We have WIFI & HOT WATER AS ELECTRICITY is generally not a problem in this part of Harare. The studio flat is located coner Takawira and Tongogara street. Its Charingira Court flat E209 opposite Spencercook. close to the cbd and Avondale. Enjoy Netflix, youtube and cable TV.There are 29 steps and there is no elevator.From Friday to Sundays there are water cuts from city council, however there is borehole water which is switched on from 6 am to 8 am and from 6 pm to 8pm. There is also back up water available in the room. No powercuts and back up is available
