A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

Has a much needed mini-break in spotlessly clean and comfortable appartment, in beautiful scenery, fab view and very peaceful.

Great flat, light, airy, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and a great kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, saucepans etc. The flat is really well situated, 4 mins walk from the station and 5 from town where there are some very good restaurants, lots of independent shops and a lovely little market on Friday and Saturday. Don’t miss the wonderful Totnes cinema. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

We stayed at The ApARTment for 4 nights and loved our stay. We were a group of 4 adults and had plenty of space. The setting is beautiful, with great views from the living space of the surrounding hills, down into Dartmouth, and across to Kingswear. You could happily sit and stare at the view for hours! Simon and Theresa were brilliant hosts. Theresa was very communicative via messages and really welcoming when we arrived. Simon had some good recommendations for places to eat. Both were really friendly and relaxed when we bumped into them. All amenities are as listed and we had no problems self catering. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings are comfortable and the whole place was immaculately clean. Finished with an artistic touch, including some of Simon's own work, the decoration is fantastic! It was walkable to Dartmouth for those that dont mind some hills! We wouldnt hesitate to book again, and I'd recommend The ApARTment to anyone.

Primrose Studio is a lovely base for two to stay in Totnes, you only need to cross one road and you're in town. We booked it in particular because we wanted to walk the Dart Valley Trail from Totnes to Dartmouth. It was great to be able to get back from a long days walking and have a hot shower and then only have a short walk to some lovely places to have a drink and good food. We would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Très bel appartement avec une superbe vue sur mer et sur Granville. C'est notre 2ème séjour et nous y reviendrons ! L'appartement est très fonctionnel et propre. Et le box très pratique. Nous sommes venus trouver du repos et du réconfort et c'était parfait.

A lovely little, spotlessly clean flat in a beautiful building. Brilliantly positioned for the station as well as the town centre. Excellent check-in instructions too. I definitely hope to stay again the next time I'm in Plymouth.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a delightful patio garden, offering a charming view over Brixham. Comfortable and well equipped, the apartment was spotless. Moira was warm and welcoming. I cannot imagine a better place to stay.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Great location for exploring the local area. Town center property but very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to a good selection of shops and restaurants. Great to have a parking space in town and easy access to main road routes in and out of the area.

Lovely flat, beautifully equipped and presented, situated 2 minutes from the Hoe, 5 minutes from the city centre and maybe 10 minutes from the Barbican. Private parking space very handy. Ursula is an excellent, responsive host and instantly offered a refund when at very short notice I had to arrive a day late. My stay was for work purposes but it’d be equally good for a leisure break. Can't fault the flat or the host.

très bon WE prolongé (4 nuits), le logement est fidèle au descriptif et bien situé. Valérie est très réactive aucun problème nous recommandons ce logement.

wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und es gab einige sehr nette kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Milch im Kühlschrank, sowie Wasser und Schokoriegel. Ausserdem hatte es sogar ein paar Tabs für die Kaffeemaschine und Teebeutel. Alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben nur einmal übernachtet, haben uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt in den herrlich weichen Betten .

We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Logement très agreable, pratique et fonctionnel. Propreté irréprochable, beaucoup d'équipements à disposition. Très bel emplacement à 2 pas de la plage et de sentiers de promenades. Nous sommes ravies de notre séjour et nous reviendrons sûrement!

Un Grand Merci à Magali et Michel pour leur accueil et la qualité de leur logement ainsi que leurs conseils avisés .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’agencement du logement est très bien et la vue de la terrasse ( grande et bien aménagée ) est magnifique .Tout était au Top . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à DOUARNENEZ .

Appartement très agréable avec vue sur le port. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Ballade sur la plage et restaurants au top.

Nous étions 3 adultes et avons passé 1 semaine dans le logement de Katy. Le quartier était calme, accessible et proche de quelques petites plages très agréables et de vues à couper le souffle (5mn à pied). Nous avions un véhicule de location pour nous rendre vers le centre de Saint Malo en une dizaine de minutes. Katy et son mari ont toujours été joignables et amicaux, que ce soit pour nous recommander des sorties et des activités ou pour répondre à nos interrogations au sujet de l'appartement. Le logement était très propre et accueillant : parfait pour des personnes qui vadrouillent et souhaitent se ressourcer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Stephy qui est une hôte très charmante et toujours à l’écoute, qui nous a donné de très bons plans. C’était un plaisir de séjourner dans son appartement qui est plus que central. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller faire les petites courses matinales, proche de la plage, plein de bons restos dans les alentours. Stephy a toujours été réactive à nos questions. Son logement ne manque de rien et est magnifiquement décoré. Nous remercions Stephy pour son accueil, son petit cadeau à notre arrivée et c’est certain, nous reviendrons. Super séjour, nous conseillons vivement !

Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!
