Cottage holiday rentals in Channel Islands

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is very comfortable and very well-equipped. The trampoline, games, books, and comics delighted our daughter. Despite average weather, we were able to enjoy the garden, hot tub and hammam. The house is also located a stone's throw from the lively heart of Saint-Pair sur Mer with all its shops and three steps from the sea. We'll be back with pleasure in this nice house. Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage.The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

We have just spent ten days in paradise at Vincent's house. As a caregiver for my 85-year-old uncle, after years of significant health challenges, we had a vital need to recharge, and - with his sister and mine - we truly feel fulfilled. The place is just beautiful: between the magic of the garden and the surrounding nature, the postcard house, the beauty of the beaches and cliffs of the immediate surroundings, everything invites happiness and relaxation. We caught our eyes full of it. We happily enjoyed the Nordic bath with a view of an ocean framed by plants and flowers, but we also loved the house, very comfortable and well furnished. Vincent, in addition to being very friendly, has a very good taste and a sense of practical detail that makes life easy. Everything is very well designed and thought out. Add the markets, the fish, the seafood, and the butter (salted)... Heaven, I tell you! Thank you!

Tranquil, beautifully converted barn. Extremely comfortable and very welcoming. Perfect for a break away from the rat race!! And Davina’s gluten-free lemon drizzle cake is amazing!! Thank you for a second very enjoyable stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Caroline and Alan's place. Very clean and functional house. A peaceful place where we could rest. I highly recommend it and we will return without hesitation.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Lovely accomodation in a beautiful, peaceful setting. We enjoyed walks around the farm and we were joined by one of the hosts dogs a couple of times which we loved. We even managed to see an otter down at the river on our first night! Bird and hedgehog watching from the hot tub with a glass of bubbly… bliss.

Heloise's property was as exactly advertised, beautifully appointed & with lovely views . We weren't disappointed! The flowers & welcome goodies were a lovely touch. Our Labrador Retriever loved the outside space & although we had brought our own dog bed etc we also made use of the dog mat & bowl. Heloise & Steve we're on hand if we needed anything, the recommendation of where to eat & walk we're greatfully received We definitely recommend the Crows Nest Inn & the walk from Rame Head to Cawsands.The only problem we had was that we weren't there long enough. We highly recommend Heloise's annex & we will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful time at this peaceful countryside cottage. The setting was tranquil and relaxing—perfect for a quiet getaway. Katie was a fantastic host—very welcoming and thoughtful. She even popped in to check that everything was okay and assured us we could reach out if we needed anything. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a calm and cozy environment!

Fabulous views. Ideal location to walk to beaches, whilst the water taxi was an easy cheap and fun way to land in the centre of the Plymouth Barbican. Both pubs great were great, The Bridge was a nice restaurant for a Saturday night treat. Also had breakfast and lunch at The Guardsman both good and all within a few minutes walk of the cottage.

This very well located accommodation, close to the beach and the coastal trail, is an excellent choice for holidays with family or friends. Sonia's welcome, although virtual, was remarkably responsive and kind. A place to remember!

We were so happy with our stay, Kelly was extremely attentive and we could tell from the start that she was going to be a great host. If you want to stay in the Challaborough area, there is no better place to stay than in this cottage. Thank you 🙌

Wow what a fabulous little nook that we stayed in, enjoyed everything about are stay Jenny is a fabulous host and would highly recommend to any one with a furry friend. It was our 🐕 first holiday and he was so overwhelmed with waking up to the cows 🐄 in the morning as he loves them. Thank you again Jenny for the most relaxing break away which my husband truly needed and can honestly say he is now fully relaxed. We would love to come visit again 🥰 Ragnor 🐕 says thank you too 🥰

Lovely accommodation, very peaceful and situated in easy reach of many beautiful places. We especially liked Dartmouth. The pub which was a 5 minute walk served excellent food and the nearby petrol station had a good size store.

We had a lovely stay whilst visiting family. Anna had thought of everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the Loft House is beautifully decorated.

Beautiful cozy house on the water with great garden and veranda. The tides are very strong, so swimming was a bit difficult.

Lovely place and lovely stay in magical Guernsey! Kirsty was responsive and provided great communication on the run up to our holiday and upon arriving. The house was beautifully decorated and lovely and comfy for us as a family of 4. Location is brilliant for everywhere you would want to visit on the island. We also loved Forest Stores across the road and popped in pretty much every day for supplies of some sort. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Kirsty!

What a clean, beautiful cottage in such calm surroundings - we've enjoyed every minute. The cottage was perfect - clean and tidy with stunning nautical decor, we felt right at home the minute we walked in. The view of the sea is much better than described - a highlight for me was sitting in bed drinking my morning coffee watching the waves! The beach is a 2 minute walk away and we had it pretty much to ourselves. Sadly we didn't catch a glimpse of the local dolphins! The garden is full of beautiful flowers - the access is from the road up a path with steps thru the garden. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils/cutlery/crockery, the bedrooms were clean with fresh bedding, the lounge was well stocked with games/books/dvds which the kids loved. Nick was extremely responsive and proactive, very helpful when I messaged him, and we were very grateful for a bit of flexibility on checkout. Overall a lovely relaxing experience - can't wait to return!! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at Swallows Nest. Lucia and Dan met us on arrival and also left a card and bottle of bubbly for my birthday which I thought was very kind. We have a four year old and one year old so it’s not always easy finding somewhere suitable but Lucia kindly set up a cot for us and supplied a high chair. The upstairs is open plan with a gate across the stairs so very safe for our baby crawling. Our four year old absolutely loved being on a farm and going to collect fresh milk from over the road. It’s so peaceful day and night. It was our first time in this part of Devon and we were blown away by the landscape, pretty little villages and many beaches in such lovely unspoilt settings. We would love to stay again!

We had a lovely stay, the cottage is great, it feels like home, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bedding is comfortable.... The enclosed garden is very nice, especially with a dog, we enjoyed it. Walking tours are accessible from the cottage. We would recommend it in a second.

Katie has been a fabulous host! She was extremely flexible with both check in and check out. Katie was easily contactable and gave some great local suggestions for places to visit and places to eat. The house is beautiful and well equipped. It was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family holiday.
