Nous avons passé un super weekend prolongé entre amis! Le cadre est très beau et paisible. Le logement est impecable et l'hôtesse est super accueillante! Parfait et ressourçant 🙂❤️

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Moulin. La maison est magnifique et la région permet de nombreuses activités. La maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Le jardin est grand et la rivière appréciable quand il fait chaud. Et nous n'avons quasiment pas vu de moustiques ! Tom est très réactif et agréable. Seuls petits bémols : occultation à la lumière non suffisante selon notre sensibilité dans les chambres et insonorisation légère entre les étages.

Maison très claire et très lumineuse. Nous avons passé un séjour formidable.

Week-end en famille pour le pont du 1er mai à quelques minutes de Périgueux. Ideal ! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et la maison est vraiment très accueillante. Je vous recommande vivement ce petit bijou sans vis à vis avec une vue magnifique. La climatisation est le petit plus parfait.

Beautiful house in fantastic surroundings. Great walks amongst the vineyards. House really clean with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Ashley responded immediately to one small problem with hot water which was rectified within a few hours. Would love to stay again.

Beautiful house, with great facilities. Lots of space for guests and a bathroom for each bedroom which was good. The kitchen was well equipped. There was air conditioning in the main rooms as well which was an unexpected treat as the weather was very warm. Lovely outside area with good sized pool, plenty of sun loungers and tables. Would definitely recommend the property.

Ons verblijf bij Robert en Karen was geweldig! Het huis is ruim en biedt genoeg ruimte en privé voor 6 personen. Het zwembad is een heerlijke verkoeling. Als je kiest voor rust is dit wat je zoekt. Robert en Karen bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid, de verse eitjes waren heerlijk!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille! Le gîte est très bien entretenu, spacieux pour que tout le monde puisse avoir son intimité. La zone est très tranquille autour et très verte, tout en restant proche du Auchan pour les courses ou même le centre ville d'Angoulême reste facilement accessible! Je recommande!

We had a great stay and would highly recommend for those in search of a very peaceful retreat! The property is full of character and the renovations completed by Thierry and Benedicte preserve the history of this amazing chateau.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis avec enfants. Le lieu se prête parfaitement aux activités de plein air au plus proche d'une très belle nature. Le château est magnifique et Lynn et Paul se sont montrés discrets et chaleureux à la fois. Superbe séjour !

We had a fantastic holiday with our family, the house is lovely and the outside areas in particular were wonderful and the garden is completely fenced in so perfect for young children or in our case our labradoodle! The village is stunning with all the essentials along with galleries, great bars and restaurants. Canoeing is within easy walking distance and there are some great walks right from the house. Wish we could have stayed longer!

All I can say is our stay in Jonzac at Anders house was perfect from start to finish. Anders was the perfect host and the house was absolutely perfect. We are a family of 4 and our two children loved the garden and especially the pool. Jonzac and the surrounding countryside is the perfect getaway. All the photos are accurate and in fact do the house an injustice. It is stunning. If we are ever back in this part of France we feel that this location and house is just ideal. The overall experience was perfect. Thanks Anders

Beautiful and tranquil air bnb, a perfect combo of old and new. We loved our stay and our host Sally was very helpful and accommodating. There were lots of really nice small touches, dressing gowns, beautiful hand and body soaps, welcome hamper etc. The area is so gorgeous and the villa is really private! Will stay there again for sure, highly recommend

Un séjour parfait ! La maison était magnifique, très propre, confortable et parfaitement conforme à la description. Tout était pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien. L’hôte a été arrangeante, accueillante et toujours disponible en cas de besoin.

Grand potentiel et de nombreux équipements, largement à la hauteur de la description ! Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable dans cette charmante maison familiale. Petit problème d'eau chaude, mais nous avons tardé à nous manifester et Anne nous a très rapidement conseillées pour solutionner le problème. Très bon contact. Emplacement très paisible, magasin à 15 minutes de voiture. Idéal pour vous reconnecter avec vos proches, tout le nécessaire pour votre confort a été pensé. Je recommande !!

The farmhouse is huge, beautiful and located in a massive garden. The house is old and might need some work, but we loved all the charm. We rented the house with 3 families (11 persons in total) and each family had it's own section of the house with private bathroom. We spend most of our days in the garden with big family dinners between the pine trees or at the pool (make sure to ask where they store the outdoor furniture). The pool is well taken care of on a daily basis. Lots of amenities, like 2 fridges, 2 dish washers, 2 coffee machines (Nespresso and filter). In the area there are small towns with bakeries, supermarkets and a wine store, but you can also buy froie gras and truffles directly from local farms. We had a wonderful time and made great memories.

Très bon séjour dans cette belle et AUTHENTIQUE maison de famille au charme indéniable. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants de 3/4ans : les enfants ont adoré jouer dans le bac à sable/terrain de pétanque du jardin et la ferme pédagogique à proximité, nous les adultes nous avons adoré la grande cuisine conviviale et la salle de bain magistrale avec vue sur la campagne. Petit bonus pour la vaisselle : quel plaisir de manger dans de jolies assiettes vintage ! La maison est très ancienne, elle était donc un peu humide à notre arrivée (rien de surprenant vu la saison) mais une fois la cheminée lancée et la maison aérée, tout était normal. Bilan : un séjour campagnard paisible et ressourçant, merci beaucoup Katy 💚

The moment we walked into La Grenouillere, we knew we had made the perfect choice for our holiday in France. We were a party of 12 (three families) and felt we had so much space to spread out and relax, which we did so instantly. The positioning is wonderful, away from busy life, just nature and silence all around. Everything was lovely -beautiful building, large indoor living areas, wonderful outside spaces too with a fantastic pool, big enough for us all. The kitchen was well equiped for our cooking evenings, the barbeque was brilliant for outside cooking and a popular choice for all. Morning coffee on the back terrace overlooking the grounds was a great way to start the day as was sipping wine and beer sitting out the front watching the sun down and then star gazing . Playing boules on the ready made boules pitch was a highlight, so was playing cards round the kitchen table, big enough for us all. The surrounding area was beautiful and well used by us all, cycling or running on the many gravel paths criss crossing the countryside. There is plenty to do in and around the area-towns / cities to visit. We went to Angouleme and Poitiers and enjoyed eating outout and seeing the sites. We also enjoyed the canoeing at Mansle (wonderful to see the countryside from the meandering river on our 3 hour paddle), the inflatable water park near Angouleme was a big hit with our kids (big kids), as was the tree tops high ropes with us all. All in all we had an amazing experience and brilliant time. We were all very sad to leave.

Un petit coin tranquille, calme assuré, dans une jolie maison rustique, de l’ombre toute la journée pour les chaudes journées et une grande piscine privée ! Nous avons passé une belle semaine, repos au calme, ballades et visites ne manquent pas dans les environs ! Merci Karen
