The cottage is located in the woods. Fully restored, independent accommodation in a farmhouse. Close to La Flèche Zoo. 25 km south of the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. For 2024: 24 Hours of Le Mans from June 10 to 16, and the Olympic Games from July 26 to August 11. 1.5 hours from PARIS by TGV, we can provide transportation to Le Mans train station. Beautiful garden, a swing for everyone, a small shared pool (heated) open from May to the end of August, not to mention the "cabin at the bottom of the garden"

This accommodation, next to our house, is equipped for a family with young children. It is close to shops and the leisure base (20 m from the beach). The house is located on the edge of the Tuffé body of water (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as navigation allowed). Tuffé is located in the heart of Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24h circuit, 1 hour from the Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest motorway exit is 5 minutes away.
