c'est l'endroit parfait pour passer un agréable moment. L'appartement dispose de tout le confort, cuisine équipés, salle de bain refaite à neuf, une chambre avec un lit en 140*200 et un canapé convertible dans le salon (140*190). Le métro est à moins de 5 minutes, vous menant au centre de Paris en 15 minutes.

We had a great stay with our four kids. The apartment was exactly as described. Beds very comfortable, lovely outside terrace for breakfast. The neighbourhood is very nice, quiet and felt safe. Some nice brasseries nearby and great to have a boulangerie immediately below us! It took about 20 mins on the metro to get into the centre of Paris, and there is a metro station two minutes walk from the apartment. We had a car which we parked in the car park nearby, and it was easy to load and unload as there are several free 30 minute parking bays right outside the apartment. Great communication from Raphaël. We would definitely stay here again, and recommend!

My stay at Leocadie’s apartment was very pleasant. The place is clean, full of light and very spacious. You can be in the center of Paris within 20 minutes without paying the city high price or staying in a ridiculously small place. I would definitely recommend.

The place was spotless but since I'm a little lazy, I copy and paste the message I sent them: Thank you. Theapartment,the building even the geographical location, everything was fine. The building is very clean ,the kitchen impeccable. In short, thank you for allowing me to have a very long weekend with my 15-year-old son, for a concert. And I didn't even talk about the price more than affordable. I've already recommended it to my friends. Good luck.
