Villa holiday rentals in Charaki

First trip with the whole family including a 10 month old. The villa was perfect, large bedrooms with great views and each with an in suite bathroom. Living area and kitchen was spacious and very comfortable. The pool area was great and used everyday from a quick dip to cool off or the evening sat outside to having something to eat before heading out. Lindos was only a 5 min drive or 30ish min walk (done early morning before it got to hot). Lindos was super and kept us occupied for the week we stayed. The Host and team were great, highly responsive and even allowed a slightly later checkout on the last day. Highly recommended.

Hara ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Wir wurden sehr herzlich in der äußerst sauberen und liebevoll eingerichteten Villa empfangen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns nicht nur frisches Obst sondern auch Wein und Honig aus Rhodos. In Stegna Beach, dem kleinen Ort in der Nähe, gab es in den kleinen Restaurants leckeres authentisches Essen. Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche! Insbesondere der atemberaubende Blick auf das Meer und die nahegelegene Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser werden uns sehr fehlen. Wir empfehlen einen Aufenthalt in der ruhig gelegenen Villa sehr!

Great stay at a beautiful villa. Would highly recommend staying here as a great base for exploring Rhodes. Panos is a great host whom is very responsive and flexible, allowing us to stay later as we had a late flight.

Very attractive villa, plenty of room for a family of four. The big pool, lovely outdoor space and amazing views mean this villa is a real find. It’s very hard to find a quality villa with a pool within walking distance to a beach and shops and restaurants - this ticked all those boxes. The inside of the villa is really well done, modern and clean with great air-con. You can get a taxi to near by Lindos, St Paul’s Bay for €15 euro each way. Highly recommend this villa and the host Svetlana was lovely and responsive. Vlycha bay is pebbles so for sandy beach just do some day trips to Lindos, Pallas and St Paul’s. It was lovely and quiet. A 2 minute walk down the steep hill and there are two nice places to eat and drink as well as mini market or super market 10 minutes walk.

D&R Villas was amazing… as was Dimitrios! This villa had everything we could have wanted and needed, and is by far the nicest house in the village of Gennadi. Our local family friends came by and kindly reminded us it is not the authentic village vibe (as they look around in awe) but I think they were just jealous! Dimitrios was the best and quite literally responded within seconds to any matter I needed help with. The villas are also in the most fabulous location with equal walking distance to the beach as you are the village. A pool almost also feels necessary given how hot Gennadi is. There’s no where else I would have wanted to stay in Gennadi and we will be returning to the villas when we come back to Rhodes next year. Don’t hesitate, book the villas. Thank you Dimitrios!

Der Aufenthalt in Charoulas Villa war wunderbar. Der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool vielen Sitzgelegenheiten, mit Fruchtbäumen und frischem Gemüse das im Anwesen wächst und das man auch essem darf ist einmalig. Die Villa ist wunderschön mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Einfach ein Ort zum wohlfühlen und relaxen. Ein higlight war auch die schöne aussenküche mit Grill die wir oft genutzt haben. Die umliegenden Strände sind mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar wie auch die kleinen Ortschaften, ein Mietauto ist daher von Vorteil. Charoula ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin die immer sehr hilfsbereit war und immer zeitnahe auf fragen und Anliegen antwortete und super empfehlungen aussprach. Vielen lieben Dank liebe Charoula wir kommen gerne wieder, die ganze Familie hat es sehr genossen in den 2 Wochen.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay at habitat inn. This villa is on a very high standard in every area, it feels like a 5star hotel with your own space and privacy. It is modern, immaculate and has beautiful decor- it's definitely even nicer in real than on the photos! The outside grounds are stunning and well maintained with beautiful sea views. It is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a quality holiday. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people that take great pride in maintaining their property and providing the best experience for their guests and were also very helpful with guiding us to the best places to visit in Rhodes.

We had an amazing 4-day stay at this lovely home in Rhodes, Greece. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and even included some thoughtful welcome drinks, which was a great touch. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, the Old Town, and other key spots. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted with arranging taxis to and from the airport and provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rhodes!

What an amazing villa, a group of 10 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time, the villa is very spacious with a wonderful pool and outside area. All the rooms are very comfortable with A/C throughout. Despina gave us local recommendations and helped us with taxi organisation which for a group of 10 was very helpful. It’s only a 10 minute taxi to the old town and there is plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would 100% recommend Despina’s Villa

היה נפלא. בעלת הבית מאירת פנים. מענה מיידי לכל בקשה. קרוב למרכז ולבית חב״ד כ 7 דקות ברכב. מי שמתארח גם בשבת צריך לקחת בחשבון, הליכה לבית חב״ד כ 40 דקות וחזרה עם עליה גדולה. לא פשוט. מקום מדהים. מרווח. ברמה גבוהה

We had a very pleasant stay at the house! First of all, both the house and the yard are very spacious, with different corners to enjoy sitting. The house stands almost alone, not part of a touristic hub, and yet is in a close distance from supermarkets, bakeries and anything else you might need. Some of the beds were not comfortable, probably time to replace the mattresses. The house is very decorated, which gives a personal touch, but might not suit everyone’s taste. In spite of these minor drawbacks, I must stress that we stayed at three different houses in Rhodes, and all of us felt that this one was the most comfortable! We will gladly return there for another stay.

From the pictures, this place looks amazing. But it is nothing compared to how beautiful this place is in real life! Martin and Zuzana are fantastic hosts and could not have been more friendly or useful - nothing was too much trouble. The villa (mansion!) is fully equipped with everything we needed and the amenities were perfect for our large family group. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!!

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Dimitra ist eine tolle und sehr nette Gastgeberin! Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet und war super hilfsbereit. Wir sind schon um 10 Uhr morgens gelandet, obwohl der Check-in eigentlich erst ab 16 Uhr möglich war – trotzdem durften wir früher in die Unterkunft, was wirklich super war. Als wir abends spontan um 22 Uhr noch Fussball spielen wollten, hat sie sofort das Licht für den Platz angemacht – total aufmerksam und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Dimitra!

We spend great holidays in Maria's villa. She and her husband welcomed us personally although we arrived late in the evening and made us feel at home right from the beginning. The house and the kitchen were very well equipped. Maria even provided some food for the first breakfast and arranged for a baby bed, a high chair and toys which made our stay with kids so much more convenient. All of us enjoyed the wonderful pool for which additional towels were provided. During our stay Maria made sure we had everything we needed and gave us some local recommendations e.g. where to buy the best steaks for BBQ. When it was time to say goodbye she surprised us with a little something for everyone. We can only recommend a stay in the villa and Maria's hospitality.

Kyriaki’s home is a fantastic place to stay in Rhodes. The home is beautiful and well-designed. The pool and the two full bathrooms are a highlight. They are fantastic hosts - very accommodating. They even helped to make the four beds for us and left fresh grapefruit from the backyard tree. The house is not easy to get to at all - so follow the directions they give you closely. You might consider pinning it once you get there so you can get back. But the location is centrally located for most things you’ll want to see on Rhodes. Definitely a fantastic option!!

We had a brilliant week-long stay at this gorgeous villa. The villa is stunning and spacious, perfect for our two families. With a separate annex area if you’re wanting some private space. Our host Panos was incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed, especially with two infants. The outside area and pool is fantastic and a great area to relax with the pool cleaned daily. Panos went above and beyond by organizing a rental car and recommending numerous places to visit, including some hidden gems in Rhodes. The location is ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and it's centrally situated between Lindos and Rhodes Town, both of which are must-visit destinations. Our host made sure we settled in well, familiariser with the facilities and was available for any issues. Would recommend to all.

Absoluter Traum! Die gesamte Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, Ausstattung und Service wie beschrieben, alles sauber & neu und einfach perfekt für einen ruhigen Urlaub mit Freunden/Familie. Auto aber absolut benötigt, um zu den ganzen schönen Stränden und Hotspots zu gelangen. Nur 15 Fahrminuten nach Lindos. Wir würden nochmal buchen.

Super nette Hosts! Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Praktisch ist vor allem der Supermarkt 2min ums Eck. Auch der Strand mit netten Lokalen ist sofort erreichbar. Danke für alles!

What can we say, from the moment we arrived and saw the villa all lit up, we knew we’d made the right choice for ourselves and wedding guests. The villa was absolutely spotless, the fridges already well stocked with drinks and essentials and absolutely everything we needed. The communication with Micheal was clear and precise. We had a few requests prior to us arriving, extra shopping, taxi for a surprise guest, flowers for some guests celebrating their wedding anniversary and Micheal was amazing in arranging everything. We had asked if we could hold our wedding ceremony at the villa, again this wasn’t an issue. The couple of occasions we needed to call for assistance, Micheal answered the phone immediately and was able to answer our questions. We were also lucky enough to meet Maria and Iannis as we were leaving who were absolutely delightful. We already want to return. Thank you to all 3 of you from a very happy married couple and our guests.

Vi hade en underbar tid i huset. Allt fungerade perfekt. Air conditioning i alla rum var underbart, dessutom väldigt tyst och bekväm. Värden mötte upp oss när vi anlände för att gå igenom huset. Poolen var superskön även fast vi inte beställde uppvärmning. Jag åker gärna tillbaka

Just had the best week ever at sunset Villa 1. I booked for my husbands 40th and it was everything I could have imagined and more. The views and outside space was absolutely stunning. Pictures don’t even do it justice. Location is great, we did hire a car and went into lindos every night but there is a great restaurant just below called the Lindian jewel which has amazing views and great food. Great communication from start to finish. Gutted our week is over. Will definitely return x
