Super cozy, functional apartment! Air-conditioning and internet works well ! Impeccable host, responded to the request about the hair dryer! I have no negative points to point out, only positive ones!

Our stay was very quiet, we booked the apartment to spend the weekend in Cuiabá and we had no problems. The apartment is close to everything, easy to find Uber and with nearby markets. The condominium is excellent and the apartment super spacious, we were in 5 adults and it looked like they were all at home. Victor always answered me quickly, very polite and available to help us. Recommend!!!

My lodging was extremely quiet!! The apartment is large, clean and very cozy! Very good to welcome a family of up to 4 people quiet! The building is located next to gas station, bars, pharmacy and restaurants. Sensational!! I will stay other times whenever there is availability!

The place is amazing. The house is very cozy and surrounded by woods, which is wonderful, because it was just what we were looking for. The kitchen is well equipped, has a barbecue and space to light a fire. As we were seeking to rest the TV with access to streamers was a differential for us. The house is well tidy, with many windows that enter wind and natural light. At dusk, in addition to a beautiful look of sunset, it has surrounding lights that make it much more beautiful, looking like a movie scene. Although it is well inside the forest, it is very close to the city center, only 10 minutes, which makes it much easier in case you need something of an emergency. The host Clau, was very helpful and attentive, keeping herself available whenever necessary. In short, it was wonderful, for those who want a rest weekend, with excellent cost benefit I recommend 100%. No neighbours of the wall, being a total immersion in nature and tranquility. We will return for sure.

The place really is incredible! The exuberant nature! Tranquility! The weather is delightful! Great rooms! Bathroom with great water shower! The pool is amazing! The caretaker who received us is an amazing person! Graceful, kind and very helpful! Super recommended!

The house is right next to a street that basically gives access to everything, the neighborhood is quiet, the space is comfortable and cozy, the pool is warm and the beds are comfortable! Also, Sarah and Eduardo were very kind! I highly recommend this place

The house is excellent! Perfect for hosting many people, including many hangers, pillows and extra towels. Several places to support bags, clothes and accessories. All rooms are very spacious. Lucia was attentive the whole time. My tip is to put curtains so that the rooms are darker in the morning and some repairs to the MDF parts that wear out over time. Negative point: the pool was very cold (the advertisement says heated pool) and there is no canvas to cover it. So as soon as we arrived it was already a little dirty, but the pool attendant was fixing it. And my only problem was not with Lúcia, but with Ivana, the housekeeper, who agreed with me months before to do 2 nights and on the day she simply said that she could not go, did not give any explanation, did not respond to messages and did not send someone else. It really let me down. This affected my stay. But, in relation to the house and Lúcia, the owner, everything was excellent!! I will definitely vote!

Very comfortable and beautiful house, with many options to enjoy and space. The place is very quiet and easy to access to the center of Chapada. The waterfall pool makes the environment very pleasant and the barbecue space is very good!
