House holiday rentals in Chao Phraya River

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, perfect for a group stay. The air conditioning worked well (super cold), and the location is convenient with walking distance to cafés nearby and to the BRT. We especially loved the games room, it kept us entertained for hours. The neighbourhood was peaceful. We had a small issue with a room door lock, but the host managed to arrange a locksmith, even late at night, which we really appreciated. Recommended for a fun stay with friends!

Great location for exploring Bangkok as it close to all the shopping areas and eateries. The house is clean and well maintained. It has lots of space to spread out.

Jenny is a lovely host. She provided welcome fruits and breakfast for everyday. She allowed us to checkin early and very kind to our family. And very responsive. The house is spacious, spotless and has everything essential things we need. Situated in a peaceful location connecting to the airport but not far from the central area either. It is the best accommodation for a large family. It's on the 2nd floor, so it's okay even if there are many older people. The host is also very kind

Sunisa’s place is awesome! Her staff were very helpful, and the airbnb is in an awesome location. It was quiet for a city apartment, and there was plenty of room for us all to mingle while also having private space in our rooms. The laundry was an added bonus.

Incredibly cozy with minimalistic charm. Amenities abound, including comfy towels, a plush bed, and fantastic Japanese automatic toilet! Perfect location near Arena Impact and Thunderdome, with a new MRT station adding convenience. My only wish? Bikes or scooters for easy local exploration. Highly recommend!

This Airbnb is an amazing space designed by the host Chureerut. It is designed like a traditional Thai house we all stayed in the house and is incredibly stocked :) the host and her family we very kind and they treated us to mangoes 🥭 I was very excited to see the birds and the mangoes in the garden. Very easy to checkin and all facilities are there. Additionally malls and everything is close by and walkable.

I, my husband, and our 2 year old daughter had a wonderful stay in Pannarai's house. It is a very large space and a calming atmosphere. We especially liked the neighborhood, which was not touristy at all and walking distance to the hip Ari area. Pannarai was very helpful arranging airport pick up and drop off, and was always available via text.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is big and beautiful with lots of room. The host was always responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The water pressure was good and the AC is cold. The washer was a bonus. We can definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at this cozy and spacious Airbnb! The place has 3 comfortable rooms and easily accommodated our group of 6 people. The host was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early since we arrived ahead of schedule – which we really appreciated.   The location is super convenient – just a 5-minute walk to BTS Bang Chak station on the Sukhumvit (Green) Line, making it easy to get to downtown Bangkok and other major spots around the city. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay in Bangkok!

Responsive and helpful host, clean and big space for family stay

We absolutely loved our stay in this house. The place was spotless, and it was clear the owners take pride in maintaining it. On top of that, the rates were incredibly reasonable—we couldn’t believe how affordable such a clean and cozy spot could be. The owner was very nice—whenever we had a question, they responded right away with friendly, helpful advice. It made us feel genuinely cared for, not just like paying guests. The space itself was warm and nicely decorated, giving us the comforting sense of being at home. Yes, the street outside can get busy with traffic, but we found that adjusting our schedule and being a bit flexible turned that into a non-issue. All in all, this house comes highly recommended. The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was worried about mosquitos when I first looked at the place, but turned out, I didn't get a bite from them. The space is great for a family or a huge group to stay. Although the localtionis close to the main road, it's suprisingly quiet during the night - a good escape from the busy and noisy city while being in the city itself! Will definitely recommend to other people to stay.
