We spent six nights in the apartment and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is in great condition. The view from the spacious balcony directly onto the sea is unique. We were very warmly welcomed and the further communication was easy and fast. The place offers everything you need for a holiday. We were always able to park the car on the street without any problems and for free. We would come back anytime!

Easy to find accommodation, even when arriving late: Patrick had left the light on and greeted us warmly. Very good contact, lots of good advice, and impeccable accommodation in terms of cleanliness! Nespresso pods available, which is always a nice little extra. We would give it 18/20 for the quality/price ratio. We stayed for 5 nights in the beautiful Victorian apartment with absolutely everything you'd need, whether eating out, cooking in, or just relaxing. Marissa was incredibly responsive, flexible and helpful. The organic breakfast left was amazing with such good fresh produce, not forgetting the champagne! There wouldn't be a doubt in our minds about returning for another stay, and thoroughly recommend.

Roxanna's beautiful place really felt like a home from home. There were fresh flowers in the lounge when we arrived and wine and milk in the fridge which was a lovely touch! A great guest experience is clearly important to Roxanna and this was evident in how clean the property was and all the finishing touches like plants, cosy throws and cushions and essential oil diffusers. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need including the basics like tea /coffee/ sugar/olive oil and the washing machine/dryer was a massive plus. Brilliant shower as well! We were late in arriving due to a delayed flight from Guernsey and Roxanna gave us some helpful recommendations for nearby late opening shops and the Look Out restaurant on the beach front only 5 mins away. Supermarket 8 mins walk away and great transport to St Aubins and St Hellier. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Jersey and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Ideal studio for 2 people, very good value for money with beautiful views. Very good restaurant at the harbor cafe in the village of Omonville.

The Nest is a perfect, seaside retreat situated within easy reach of excellent restaurants (the best Pizza place on the Island is beneath the apartment and you can get a discount!), all transport options (buses and cabs and plenty of beautiful walks), and there is a small Morrisons on the corner of the street if you want to cook yourself. Couldn't be better. Dave is a friendly host with a keen interest in making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. He was very responsive to any small enquiry and basically couldn't do enough even though I was there over the Christmas period. When I arrived some lights were on and so was the heating, which was much appreciated as my journey from the midlands had been tortuous! The Nest is also a very interesting place, part of its owners ambition to start a restaurant and accommodation project on the Island where he grew up - the renovation of both the apartment and the pizzeria beneath is impressive.

The accommodation was in accordance with our request, very clean and very well located. We will gladly come back.

Everything went very well as usual when we come to Carteret, which we love for its calm and the beauty of its landscapes. We really enjoyed the apartment, very nice, convenient, nicely furnished and decorated. 2 steps from the dunes and close to the beaches, it is a small peaceful cocoon conducive to disconnection. What a find! It was my first time staying in Jersey, and LM3 was cosy, clean and in the perfect location, with the bus stop at Perquage car park less than a minute’s walk from our door, which made planning days out using public transport a breeze. Morgan’s welcome pack suggested some excellent places to eat, and The Goose was our first night dinner choice. We ventured along the cycle track to St Aubin and found The Tenby which was 10/10 and was definitely our favourite dinner spot… we went back twice more before leaving! Highly recommend purchasing the 3 day visitor bus pass (was £24.50 when we visited) which was worth every penny, as each bus ride is approx £3. LM3 certainly didn’t disappoint, was easy to access on arrival, and great travel connections to/from the airport. We will absolutely be back. Thanks Morgan! 😊 xx

The flat was perfectly located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Russell and Harriet gave us helpful tips and suggestions about the local area. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at Kirbs' place! She was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout our visit, making everything easy and stress-free. The accommodation was spotless, exactly as described, and felt really welcoming. The kitchen was impressively well stocked, which made cooking during our stay super convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again – highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment near the beach, large and bright. The jacuzzi is comfortable and a real plus that we really enjoyed! The large bedroom is beautiful, but the light enters in the morning through the ceiling, it is better to have a mask on the eyes if you prefer to sleep in the dark :). Be sure to read the listing carefully as well, since sheets and towels are not included and are available at an additional cost, which I found surprising (I missed the information in the listing text and did not appreciate it).

We highly recommend this rental for its comfort, the quality of its services and the welcome and availability of the owner. The location is a great starting point to discover the region and find calm and relaxation after the visits.

Very pleasant and quiet stay and place, the seaside is beautiful (despite the wind). Our hosts are very pleasant, attentive and give good advice. The accommodation is really great: simple and beautiful decoration (zen), the space is very well arranged, nothing is missing and the small outdoor area is very discreet and complete. The + is the jacuzzi. Everything is thought out to make the stay perfect. I highly recommend it and plan to return for several days. Thanks Thomas 😀
