We 100% recommend the place. We felt very comfortable. Louisa and her family are great hosts. The location was just perfect for us. Supermarket, restaurants and the train station were within walking distance. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Nice little cottage located in a quiet area. Friendly and helpful neighbors. Unfortunately, there is no parking space on the property and there is not always one on the street near the house. If we visit Paris, we will gladly rent the cottage again.

the accommodation was consistent with the photos and really very clean and well decorated. It also has all the necessary equipment. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Public transport is not far away.

Great place to stay, home from home, everything you could possibly need. Stéphane and Sonia were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Would highly recommend. Five minutes walk to the train station, takes roughly an hour to the Eiffel tower and only €2.50. We drove to Disneyland which was really easy and took half an hour.

The Tinui was very friendly and welcomed us, everything was ok for the price! All in all, we were satisfied and had a nice vacation in Paris, Tinui also gave good recommendations.

Large and spacious accommodation, good value for money. Perfect for hosting a group. On the other hand, you have to be punctual, lateness is not appreciated. We had a good night at Helene's.

The room was cozy, very neat and clean, check-in was easy and flexible and the area really quiet. Bouba and Miisa were really kind and hospitable, so we had a completely stress-free vacation. Bouba and Miisa also kindly helped and advised in all other matters, so that we could definitely get the most out of our holiday trip. They also always answered our questions very quickly. Excellent stay in this apartment, perfect for 2 with the essentials for a short stay. Bus less than 50 m to reach the RER in Noisiel and Torcy or very pleasant walk. Food store less than 15' on foot. Nice touch with the necessary to make a hot drink. I recommend it.

Amazing place!! My son and I went to Disneyland for 2 days and stayed 3 days in Vincent place! Great to come back in this amazing quit place after Disneyland! Highly recommend staying in this great creative made decor!!

Great place for a small family. You can easily get grocery operate the location and cook your own delicacies. The Franprix opposite the location closes at 9pm. Great experience. Transportation: Walkable train station, easy access to Notre Dame and the Eiffel

Thank you so much! Everything was perfect! The apartment is really good and great communication her husband speaks English very well. We arrived late and the supermarket was closed then have the pain au chocolat and water helped us a lot. I hope can return at Son and Lucie’s apartment.
