Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Chao Phraya River

Love the apartment and the host! Veronica is super responsive — we had troubles with the arrival date and we talking closely with Veronica to manage it. She is always open to whether we need something, new stuff or additional amenities. The apartment feels really cozy, the gym and swimming pool are on the 37 floor of B building. It's a bit small, but greatly organized, so for a couple without children it's amazing 💜 The building has Face ID, so it feels secure. A minor downside of face id is that it's impossible to check-in on Sunday as the administrators might not be present — and you need to have Face ID to use elevators and all doors. Great location if you work in Spring Tower WeWork. It might take time to get to the very center during traffic, but I think it's everywhere in Bangkok like that. Especially cool that there's an express way nearby to get to ParQ Business Center. Overall, it's one of the best apartments I stayed in during my trips to Bangkok.

Mon séjour dans l’appartement de Prusjimas à Bangkok a été absolument parfait. L’appartement était impeccable, confortable et idéalement situé. Mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est Prusjimas et son mari, qui sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Ils sont d’une gentillesse rare, toujours à l’écoute et incroyablement réactifs. Prusjimas prend le temps d’étudier chaque situation et trouve toujours une solution adaptée à tous les besoins. Leur disponibilité est exceptionnelle, et ils font tout pour que l’on se sente bien. Ce sont vraiment des personnes adorables et bienveillantes. Un immense merci à eux pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme ! Je recommande leur logement les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Thunder war ein herausragender Gastgeber. Sowohl vor unserer Ankunft als auch während des Check-ins nahm er sich viel Zeit, um uns alles Wichtige ausführlich zu erklären und die drei miteinander verbundenen Gebäude zu zeigen. Der Komplex bietet drei verschiedene Pools, einen Entspannungsraum mit einer großzügigen Regendusche, einen Whirlpool sowie einen Eisraum. Zudem gibt es einen privaten Kinoraum. Obwohl wir eine Stunde vor dem offiziellen Check-in ankamen, durften wir unser Gepäck bereits im Zimmer abstellen und uns direkt an den Pools entspannen, während das Zimmer noch gereinigt wurde. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The hosts were very kind and accommodating and the room was fantastic with an iconic location and breath taking view I simply cannot find any flaws while staying here would highly recommend anyone looking for a premium stay at Bangkok !

The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

I could never imagine one day I would find such a beautiful house. The building and the surrounding are just great but the real surprise that left me amazed was when I stepped into this mansion. Just amazingly beautiful. I really fell in love for the furnitures of the house. Su h a taste in doing it. I also feel very satisfied about the host. He guided me in a couple of restaurants that I really loved. See you soon believe me!

Greatest homestay ever! The bedding is very comfortable and the decoration is very beautiful, the host is very nice. The host's Chinese is excellent!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

Jeg og venninna mi overnattet her flere dager. Leiligheten ligger sentralt til med gangavstand til BTS samtidig som området var rolig og sikkert. Leiligheten fremstod ren og ryddig og luftig. Sengene var perfekte, 3 AC så man får den temperaturen man ønsker. Generelt en pen og akkurat passe innholdsrik leilighet. Rachel er en hyggelig vert som jeg gjerne anbefaler videre! Takk for oss ❤️

Great space, had everything you need. Nice rooftop pool, with space to sit and relax. Very secure building. Close to BTS and loads of very cool local restaurants. Host was very attentive. It was perfect for us.
