Peaceful, quiet out of the way, rural. Kitchen well equipped. Nice bottle of wine and welcome note. Lying in bed lovely to see the sky, only saw the stars one night! Great being able to put the wood burner on because we had one cold night. Place is bigger than the photos betray. Good for a family, lots of bathrooms. Would recommend to others. Thanks.

Amazing accommodation, with a stunning view and large pool. The gite was very well equipped and spacious. Jeremie was fantastic when we arrived and throughout with local recommendations and general helpful. Would definitely recommend here and would love to come back.

We arrived at Karen & Paul's place late at night because of delays. Karen waited up for us and was very welcoming. The place was really great and matched our expectations. Nicely decorated and comfortably furnished, we were able to relax and really feel at home. The house and garden are lovely and very well kept. The swimming pool was really well maintained. The surrounding countryside is beautiful - fields of sunflowers, quiet country roads, lovely villages close by. All in all a great place to stay! Thanks Karen and Paul.

Our stay was great! Derk and his wife were very attentive and warm hosts, who welcome us and explained all about the region. The house corresponds to the pictures: it is beautiful, comfortable and cozy, has all the needed appliances for a pleasant stay in the countryside. Bathroom and shower are really good quality, living room extremely comfortable with a nice woodfire and the TV is actually larger than you can tell from the pictures. The garden is the highlight of the house, with a stunning view and a relaxing outside area for meals. The villages in the region are nice, with little shops, restaurants and sight seeing. Great recommendation for relaxing vacations! We would definitely like to stay in the Gite again in the future :) (and we love Ramsi, the golden retriever). Thank you Derk and family, we had a great time!

quel site exceptionnel ! nous étions 4 couples d amis et le logement etait vraiment approprié, très spacieux et quel cadre ! si nous revenons dans la région sans aucun doute on reviendra chez Charlotte!

Nous avons passé un séjour idylliqe chez Peter! Il nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et sa maison est sublimement decorée, ainsi que le jardin! Une vraie source d'inspiration. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la rivière à proximité, un cadre charmant pour se rafraîchir. Un vrai coup de coeur pour nous!

Une nuit seulement mais nous gardons cette adresse de côté ! Beverley et Tim sont accueillants et très sympathiques. Le logement est issu beau que sur les photos et nous avons pu profiter des extérieurs tout aussi agréables ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

Notre séjour s’est magnifiquement bien passé. Julie a été, du début à la fin à l’écoute, très réactive et avenante, proposant d’ajouter certains équipements pour les enfants qui nous accompagnaient. Concernant le logement il était exceptionnel. Très grands volumes, et espace nuit paisible et bien isolé : nous n’avons jamais été dérangés par les (quelques) pleurs des enfants situés dans les chambres à côté. Très bien équipé nous avons apprécié y séjourner pendant 1 semaine, nous n’avons manqué de rien : piscine et jacuzzi au top 👌 Merci encore à Julie. Réservez les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Les maisons étaient conviviales avec énormément de place. Tous les équipements sont mis à disposition ce qui nous a énormément facilité les choses. Malgré le fait que le temps ne jouait pas en notre faveur, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui donnait la vue sur des champs de blé et une partie de la forêt. L’hôte est très accueillant et n’a pas hésité à nous venir en aide dès que nous en avions besoin.

We hadden het genoegen om te mogen vertoeven in een prachtige omgeving, omringd door weelderig groen en de rust van het platteland. De accommodatie overtrof al onze verwachtingen. Het charmante huis bood voldoende ruimte voor iedereen, met comfortabele kamers en een sfeervolle woonkamer. Daniel en Becky deden hun uiterste best om ervoor te zorgen dat we ons welkom voelden en een geweldige tijd hadden. Van wandelingen door de pittoreske dorpjes tot leuke uitstapjes naar bezienswaardigheden in de buurt, er was voor elk wat wils. We kijken met een glimlach terug op deze vakantie en koesteren de herinneringen die we met kinderen en kleinkinderen hebben gemaakt. Bedankt voor een onvergetelijke ervaring!

Karen et son mari sont des hôtes tres accueillants et disponibles. La grange et magnifique et spacieuse. Les enfants ont bien profité de la grandeur du jardin avec la balançoire ainsi que de la piscine. Je recommande vivement

Leila and Craig are the nicest hosts I have met. They respond fast and are there for you to gave a good time. We also did a wine tasting which was amazing. They are so passionate and take the time to give you a great experience. The airbnb was a lovely little Gite with enough space for two. Everything is nice and clean and from the gite you have a nice view over the france hills. It is even possible to enjoy the view from the hot tub. To conclude, we had a lovely time and recommend the Gite from Leila and Craig!

Nous avons passé deux belles semaines dans la région. Marc et Aurélie sont accueillants, sympathiques, présents quand c'est nécessaire. What a fantastic stay! The views are beautiful, especially from the pool! The house is great, it has all the things you need, is very clean and comfortable. Sarah is a very helpful host. Fab location, close to small towns and restaurants. Overall a lovely stay, and we will absolutely be booking again!

Well it was an adventure. We arrived late on Saturday evening, my car had gone into limp mode and needed a mechanic. Alison spoke to the local mechanic they use and helped explain the issues. Robert and Alison were welcoming and lovely. We will certainly be back.

Les prestations proposées par Colin sont fidèles à l'annonce. Literies, salles de bain et sanitaires très propres. Les 2 nuits passées au Tamaris ont été reposantes dans un environnement paisible. nous recommandons ce gîte sans problème.

John and Jo’s beautiful home is perfect for families with young children. We came as an extended family of three generations but it would be equally suitable for two families sharing. The location is exactly what we hoped for. The beautifully tended and very large garden stretched out to the wider rural landscape to give a stunning outlook. The amenities at the house created a perfect playground for young children. Our grandson thought he was in heaven! John and Jo have created different areas in the garden, meaning our grandson had different play areas to explore throughout the day. The pool is beautiful and very secure. John and Jo are very professional and friendly hosts, always aiming to provide everything to make the holiday perfect. They are full of local knowledge, which they are delighted to share with visitors. They live discreetly next door, but are always on hand to respond to anything which we needed. We are already planning to return and recommend this place highly

Sylvie, the owner is extremely welcoming, kind, friendly, and extremely responsive. Her home, gardens, pool house, flowers, trees etc. are absolutely beautiful! The pictures on the website do not convey the beauty and serenity of the place inside or outside. The home is very clean and organized and offers all you need for a relaxing vacation. When we have the opportunity to return this is where we would stay. Nearby are beautiful villages, a delicious boulangerie and charcuterie ! If you want to rest the area is exceptional. You will never be bothered by trains, planes or vehicles. It is also a perfect place to bring your dog as we did and we were able to take beautiful walks with him every morning. The walks were through the fields and forest and a village. The family was so very gracious with us and shared their time…We felt blessed as we felt like we were home. Thank you so much Sylvie, Antoine and Claudia!

Arrivée en autonomie mais chaleureuse, avec un petit mot de bienvenue et le chauffage allumé. Denis a été très réactif depuis la réservation jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Nous avions tout pour passer une superbe semaine, grande quantités de serviettes à disposition. On se sent chez soi rapidement !

Le logement est très bien, bien équipé, très beau site avec un accès a la rivière et une piscine très grande (25m). La salle de jeu avec billard et baby-foot a beaucoup plu aux enfants. Un canoë et une barque sont à disposition et permet de se promener sur la Dronne. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Les hôtes sont a l'écoute et restent disponible. Lieu a recommander et merci à Mark et Sibyl de nous avoir réservé une table pour le barbecue musicale de Bourdeille.

Beautiful property, it’s remote and quiet but close to town where you’ll find shops and restaurants and anything else you need. Sally the host was very quick to respond with helping us find a local vet for our dog to get the required treatment to return to the UK and to give us an up to date code for the key safe (it had been changed since the one we were given but we were sorted out in less than 10 mins). The outside area was beautiful, a great place to relax with lovely views over the fields (for anyone interested in when you get sun, the property faces west, we went mid May and started to get sun on the pool area at around 9 and it lasted till about 8/8:30 but the front of the property had light from much earlier if you wanted to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun). We didn’t explore much locally but for those willing to drive I highly recommend Rocamadour, sarlat, domme, and la roque gageac.
